Really expensive transportation to New York. The shuttle bus doesn't always run as promised. The breakfast was less good. Disposable tableware, and jam, butter and cheese in small plastic containers. Only 1 type of cheese, spreadable cheese. Positive was that you could make your own waffles

A budget motel, the staff were very kind. The room was in need of some repairs but appeared clean. Linens and ammendities were basic but did the job for 1 night. Area was a little sketchy. The staff at front desk were kind and helpful. The breakfast was very basic but the attendant was very kind. Parking was included.

Said in room 317, we elected to stay in the room with the whirlpool tub. Tub was completed chipped and the glaze was peeling off, so everytime you used flakes would float up. The tile surrounding the whirlpool tub , had a 1 ich thick transitioning molding. Which youbl kicked everytime getinf out of bad. The room seem to be innvery bad shaped and looked orginals from the early 90s. The only ice machine working was on first floor(lobby), we check all 5 floors and only the one in the lobby work. I really felt that the money i spent for 3 nights was not worth it

It's a little old and rundown, but you get what you pay for. Overall, it was fine but I did see a roach on the refrigerator on my last morning there. Not really a surprise in an old building like that, but I'd rather not see it. I did appreciate the gym, even if it was tiny and the treadmill was super old. Likewise the microwave and fridge in room was convenient. The beds were not super comfy but it was clean and lots of pillows.

The staff was polite and the room was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed that the hot had paint peeling from inside, so I wasn't able to use it. The refrigerator wasn't cold, however the issue was fixed after I raised my concern with the front desk. Plenty of parking.

Staff was very kind. Hotel didn’t seem to have AC on throughout the hotel and smelled musty. Our room carpet had a lot of moisture, we weren’t sure why. FYI couch in room was a pull out couch. Also liked that they provided a laundry room. Overall, not bad for the price/night.

We checked in late at night without issues. Family of 6. Beds were comfortable. Pull out couch bed was better than most as mattress was thicker and clean- looked new. No silverware in kitchenette. Breakfast was limited to coffee, waffles, bread, bagels, pastries and cereal. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. Easy drive into Manhattan.

Overall very good hotel, friendly and helpful staff and free breakfast. Also there is a shuttle every morning to NYC SQ which is convenient but not free. The price is less than the toll needed to go to NY so it is worth it nonetheless.

Staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Hotel is dated which was ok. But, the morning we checked out, there were roaches crawling around in the bathroom ( sink and tub). The ice machine and vending machine on our floor were out of order. The carpet was very dirty and sticky in areas. The cable did not work so we only had 5 channels to choose from.

Found 3 bugs in our beds and a few on our walls. Very outdated. Breakfast was included but within an hour of it being opened 90% of the food was gone. Not a very well kept hotel by any means. The tap in the bathroom dripped constantly and it wasn’t just here and there or just a little. As soon as you walk inside the hotel has a strange funny smell to it.

The suite was in complete and utter disrepair. Multiple maintenance issues and we confirmed pest in the room as I killed a cockroach in the room. When staff was notified manager on duty couldn’t care less.

The toilet was running the whole time. The wall had a hole in it. The paint was chipping all around the room and the tv only had a couple working channels. The buttons to the elevator had brown marks on them (gross) and a dead roach on the lobby.

The room has leaking bathroom ceiling. Drywall screws holding the drawer on. The mattress was smaller than the metal frame underneath and slammed my shin whole getting up to pee in the night. the smell through the building musty and stale. The pullout couch for the kids was hard and uncomfortable and when asking for more blankets to put on the mattress for comfort the front desk said no. The whole family slept horrible trying to fit on the beds.

This hotel was fine for the price. The only issue I had was my room smelled very bad--not like smoke, but like old food and stale water or something. I think it was coming from the air conditioner/heater which was very old, and you could not open the window so could not air out the room.

The air conditioner didnt work well and we were literally sweating while sleeping. The bathroom ceiling had something thrown up because it looks like it leaked before and had mildew. The bathroom had mildew on the grout and the tub was cracked.

