Web sight said theres a pool. I paid extra for pool view and there is NO pool. The bathroom sink had cigarette buts and was clogged. It is unsafe for kids to stay there. The room was dirty.

There were many broken windows, the pool wasn't open, likely for cleanliness reasons, the ice machine was also broken, no toilet paper or kleenex in the room, the hair dryer and iron had been stolen, and there was a constant beep in the room which sounded like a smoke alarm that needed a new battery (but that had also been ripped out!). There was nothing redeeming about this place, except for the housekeeper who went out of her way to get us a new room. We definitely WOULD NOT have stayed here if I hadn't prepaid. This property should NOT be associated with either the Wyndham name or Expedia--it is bad for both of their reputations! I wouldn't recommend this place to even my worst enemy!

We are on our second night. No card keys have ever worked. We had to call a certain number so they could come and open our room every time we left. Our room was dirty since day one. Nobody came to clean it during our stay. Ridiculously bad!!!!!

We arrived late and the property was swarming with homeless people who were openly using drugs. Homeless people were standing in stairways and didn’t feel the need to live out of our way as we were carrying things to our room. We could hear the commotion all night long. In the morning they were all packed up and standing across the street from the hotel. I called it camp crack. Advertised indoor pool but it was drained. Also said breakfast included and was unable to find food in designated area.

We chose this hotel for having a working indoor pool. WRONG! As soon as we walked into the lobby the lady at the desk said it was down, no warning. Then there were 2 tiny pillows on both our beds. We went to the front desk 3 times asking for 2 more pillows for our comfort. It was 10pm before we could get pillows. Breakfast was poor, only 1 waffle maker with a pitcher of batter. There were only 4 yogurts and old soggy fruit. There was no other options like toast, danishes or even cereal. We didn't expect much from this hotel, but it would of been nice to at least let our kids swim. Overall it was a very poor hotel

The property wasn’t too bad like the room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and it was cheap. But the whole four nights I was there the pool and hot tub wasn’t working or open and the area was terrible. A bunch of druggies near the area that watch people and bang on doors no matter what time.

The place was supposed to have a swimming pool and breakfast, and none of them was available, the place looked dirty and employees were struggling to keep up with quality of previous administration because of lack of resources. The area was not secured and many homeless people were in the area nearby the rooms. Even the ice machine was not working and we had to kill a small cockroach in the lavatory, never again in this place.

The maintenance on these rooms were very poor. Light fixtures about to fall off the walls and a huge hole in the bathroom door. There were also cockroaches in our room. Front desk told us an exterminator was on his way but never showed up. Personnel at front desk seemed lazy and got upset when we requested anything.

This place was terrible. We did not even stay the whole night. The front desk person told us we got a room that had just been updated with new shower head so we got the "fun" room. WTH???? She didn't mention that it wasn't a completed job because there was a hole up where the shower head goes, and it was hanging out of it. There were flies in the room, the bathroom floor didn't look like it had been mopped in maybe a month, and the tub was dirty. The light to the sink/mirror area was burnt out, there was some kind of drywall stuff all over the bed, and the comforter was dirty. Also, it was so noisy outside. They have a gate surrounding the property and right where our room was, is the opening for the gate and every time a car drove through it you could hear the track for the gate jostle loudly. There were what I can only assume were meth heads outside and we just didn't feel safe, and we didn't feel like we would even be able to sleep in such a dirty place. If I could have, I would have given this place a minus 10 stars. Do not stay at this place.

The room we reserved was ground floor the end of February 2025. Shower had not been cleaned or completely serviced it as empty shampoo bottles lay around the edge, shower head was broken, low water pressure, bedspread had dirt on it like somebody changed the overhead light bulb, there were blue stains on bedspread like somebody spilled a drink on it, the hollow bathroom door was caved in and was covered with clear packing tape, room entry door had a half inch gap at the bottom so we rolled up the disgusting bedspread to abate cold drafts. Couch had stains and cigarette burns on it. We will avoid Days Inns from now on.

