TownePlace Suites by Marriott Denver North Thornton

On first walking in on Easter Sunday there was a group in the lobby gambling and cussing loudly, mf, gd, s, f etc. They were also smoking right near the front door. They were just getting a new alcohol delivery from a service that drove up when we did! Maybe the desk guy did something about them as I didn't see them for the rest of our one week stay. We weren't the only guests wondering why that drunken behavior was being allowed to happen. The bathroom didn't have a toilet paper holder just two holes where one used to be. The kitchen faucet was super loose and wobbly in the hole in the counter. One of the breakfast ladies had a very fowl disposition, the other one super nice. Housekeepers and desk staff were nice.

Clean space, friendly staff, great location and super comfortable room with great amenities.

Air conditioning was fine; staff was very friendly and accommodating; room was clean upon arrival.

We loved the spacious room and the kitchenette, location was convenient and quiet. The breakfast bar is a huge benefit, however, it needs to be monitored better. I mentioned the coffee was not hot on the first morning and the attendant just fluffed it off and the second morning there were not any sausage biscuits. Otherwise the hotel was clean and well cared for.