It’s good especially when going to events right outside of nyc but the driving can be a little scary if you are not used to the driving in the area. I’ve gone here twice now and have liked it a lot but both times I’ve gone I’ve had the same two issues with a wonky shower and the door is a little broken (you have to slam it to close it/open it) but other than that I do like the hotel.

We were locked out of our room that had all of our stuff inside and they were unable to open the door and told us maintenance wouldn’t be in until the next day to fix so we had to sleep in a different room with out any of our things. Then they refused to comp the night and told us these things happen. Poor customer service on their part.

I had a confirmed room through Expedia. We arrived at 12:30am after a long trip from California. Upon check-in, I was told we did not have a room. I showed the worker the confirmation email and he said they had nothing on their end. He told me to call Expedia and they would fix it. As I was on hold with Expedia, another person came and rented a room. Then Expedia called the hotel and I saw the clerk answer the phone and speak to them. Then Expedia called me back and told me that the hotel doesn't have any rooms available! I literally raised my voice to the worker that he rented the last room when he knew I had a confirmation for a room and I was on hold with Expedia. He didn't care at all. So now it's nearly 1am, I'm with my 2 children on the other side of the country with no place to sleep. Expedia found me another hotel an hour later.

Handling of our reservation was unprofessional. It took 75 minutes to check in because what we reserved they said was unavailable. We requested a refund, called Expedia and then they made what we reserved available. The hotel has poor business practices, they were very unknowledgeable of how to handle issues, and to a degree were dishonest. For days they had no television service. They had no sign to tell customers but waited until they got into their rooms for them to find out. Further, we had a 12 noon check out due to the earlier inconvenience, and at 11:10 am, someone overrides the lock and enters the room. Our phone, which did not work to call out, worked to call in, asking when we are leaving. Again, a very unprofessional site and we challenge you Expedia to better vet the sites you offer on your site. We have had numerous bad experiences recently and we now see you as the common denominator. This location had a 9.0 rating, where the rating should be more of a 2-3.

We stayed for one night in order to be close to the path over to NYC. Due to unforseen circumstances we got there earlier than expected and were praying for an early check in. The front desk ladies were absolutely amazing! I was able to gwt into my room early, they were also so very helpful as far as tips and tricks to navigate the commute to NYC. The room was clean and worth the price.

The hotel was clean, service was great, breakfast had many options. The only issue we had was the street the hotel is on is very, very busy divided highway. It was so hard to get out and there wasnt much within walking distance.

This visit was very inconvenient for us and we will come back again We booked a room for 6 people with kitchenette- we got a room without kitchenette and with little sofa bed that not fit to our family size We asked the staff to get the room we booked and they were totally useless- at first they said that there is maintenance problem and the morning after they told us that somebody already took this room the day be (so we don’t know who to believe) Location- at the website they wrote “9 minutes drive to Times Square “ but it was 50-60 minutes so we couldn’t take the car but the public transportation is very hard to get and the shuttle is so expensive We won’t come back

The location is very difficult to access- off of the highway, always traffic and you need to do a u turn to go the other direction (can take 15mins). The rooms were always freezing, and our key never worked for one of the rooms. The shuttle to nyc is 10$/person one way, not worth it if you’re a larger group. Breakfast was the only positive.

Our room was much dirtier than expected by the other reviews. There were hairs all over the place and didn't look like the shower was cleaned prior to our arrival. The included breakfast is only pastries and none of your typical bacon/eggs/anything to that extent. Just bread, bagels, muffins, etc so that was disappointing. We chose this one as it was a bit more expensive than others in the area hoping that meant better quality but we were wrong about that. The staff were nice though, no problems with them.

Honestly, was not too bad, they were very clean and they took care to clean up my bedroom every day! Breakfast was horrible, just muffins and waffles, cereal too, for me too simple. They need to update the hotel It’s look like the 80’s but other than that they were very nice!
