One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it had a hot tub. The hot tub is out of service. Very disappointed. Staff were very friendly and the room was great. Really wanted to sit in a hot tub. This s the 4ht hotel I have stayed at in the last month that had issues with the hot tub or pool. Should be identified online when making reservations.

Staff was fantastic, the beds were comfortable and clean, the breakfast was well supplied. Whoever did the tile and trim work in the bathroom did not do a good job. There is some updating that needs to be done throughout the hotel. The pool was closed for maintenance, but that was not a huge deal to us. The area around the hotel was nice and quiet (a big plus)!

I liked the walk in shower, however the shower head was a bit loose and leaked water to the side leaving the entire restroom floor wet. The "hot tub" was colder than the pool water. Upon mentioning it to front desk staff member, the timer for the jets was turned on w the promise that it was going to heat up. 30 min later the water was still cold. There was no remote for the tv in the room!! What an inconvenience!! Pay a few extra bucks and stay in a better place!

Was good. Wish it would say if the pool was open or not. It was closed for cleaning what the sign on door said. But I had chosen this one because it has a pool and I’ve stayed there before. So my family was disappointed . Didn’t pay for the one that is refundable or I would have changed hotels.

First off check in was a breeze, front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower head was amazing. I was super excited for the pool cause it was heated and the hot tube was actually hot. Overall great stay will be coming back to stay again.

Check in process was terrible due to hotels.com. Hotels.com did not give me all the confirmation numbers or did not make me aware that there were mulitple numbers. Which made the check in process difficult. The feont desk person disnt care to help either. He told us i dont lnow its a third party. Also the pool was putbofnorder atvthe hotel whichnis the reason we chose the hotel. Bad experience overall.

However, there were several issues that could have made this better - hot tub working (it was out of order), having plugs for the tub (was told they have none), having a lock on the workout room (a suspicious man just came in and stared at me), and having them ask if we want the room cleaned.

Whole second floor smells of mildew or mold. Rooms are dirty, everything is unkept, bathrooms, carpet especially and bed skirts are covered in stains! Room smelled so musty and stuffy that I had to open the window. I think it’s been years if not decades since the AC filter was changed, that ac was fighting for its life making the room smell even worse.

I was pleasantly surprised at the room comfort at this location. Bed was one of best I've ever slept in. Room was a very good size but the shower curtain was too short and very inadequate for keeping the spray in the tub. The hotel is just off the highway and main road, so noise is an issue. Staff were professional.

Nice room. The sofa bed was just OK. Sagged in the middle and a few springs were very noticeable. We will stay here again but will try to book earlier and get a handicap accessible room as the bathroom was very tiny.

The hotel was good and clean but when i showed up the front dest wasnt there i showed up at 300 and got check in at 330 plus there was 10 pleople wating in line ... the breakfast wasnt updated or fill i went down and the trays where empty but overall the room was clean and awsome

I believe Kayla was the ladies name working the night shift front desk. She was absolutely amazing and made sure that we were comfortable. We arrived after 10 pm and were completely exhausted and just wanted to sleep. We were unable to do so because of a noisy neighbor. After mentioning this to her she made sure to find us an available room that was much quieter.

trying to find the entrance to this hotel was difficult. very confusing, address is not the same as the entrance. There is a sign posted, but a car was parked infront of it, it was very dark, and very difficult to read. Shoty way to do business. It took me about 15 minutes to find the entrance. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but to be driving around in the dark after driving for 8 hours it is a big deal. Because of the shoty fiasco, I won't come back.

The location is good and right off the highway so it’s easy to get to and from. The place is very run down and falling apart. The beds weren’t the comfiest but they did the job if you are staying short term and really won’t be spending much time in the hotel. We were disappointed the pool closed so early?? 9 seems sooo early. So we never got to go in which was unfortunate. They had breakfast but it really wasn’t anything spectacular. They had lots of parking and I felt safe in the area.