Disgusting! This property carries the Wyndam brand and you would assume it is nice. Just the opposite - trash everywhere including in the rooms, no toilet paper, no hand towels or wash cloths, dirty floors, lipstick and makeup on the pillowcases, not sure if the sheets were clean. No breakfast provided even though it is advertised. Felt very unsafe staying here.

The room was filthy. The sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. The fire alarm has a speed stick deodorant sticker over it like somebody was smoking in here the outlets and covers on a couple of in our room need attention. The bathtub doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned since the day it was put in there’s black appears to be mold or dirt on the bottom of the shower curtain Hole in the bathroom door and then on the floor, I don’t know what is stuck to the floor, but it’s not part of the floor Overall, this is got to be one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in.

They gave me one room that had obviously been smoked in, so they gave me a second room . That room had pubic hair on the “clean” sheets and we saw a silverfish crawling on the bed. So they gave me a third room that also had pubic hair in the bed and footprints on the sheets. They said I was getting a refund so I went to a different hotel that was a 10 minute drive in the opposite direction from my destination. Worst. Hotel. Experience. Ever.

I have stayed there in the past and it was decent but nothing special. This time the tub was grimy and there was a hole in the top sheet. Dead cockroach on the floor. This place is just plain worn out, should be condemned and rebuilt. The property owners obviously do not want to put any money for a full remodel. While a cheap price, the place is just worn out.

The bathtub handle was broken off had nearly no hot water, the tv remote was missing and the buttons on the tv it self did not work so no tv, half of the plug ins did not work, the bed was made with the blanket on the bottom and the sheet on the top, the phone was not even plugged in it was sitting in the night stand drawer. The surrounding era was really bad, people doing drugs in the parking lot. Would not recommend this location to anyone!!!!!!

Outside pictures make it seem like a spacious property, but in reality it is sandwiched between a handful of other hotel chains. Was a pretty sketchy area with people yelling well into the night. Coffee was left in the pot from who knows when. No toiletries provided other than some lotion. Bed was lumpy, pillows were small, and sheets were put on inside out-could’ve been nothing but it made me think they were just turned over after the previous occupants.

Property right next to Freeway. Three times someone tried to open our door at night. Rooms not clean. Moved 4 times before we got a clean one. Asked for clean towels Sat am but never got them. Sat pm went to front desk and were given pool towels covered in long hair. Ran out of toilet paper at 3 am. Beds hard as rock. Bed frame redone sticks out on all sides. Many times hit toes or foot on it. Tv didnt work.

The AC was hanging loose from the wall and there were a couple of sockets left behind like someone was trying to fix it but left before they finished. There was no trash can anywhere in the room and no bath towels (did have hand towels and wash cloths). The hair dryer didn’t work. The bed was mediocre at best. There was no remote for the TV.

This was one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed. First what we booked online was not available when we got there. The room was fairly clean but the bed sheets were very weird. The walls were very thin, the windows were just as thin; you could hear everything and everyone outside. Between the noise, the shady people hanging out around the property and the fear of having our car stolen or broken into…. We almost left. Oh and the pool was GREEN!!!! This was just all about the hotel. Why didn’t we leave… well we needed some sleep but by 5 in the morning we were gone!

This property needs to be removed from your website ASAP. The surroundings were unsafe, the room has multiple fixtures broken (fridge, lights). They banged on our door at 12 am stating our payment didn’t go through, it did, we showed proof, they made us go outside and downstairs where I felt extremely unsafe. They asked to have my card for potential damages, then charged me 4 separate times amounting to $220. My boyfriend still has the original charge on his account. The hotel won’t answer their phone. This is extremely unprofessional.

Turned AWAY from an empty property. And NOT refunded. We were stuck in traffic for 7 hours. I booked the room and got confirmation. When we arrived, they turned us away. I called to cancel and they said sure, no problem. Had to go around the hotel to get out and it was EMPTY. maybe 6-7 cars outside. It was NOT refunded. When Travelocity called on my behalf, they stuck to their no refund stance. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I booked and paid through Travelocity, but when I went to check in, I was charged an additional $50 "refundable" security deposit. When I checked a few days later, and it hadn't been refunded, I called and was told it takes up to 14 business days to refund. It is now 18 business days, and still no refund. Not recommended.

