We enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice to entertain my daughter. They were attentive and brought pool towels as needed. We enjoyed the seating options in the lobby as we hung out after the pool closed. Our room was ready when we got there, clean and spacious. We received a text everyday about our stay which was appreciated.

Once you enter the hotel all the noise, hustle and bustle disappears. Beautiful, serene lobby with lots of tables. Cute bar with good drink selection plus a decent food menu. Room was spacious and clean. Nice indoor pool with a working hot tub.

Incredibly loud in the front of the building on highway side, we had to switch room the second night. Pool wasn’t open due to maintenance, breakfast wasn’t complimentary and not worth the money.

Parking included, clean facilities, polite staff. Breakfast not included but available for $15. Free coffee in the lobby during the morning and there’s coffee and tea for a K-Cup machine in the room. *Fantastic* Mexican restaurant right next to it. 15 minute drive to MetLife stadium. Very safe. It was a little noisy in the morning when someone was doing yard work next to my room but it wasn’t super early so I’m not upset about it. I couldn’t close the opaque curtains which was strange. Saving this location for future visits, I was very happy with my experience.

Rooms were not ready at 4pm for check in that started at 3pm. We were told that we could do a late check in upon return from our event. We arrived back at the property at 11:30pm. I explained the situation that happened earlier. The front desk attendant told me that we were entered into the system as a "no show" and he would look for a room. We finally get a room after multiple phone calls to coworkers for assistance. The room key unlocks the room but the door won't open. We tried several times. Head back down, told to try again and push hard. Tried again several times. At this point we were concerned someone was in the room and had the deadbolt on. Desk attendant finally came upstairs with us to assist and had to throw his body against the door to get it to open. He said, "I told you." and walked away. The room had a terrible smell and dirty countertops. We will not be back.

My room smelled like someone had been smoking. I stayed one night and the inside of my bags and all my clothes smelled like smoke. I informed assistant manager at front desk and they stated they would try to resolve the situation. They will not refund my stay. I will never stay here again. My concerns were not taken seriously. The assistant manager stated she would reach out to me but never did. I have stayed in many Hilton properties but this by far was my worst experience.

Property is dated. Breakfast is $16USD. Carpets are disgusting in both rooms we got. And bathrooms were dated. Hot water was cyclical or non existent. Save your money. Go someplace else.

The fixtures, showers and taps were little old. The water in the bathtub was getting clogged and was not going in the drain on time while taking bath, so it was in a way felt gross. It should be fixed.

I didn’t like the hot water. It was Luke warm at best. Further beds are extremely uncomfortable and pillows are flat. The temperature was set on cold and my room was freezing. My room window was unlocked and there was a hole in the screen. It was difficult to figure out how to shut the curtains. There are no menus for room service that is suppose to be offered. Definitely stayed in better.

The room was not cleaned in 4 days despite our repeated requests. No clean towels available. Trash not emptied. Very disappointing. Front desk staff were not very friendly and constantly asked to contact mgmt instead of resolving simple requests for clean towels. Would not recommend this property.

It was clean and everything was fine except our room was not ready until after 3:30, not the 3:00 check in time and we were in a time crunch to get to a concert and still had to get ready…so it pushed us behind and we had to pay a cancellation fee to reschedule the Uber.

The staff at this location is extremely unprofessional and do not care about the guests at the hotel. I've normally experienced staff that go above and beyond to help guests with their stay. I thought I had seen milk for sale on the pictures of the "store" they have located in the lobby. All they had was beer and soda. I had asked if I could have milk for my daughter (as they have a full breakfast) and I was told absolutely not. The following day when I had asked the front desk for some help, the gentleman was too busy to help. That evening they rented the pool out to a private party that was drinking and smoking - approximately 30 people that were not hotel guests.

The room was amazing! Lots of space. The service at the front desk was not what I expected. I had called the day before to ask about an early check in and the woman on the phone was very short and kind of rude about it to me. Checking in was a similar experience. I could hear the two people working the desk whispering and giggling at me and the my friend when we were checking in.

The staff were super nice and we were able to check in early. We took the NJ transit to NYC ($8 roundtrip, cash only) which was nice. They provided a sheet with all the information. They have a small pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good with options to order (omelet, waffle, pancakes, french toast etc) or have a limited buffet (no eggs or protein). They have garage parking and there's a walmart nearby.

This hotel is located in a very challenging area to get to. There is also very little around to eat or even have delivered. To get a bagel, go to a diner or get Starbucks you have to get on some intimidating roads and exits. The shopping center is basically right across the highway but takes alot of effort to get there. What would make this better? Free breakfast ($15!), shuttles to food/shopping, shuttle to public transportation, the option for daily room cleaning. What I did like: on-site garage parking (free), indoor pool and hot tub, on-site guest coin laundry ($2.50/load!). Service was fine.

The entrance to this property is right on the exit to NJ Turnpike. It looks like 3 entrances but its 2. The 1st entrance you may miss because its in a curve. The 2nd one please aim for it. The 3rd entrance is not to a hotel but a warehouse with a gate. You cannot back up to the 2nd entrance because of on coming traffic for the NJ turnpike. The closest U-Turn if you miss the 1st or 2nd entrance "WILL ADD" 16 miles of extra driving for you as I found out.

Advertised a restaurant on property. They do not have a restaurant. “It’s so hard to change that on the website” is what I was told. Totally run down hotel. Paid extra for the restaurant amenity and totally let down. Will never stay here again

Breakfast options were great! Choice of buffet or menu. It’s not included however. We (mother and 8 yr daughter) didn’t purchase the breakfast add on $33. It cost no more than $24 each day. Rooms were clean and adequate for our trip. All Staff were great! Pool area little on the small side but everyone seems to be enjoying it (we didn’t have time to try it on this trip). My only complaint was maybe more pronounced signage where to enter because if you miss the entrance, then you end up on the Turnpike and I had to pay 2 tolls to get back smh. Maybe that was just me, so pay special attention.

Our stay was so so. The hot water did not adjust right it was either super hot or non- existent. The Buffet breakfast consisted of watery eggs and less than appetizing sausage. The location was about the best thing about this hotel. The staff was super friendly and did everything they could to make our stay the best.

The hotel is only accessible via highway exit and entrance ramp because it is built on land not accessible by local road or pedestrian street. Also Hilton Garden Inn charge for every breakfast item, not cheap.
