This places perfect if you don't want to spend a lot of money and you want a good night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent. My only complaint would be that the pool was not very clean looking. I'm not sure if a pump was out or what but it didn't look very good. We missed swimming! Also. The place next door is abandoned and it looks terrible. if things like that bother you, you should call and ask if it's still the same way.

The stay was fine except for having to get our keys re-set after just about every use. They really need to update their key system. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. Location was great and price was reasonable.

Very clean! Don’t be swayed by its location in a more industrial area! Area was clean and safe! Easy access from I25 and close to Cracker Barrel. Only 1 gas station tucked away, so don’t show up empty! Stayed on the 1st floor which was a bit noisy until midnight. Ask for upper floor. Also, the city inspector had not inspected the pool for the season yet, so it was closed. So sad as it looked very inviting!

Being less expensive than most didn’t inspire confidence initially, but I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was clean and in good working order. The pool was nice and it had a full breakfast with eggs, sausage, and pancakes with lots of other options as well.

The place is older but functional. The prices are competitive for the area. There is free breakfast included in the price. The big plus for many is that it is dog friendly. The room along with bed sheets were very clean.

Room was spacious. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and attentive. Area felt safe and parking was easy. They have an elevator and luggage cart making it easier and convenient to get to the room. Only thing was the fridge is a little small and theres no microwave in the room, but there is one in the breakfast area which is available throughout the day. Very comfortable and nice.

Everything was going well until we found bed bugs. Then it became a nightmare, so we tried not to take them home. Everything wrapped in plastic bags, leaving all our stuff in the yard for a couple of days hoping they would die. Hopefully this will work.

We arrived late at night after driving through wintery weather. We needed a place tk sleep and rest after an almost 9 hour drive. I was grateful we had the room but after waking up and noticing the state the room was in, we decided to find another hotel. Bathroom had visible mold, room had a smell of mold, wet carpet and smoke. My daughter has terrible allergies so we had to get out. I appreciate that hotel only charged us for 1 night instead of the 2 we had reserved a month early! The area is very sketchy but still think the room is worse.

Area not too bad hotel seems is an older hotel. Bathroom and beds were clean however walls baseboards and doors were dirty. Phone didn’t work at all . Had a hard time with tv . Front desk wasn’t helpful. Had issues with my reservations

We stayed twice 10 days apart. The first time was better than the second time. The second time our room faced the freeway & was very noisy so not a good sleep. Staff was really nice, bed was comfortable & the breakfast was decent.

Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good. Better than a basic continental breakfast you get most places. Eggs and sausage and such. Only issues were some noise in one of our rooms due to equipment I guess maybe the air conditioner. And in our other room, the TV was not working at all. Luckily, my husband had his laptop with him so he could watch a little something before dropping off to sleep. All in all, a good value.

Check in took too long - like 30 minutes. One guy ahead of me but I think he had multiple rooms. Then keys didn’t work. It was frustrating. It was a bit outdated and back entrance could use some love. Bed was very comfortable and sheets were nice. Breakfast was good. Maintenance guy was very friendly and helpful. Put him at front desk. 😊.

The breakfast was good. No napkins. The bed was great (firm). The service was non-existent: no cleaning, towels, etc. The TV didn't work first night, but it was fixed the next day so that was good.

They never took out our trash and I did ask the front desk for everyday service and I was told we do not service stay over until they leave. I was there for four days and they never took out my trash and didn’t give me clean linens the entire time I was there. They never put toilet paper back. So when I can in at 10:30 at night the called the front desk to bring me a roll she said YOU have to come down and get it yourself!! This didn’t go well with me at all.

So for the cost was a little disappointing that they only offer room service every 3 days and none on weekend so we were without service for 4 days. And they tell you if you need towels to come get them from desk and put your garbage outside door. The elevator smelled of pot and there were people roaming around all hours when I took my dog out. The pluses beds were comfy and the breakfast was pretty good and it was near a Denny's. Overall I have gotten better for same money.

The check in was bad we booked a roon with 2 queen and they tried to put us in a room with one king that they had already pit another guy in then they didn't know what room we were in they had us in two different rooms other than that it was ok

Loved our room, loved having an elevator, great full breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location seems a little sketchy, but we did not have any problems. The property next-door is an abandoned motel, with broken windows and graffiti. Honestly, it was kind of cool looking and made me want to go exploring. But some folks might find that offputting. There is a fence between and I did not feel unsafe.

If you are going to Albuquerque for the Balloon Fiesta, this is an extremely convenient hotel. Easy to avoid traffic from this location. The hotel is outdated, but clean and safe. They even had muffins to grab for the early mornings of the fiesta. Friendly staff and great communication. The next door area was fenced off with sharp fencing, so looks alarming, but we felt safe. I would only stay here again if we were doing the Fiesta again. It’s just outdated and needs an update.

The room was clean and fresh. Beds were comfortable but pillows not so much. Breakfast had many choices from scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, bakery items, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, hot chocolate and juices. Would stay here again and the price was excellent!!

Check in staff said there was 2 breakfast in the morning. Early breakfast for Balloon crown on the go then regular breakfast till 10am the morning, but when went down at 9:15 there was no breakfast. Apparently it was done at 9… There was nothing to eat not even a cup of coffee. Front desk said however told us made a mistake Hotel was old and dated …moldy bathroom and Over priced, we will never stay here again

We chose Green Tree Inn because of our wonderful experiences in other locations. The price, the location, breakfast and the pool is what I also chose this hotel for. Upon check in, kids came back to the room disappointed that the pool was not open. WiFi was horrible, we tried connecting to several devices and the tv, but it was very slow. We had to use our cellular data. Bed was a bit hard and squeaky. We booked for two nights, and would have loved to go elsewhere, but it was too late to cancel for the second night by that time. We had breakfast before we went about our day and the bacon was too thin and crisp, and the eggs a bit too watery. If you’re one person or two adults who aren’t picky and just need a place to sleep and be on the road again, it’s ok. But if you’re traveling with kids and teens who use WiFi, love a good breakfast and a comfortable bed to snuggle in to, I recommend going elsewhere.