THEN THE FRONT DESK STAFF NEVER APOLOGIZED AND JUST LAUGHED SAYING SHE FORGOT TO UPDATE HER COMPUTER.. WE THEN GET OUR SECOND ROOM AND AFTER FINISHING UNLOADING.. WE ARE CHILLING AND RELAXING ON THE BED AND OUR DOOR WAS ATTEMPTED TO BE OPENED, BY WHO? I CAN’T TELL YOU AND THE ONLY THING THAT PREVENTED THE DOOR TO BE OPENED WAS THE ACTUAL HOTEL DOOR LOCK THEY SELL ON AMAZON.. AFTER THAT WE WENT TO THE FRONT AGAIN & REQUESTED A REFUND AND LEFT.. AND BELIEVE ME WE WERE NOT THE ONLY ONES AT THE FRONT OFFICE SAYING WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE… SO AGAIN I DO NOT AND CANNOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYBODY TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL

I'd made a reservation at Days Inn and then called to confirm a late check-in. The person with whom I spoke indicated that a late check-in would be fine--someone would be at the desk. We arrived at 12:30 AM and waited for someone to come to the desk until almost 1 AM. The person came to the desk and said there were no rooms. I explained that I had a reservation and had called to let him know we were coming. He said they had given away our room - that they had overbooked. There was an event in Albuquerque, so there were no rooms anywhere. We ended up sleeping in our vehicle. It was uncomfortable and cold, so we were awake all night. The man at the desk was rude - he did not apologize, offer to help us find an alternative arrangement - nothing. I hope this place goes out of business. THE WORST.

The whole area is crawling with drug addicts that come and go linger throughout the night. Coming and going. Motel 6 next door is worse with cars coming and going people pacing walkways all hours of night. Security at Motel 6 leaves at night. No staff at Days Inn 11-7. Rooms at both motels are being used by drug users and other mysterious and ominous activity. Walking zombies. Not one time did I look out window after midnight and not see mysterious activity. I left at 2:30 not trusting my work trailer safety to sleep. I drove to nicer hotel north end of town and slept in my truck in parking lot

The hotel is nearby to plenty of dining options and shopping. Transportation is available and there are plenty of other hotels on the same street/avenue as this hotel. They claimed to have breakfast but they barely had anything (honey buns, activia yogurt, no coffee). The indoor pool was under maintenance, the facilities and rooms were not clean. It was priced cheaper than the other hotels in the area but I would have rather paid more at a nearby hotel. Would not stay there again.

Terrible location! We arrived at 10:30pm to find people hanging around the outside of this hotel. The doors are on the outside of this hotel making it unsafe to even park and unload your car let alone get your kids out. We had pre booked and had to leave without even going in. Stay closer to Albuquerque to stay safe! Phone number on hotel.com is also incorrect which kept us from getting in touch with the front desk. Worst hotel ever!

Do not book this hotel. We booked a one night reservation so we could catch an early flight the next morning. When we got there, we saw the sign on the front door below. Rooms were dirty. Area was unsafe. The clerk is behind the glass and you hand your credit card to her through a 2 inch wide opening for her protection. We took one look at the room and left without staying, ended up just going to the airport early.

Filthy room, no toilet paper or shampoo, the smoke detector was missing, the bed had a huge lump in it, breakfast was a joke, a few bags of instant oatmeal and a few cornerstore honeybuns; - and to top it off, someone opened my door in the middle of the night. Good thing I had the security latch, or they would have opened the door all the way and been able to walk right in. Dirty, noisy, horrible. The only thing that was acceptable was the front desk attendant -

There is so much needed to make this a viable property to stay at. There's no housekeeping unless requested. The ice machine is inoperable. The hot tub was out of order. The floors in the room had not been cleaned/mopped. The phone in room didn't work, couldn't reach the front desk. No food for breakfast. No coffee in the room. The facility needs major repairs.
