UTOPIC Campos Elíseos is a chic boutique hotel in a beautifully converted historic house. It is ideally located in Polanco, flanked by parks and near top restaurants and shopping. It feels intimate and stylish, with a retro-modern vibe, comfy beds and meticulously maintained, spacious rooms. The staff were wonderful, genuinely warm and incredibly accommodating, happily helping with luggage and local tips. Note there’s no elevator, so avoid overpacking heavy suitcases—but the team will carry them up. And when we arrived, new sidewalks were being installed which will be a nice enhancement for future guests. Overall, a charming, design-forward stay we’d gladly return to.

Muy bonita la propiedad, las personas muy amables. Sin embargo no me gustó mucho el proceso de registro, no permitía hacerlo por teléfono y estnado de vacaciones no tenía una computadora. No tenía parqueo.

Wendy and the entire team, from the entrance staff to reception and housekeeping were incredibly friendly and welcoming! The room was spotless, and the balcony added a lovely touch. The decor throughout the hotel was beautifully done and created a pleasant atmosphere.

Hola en general bien . El check in muy tardado el cuarto muy incómodo y chico. Pedimos al segundo día un cambio de cuarto . Así disfrutamos la estancia. El check out es a las 11 horas . Es muy temprano. El personal muy amable , la casa preciosa. También la ubicación es excelente . No tiene estacionamiento ni ningún convenio .

The room is nice in general, the whole hotel building is converted from an old building. Everything is stylish, modern, and clean, I really like the vibe. The receptionist Erick really helped me with transportation today, thank you so much!! But please remember that there is no parking, you have to find a spot nearby.

I felt very safe and well taken care of at this hotel. They have a gate with a security guard and it is in a very safe part of Mexico City. The hotel is a beautiful renovated mansion and rooms were spacious, modern and very comfortable, especially the bed! They had a nice simple breakfast buffet with good coffee and fresh bananas and ingredients to make PB and Js along with yogurt/granola. Tiny gym on rooftop deck was very appreciated as a nice spot to do my morning yoga and stretching. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there next time I return to Mexico!

Perfectly amazing, and the staff are overly friendly and attentive. The rooms are gorgeous and clean, and the location can't be beat. We didn't realize there would also be an "Honor Bar" in the basement complete with a pool table for winding down the nights. Plus, the complimentary breakfast (with great green juice) was the perfect way to start our day. Definitely would stay again!

The staff - Wendy, Jonathan and Paola are excellent at meeting customer needs, answering questions and being a friendly face upon arrival. The door security is always there waiting to greet you! Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. My only suggestion is adding a few more electrical outlets in the rooms... Love this place.

The hotel is in a charming historic home that was renovated! The staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were clean and spacious! Only complaint is bring ear plugs. Located near W Hotel and gets loud on a Saturday night. But the earplugs work! The hotel actually has them available!

Staff were amazing. Room was great - a bit small. Hotel is very noisy. We could hear the beeping of all the other guests electronic door locks. We could hear every word and cough of other people on the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and excellent location. The staff is ready to help at any time and they make you feel home. We had to leave the hotel by the second day because the rooms don’t have A/C…. The heat at 2.00am was terrible (my son couldn’t breathe). They gave us a vent but the air was still hot hot, windows didn’t even help. We had to check in in another hotel :( and lost 3 days here. Definitely summer is not the best place to stay.

Our stay was great, the only thing is that the hotel is noisy so be prepared for that. They could probably put thicker windows to help. No AC either which would also help, but the weather was nice and we didn’t need it.

We loved our stay at Utopic! The building, rooms, staff, and neighborhood were exceptional. The only thing we had trouble with was a plumbing issue, but that is to be expected in an old beautiful building. I think that they could also improve their breakfast as well, but, again, not a big issue for me. I really, genuinely enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back the next time that I am in Mexico City.

The location was amazing the hotel in general very clean, beautiful unfortunately the staff wasn’t great. We were denying an extra capsule to make coffee at 7 AM in the morning and they didn’t have any coffee for breakfast until 8 AM. That’s pretty unreasonable.

Beautiful hotel but front concierge (didn't really offer his name) was not very welcoming or informative to the point of being rude. He offered no details about the property such as where the bar was or communal areas. The bar is self serve which was off putting as well. When we asked for an iron the next day he rolled his eyes and walked away to which I asked if I was following him or what? He really brought down the vibe of such a nice hotel.

Great spot but... the house is beautiful and very well designed, sadly the experience went to the dumps because of service on premises lead by one female individual who operates the property from what you would expect of a roadway motel, no service mentality totally obtuse and missing the forest for the tree.

Me gustó mucho , el hotel está en una casa barroca preciosa en una gran ubicación en Polanco . Dejamos el coche y caminando puedes disfrutar de la zona , restaurantes, bares etc.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en UTOPIC Campos Elíseos. Nuestro propósito principal era asistir a un concierto en el Auditorio Nacional y nos fascinó la cercanía. En los alrededores hay una inmensa cantidad de opciones de restaurantes y lugares para tomar algo. La propiedad es hermosa con todo el encanto y arquitectura de la zona. El personal siempre atento y muy amable. Cuenta con un servicio de desayuno cumplidor. Definitivamente uan opción para repetir en un próximo concierto.

UTOPIC Campos Elíseos is a chic boutique hotel in a beautifully converted historic house. It is ideally located in Polanco, flanked by parks and near top restaurants and shopping. It feels intimate and stylish, with a retro-modern vibe, comfy beds and meticulously maintained, spacious rooms. The staff were wonderful, genuinely warm and incredibly accommodating, happily helping with luggage and local tips. Note there’s no elevator, so avoid overpacking heavy suitcases—but the team will carry them up. And when we arrived, new sidewalks were being installed which will be a nice enhancement for future guests. Overall, a charming, design-forward stay we’d gladly return to.

El lugar es muy bonito y todos son muy amables, pero es ruidoso, no hablo del exterior, se escuchaban la bomba de agua, la regadera de al lado y eso no ayuda al descanso, ademas como tal no tienen desayuno, solo algo ligero (yogurt, cafe, pan y algunas carnes frias) pero si buscas algo cerca del auditorio llegas a pie de manera segura.

The location was amazing the hotel in general very clean, beautiful unfortunately the staff wasn’t great. We were denying an extra capsule to make coffee at 7 AM in the morning and they didn’t have any coffee for breakfast until 8 AM. That’s pretty unreasonable.

Beautiful little hotel….or inn created from an old mansion. Nicely done and good service. HOWEVER, VERY cold as no heating! That was an issue. Hard to call if a 4 star without some type of heat in the rooms. Overall, nice change from the mega hotels. Another thing is not food…..basic continental breakfast would be good as well. No need to be a 5 star but could do a couple things to make it a much better hotel.

Nos gustó mucho y si regresaríamos. No tiene Clima. No hay espacio sobre la calle para descenso o ascenso, lo cual lo hace un poco incomodo. No tiene restaurante interno. Pero está hermosa la casona recién decorada y remodelada y está super comodo
