MainStay Suites Mt Laurel - Philadelphia

Upon arrival we were met with police officers about six cars of them at check in Then when we were in the room they had air conditioners set up through the window, where it wasn’t set up properly, so the windows were open and bugs were coming in on top of that we found roaches in the room we did not stay the night we left immediately. They did not refund my money. The first night they charged me for that night, I left never again.

ROACHES!!! Moved to a different room in the middle of the night and woke up seeing more ROACHES!!! You don’t intend to stay at a hotel and expect ROACHES but this property clearly has them.

In this case you really get what you pay for. It is a very run down property with very strong smells of weed in the hallways. Staff is fine and friendly but we are definitely not returning.

Only 1 burner work and the heat didn’t work properly, service really bad we asked for extra blanket they never bring it to us and the rug is dirty

Very friendly staff and nice amenities. Will stay again.
