Carpet was matted with fur, hair and old dusty food crumbs. Pool was green and bad floating trash in it, cleaniness was an issue. Staff was fine, breakfast was very limited to the waffle maker and some cereal.

The hotel stay was not as good as I expected for the price. I paid $74 for one night. They charged $100 deposit for security and I expect that will be refunded. Our room had a damaged drape which let light in at night because the outside was lit up. The internet which is so important to me, was horrible. It's an open network and I literally could not do anything with it as the speed as less than 0.5 Mbps second. I called them about it and they said they couldn't do anything about it. The TV volume didn't work. it was on too loud and I tried the remote buttons and nothing changed it. No, it wasn't user error. I also pushed the buttons on the TV itself, and nothing worked on that either. So we couldn't watch TV, because it was too loud and irritating. The kitchen sink didn't drain very well. The breakfast was standard, but ample for us. It had the basics of yogurt, milk, juice, waffles, boiled eggs, bread, bagel, no butter or cream cheese.

We knew the pricing would be higher because of the Balloon Fiesta, however, the carpets were dirty, no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms (we were told that was premium rooms ha ha) and the breakfast was out of everything. In addition, our car got broken into in the parking lot and personal items stolen. Very Disappointed.

It’s a scary place to stay and I was told make sure you take all of your valuables out of the vehicle. In case it was stolen or broken into. So I left my vehicle at a casino under a camera for safety and had to catch an Uber back. I didn’t want to risk my truck being broken into or stolen. No cameras and very aged hotel. My ceiling fan only had 3 blades. Lol

Quick 2 overnight stay... breakfast is great. Room is spacious and clean,beds are comfy. Parking is tight and limited on handicap, Noticed 2 cars parked there all night not sign. Saw workers drive iff in those cars.

Poorest La Quinta we’ve ever stayed in. Very unfriendly desk clerk, stained carpet throughout, one small bar soap for use at sink and shower, bkfst had no sugar (“truck hasn’t come”) and had to ask for cereal milk, pool closed/appeared moldy. Rather shocking place. Don’t stay here!

Smelt like smoke. Called before we went down told the pool was open. Instead it was green and covered in trash. Not even a microwave or fridge in the room, even though pictures show there were. Your feet would turn black just 10 minutes of walking across the room carpet bare foot. You had to put in for room service it wasn't automatic. Breakfast was eggs and waffles and that's it. Don't trust the pictures cause that's a complete set of false advertising

Serivce was good. The front desk lady didn't talk much, check in was pretty quick. Hallway smells of Fresh paint, rooms were so nice and spacious, we got a suite. Parking was/is the worst. Breakfast was good.

This hotel is pet friendly but entering into the lobby you can smell dog pee, the floor in the lobby was so dirty, the elevator floor dirty as well, the carpet on our room old and filthy. They charge $25.00 per per, at least they can mop the floors to remove the dog pee odor. It time for this hotel to get a deep cleaning or been remodeled. Will it stay there ever again.

it was totally disgustingly dirty. the room had old food molding under tv cabinet, the windows were completely filthy, the sheets were stained, the carpet was so fn dirty with hair and lose debris, the furniture had rips and stains and looked as if from the streets of the trolls, the ceiling fan and roof had webs all over, the elevator had trash gathered in the corners....SO GROSS

Our room was run down. The carpets were filthy, hardware was missing from the drawer of the nightstand and the bathroom had broken tiles. When I asked about another room after explaining the conditions of the one we were in the manager offered the room next door. When I checked that room out it smelled of urine and was actually missing the entire drawer front on the nightstand. We stayed in the room we were given because it didn’t smell like urine. We chose not to stay for breakfast because if the hotel rooms were filthy we were sure the food facilities and handlers wouldn’t be clean either. We spent our key points on this room and would like to get them back along with the balance that we paid.

Do not recommend. It’s very dirty. I found so many bugs on “clean” towels and on the “clean” linen. Shower had pink mold. Looks like no one cleaned it. Spend that extra $40 on a different hotel.

We were unsure when we stepped into the lobby, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The building exterior was cracked and missing pieces of stucco. The lobby looked nothing like the pictures. We checked in with no problems. Went to the room, the carpet was filthy, the bathroom floor was sticky. The toilet seat was barely secured to the toilet. We grabbed our stuff, went to the lobby and left the key and left. We cancelled other stays we had booked there and booked a different hotel.

The room was all right. Just even in the cheapest hotels there is at least a mini fridge and microwave. The exterior was dingy and falling apart. Overall it reminded me of a place that rented long term but not picky on guests.

Stay was ok, but one thing that really rubbed me the wrong way happened Saturday morning. The breakfast was available from 7 to 10. Around 6:40 I decided to see if coffee was available, as most hotels have it 24/7. As I approached the breakfast area, the room was dark, but there was somebody there getting a coffee. So I did the same. When I went to leave, there were chairs lined across the entrance that I now had to slip through. Turns out it was the attendant getting her coffee, but she had issues with me doing the same. I’ve had two different issues with two different La Quintas in one week. My money spends anywhere. I am through with La Quintas.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I paid for this reservation a week in advance. I called several times throughout the week to confirm my reservation was solid, so I wouldn’t have any surprises. I drove 4 hours there and arrived at 8pm. The front desk guy tells me, “I’m sorry but we don’t have a room for you. Our housekeeping called out and the rooms aren’t cleaned.” He never called me ahead of time to tell me this. He couldn’t even get me in anywhere else. All he could offer me was a refund but neglected to tell me that I needed to call Expedia. I ended up driving back home that night incredibly tired. The next day, I called La Quinta about my refund status, and they said I needed to call Expedia. The woman I spoke to said, “I am done with this conversation. Goodbye.” Never go here. Your reservation is not safe and the staff is incredibly rude.

Staff were usually not at their desk to answer questions and provide service. There was no working bathroom in the lobby. Most of the laundry facilities were out of order. If you stayed multiple nights, your room was not cleaned. The ceiling fan in our room was unusable and was missing a blade. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was inoperable and had a cover missing exposing electrical wires to anyone who used the bathroom. The ac unit in our room did not function correctly and was very poorly cooling our room. This along with the broken ceiling fan made for an uncomfortable nights sleep!

The staff was very nice, overall. The facility reeked of smoke and I heard other guests complaining about it. Because they do not have daily room cleaning, perhaps a place to pick up shampoo, soap, etc could be offered to the guests. The breakfast was plentiful and neatly kept.

We got to the property and waited at the front desk for 20 minutes with no one there. The clerk came after a while and was very unprofessional. When asked to see the room he walked us angrily !

Waited for someone at the front desk for 15 minutes to check in. Had to get someones attention by yelling hello is anyone there. The person at the front desk was watching TV. You could hear it in the background. Transite people going in and out of the hotel building at night. Back door was proped open.

Exterior of front of hotel has been damaged and multiple areas around the perimeter of the property have damage that has not been tended to for a very long time. Smelled on the inside and parking lot had several folks not staying there just hanging around the parking lots.

Cable TV was not working properly. Channels did not correlate with what was on the guide. Should’ve had scrambled eggs for breakfast, not just hard-boiled. Just glad they had waffles. Having to give them my license plate number is a little outdated. I would stay here again though. Still a nice hotel
