The pool was dirty. Super dirty. It was disgusting! I’m sure if I got inside the pool, I was either coming out sick or an STD. The rooms are nasty. The showers were even worse, mold everywhere. Carpet is black. Nasty, never staying there. I even checked out the same day I checked in.

The room was clean and comfortable, if you don’t mind the peeling paint in the bathroom. The elevator didn’t work, which made moving luggage a trial to the upper floors. Breakfast was very good, except that they didn’t provide tea bags, even though they did have a hot water carafe.

Quiet, restful, not alot of chaos, fairly clear and upkept. If I have to stay in the area again, it will definitely be at the top for sleeping. Kids were sad the pool was closed and the hot tub didn't get at hot as they wanted, but kids can be picky!

Traveling with pets, we asked for a room close to an outside door and on the first floor. Andy accommodated us! The hotel was clean and comfortable. Perfect location after a long drive. Hot tub was great.

Quick and easy check-in with friendly staff. Plenty of parking space, and the rooms and all the equipment actually worked, unlike other hotels in the area. Both the pool and hot tub were also operational and clean.

The customer service at check in was very good. Once I got to the room, it went downhill from there. The bathtub had black sediment in it. I was too tired to ask for another room. So, I cleaned it. I took a bath. Then, the bath barely drained. Took about an hour to drain and would cough and gurgle up black stuff. The paint and wallpaper are coming off the walls. Just another poorly remodeled and poorly maintained cheap hotel. Linens were okay. I would stay there again.

Our stay was very pleasant. My husband had recently had shoulder surgery. So he was having a hard time sleeping comfortably in the bed. We were excited to see our room had a recliner which made it convenient for him to sleep at. The room was very clean and quiet. Making for a peaceful weekend getaway stay.

The room was big, with a sofa, coffee table and desk. Nice shower with good water pressure. AC on high all night didn't get the room as cold as I'd like. Quiet, seemed pretty empty on a June weekend. Just outside of town so convenient and easy parking.

The rooms are a little outdated but it was spacious and clean. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. My only complaint would be the shower leaked all night, the drain was very slow and the water only got lukewarm. Overall, satisfied with the stay and the price.

This will always be our go to place for Ruidoso! We have been here 3 times now and they have been more than accommodating to us, especially when I made a wrong booking they didn’t charge us instead let us book for the right dates! We always ask for a certain room and they are always willing to put us there if it’s open! Absolutely recommend this place!

The hotel is obviously aging but seems to be taken care of and kept clean. The worst part is the employees. At check-in we were greeted with an absolutely rude attitude. Not worth staying again to be greeted by that kind of attitude.

Easy to check in, front desk lady was helpful and fast and had great recommendations for food. Only thing I didn’t like was the hotel charged $5/room because it was an Expedia reservation. Kind of petty. Or if anything, just charge the $5/room on the Expedia charge.

I had a training to attend in the area and stayed 2 nights. The hotel looks very nice from the outside. However, the inside was very gloomy, dark paneling, old decor. I did not feel safe because on the first night, I saw a shadow of a person outside the door, heard them knock softly and then insert a card, and the door opened slightly. I did have the hasp across. I jumped up and ran to the door to see a leg of the person running down the staircase. I went downstairs to the front desk to tell them and he said, I "must not have shut the door properly." ......not convinced they cared. The room also looked like the high school ISS kids painted it. I tried to upload photos, it was just not professional.

We love staying here and will again. Usually priced right, clean and the beds are so comfortable! However this time there were a few hiccups. The first is our key cards did not work right away, they had to come and reprogram the door, not too big of a deal. Then come to find out, much later after we returned from a night out that the TV was left on demo mode so the side menu kept popping up. Then there was the cleaning lady. She sure was in a hurry to get us out of there. We heard a knock on the door at 8:30am and before we could get there she was coming and announcing herself. Then she came back around again at 10:00am. I thought there was some sort of system hotels had in place to let them know when someone has checked out. Oh well, lesson learned, always put the “Do not disturb” sign up!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was great. The beds are very comfortable. For as much time as you spend in the actual room, you cant beat the price. The breakfast was good too. Location is also great. We will stay here when we come back to Ruiodoso.

The TV was a hit or miss to turn on , you had to move the screen one way or another to get it to work. Couldn’t get warm water in the shower, come to find out the plumbing was backwards so turn to cold to get hot. Brkfst was very bland , I understand being short handed but serving food straight out of a package without putting any effort into making it taste and look good is bad. Just don’t serve brkfst.

The staff were very friendly, and helpful upon check in and throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good, breakfast room and food stations were excellent...clean and food refilled as needed! I only wish I had gotten the woman's name who hosted the breakfast area as she deserves much praise for the obvious pride she takes in keeping all clean, food hot, and refilled as needed! The outdoor pool area was well maintained and clean. Only negative is our shower unit did not come completely on, so tub filled with water as one showered.

Room was adequate but loud. Nothing fancy and fairly priced. Thin walls and rooms rattle when anyone lets the door close on its own. Breakfast was included but just ok. The people working up front were very nice, polite and made it worth the stay.

The inn was great. The manager was very helpful and the breakfast was the best we have had in an inn a truly complete breakfast. The price was unheard of and I have already told several people about it.
