This hotel was nice looks kinda old on the outside but the rooms were nice and the breakfast waffles were delicious. My only issue is that I booked it because it had a pool and hot tub but the pool was ice cold couldn’t even swim in it and the hot tub wasn’t working so water didn’t stay warm and no bubbles.

Nice rooms. Very clean comfortable beds checking person very nice. Parking is a little tight Didn’t get to try breakfast area as it was full and most people were finished but were sitting there playing on their phones. Someone needed to tell them to move along if they were done so others could have breakfast

Short little family trip to get away. Hotel was clean, availability was short notice they accommodate my stay smoothly. Free breakfast is a plus when traveling with kids. Pool was warm and hot tub was great to relax in... great place to stay for a last minute getaway. We even got to see snow flurries

the room was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Pool was small but perfect. Pool and spa were nice and warm. Spa was a little dirty and pool area a little outdated but not too bad!!overall nice stay!!

Loved the color in the rooms and the spaciousness. The pool and spa were also nice, but the spa hours were a bit short. The room was pretty clean, but high touch areas were overlooked (lightswitches, doorknobs, etc.). Definitely recommend!

The smell of marijuana inside the room was unbearable, and every time a guest smoked marijuana in the hotel hallways, the odor would fill our room again until they stopped smoking. The breakfast was terrible—it was just cereal, sweet bread, and what looked like pancakes. The room where the pool was located had pieces of the ceiling falling off due to leaks, and the pool was full of kids. There were only four chairs to sit on, and the water in what seemed to be the jacuzzi was colder than the regular pool. This hotel was being used as a shelter for people who had lost their homes in the floods, and we were never informed of this. There were clothes drying on the railing outside our room and many boxes of water outside the reception area for people to take, which made the place look very disorganized. We contacted Expedia at 10 p.m. to report the situation we were dealing with, and Expedia simply said they would contact the hotel to cancel our room. But that option wasn’t viable—where were we supposed to go at that hour if Expedia wasn’t offering us any alternative accommodations? For this reason, I do not recommend this hotel or Expedia.

We checked in about 10 mins before check in, the room was dirty, the pillow cases had hair on them, sheets and bedding both stained, we called and asked for the room to be re cleaned, it also had a terrible smell, left for 3 hours came back, nothing was done, front desk would not answer when we called, we finally found house keeping and she was not even made aware of the issue, she came and changed bedding (she was very sweet), tried getting in contact with the first desk again because I was already frustrated with the stay, also messaged on here with no response, hotel.com did not care to solve any issue either. $128 is way too much for these rooms, for the condition their in. I wouldn’t stay again even if I was paid. Don’t do it! Very disappointing, pay the $20 extra for a good hotel

The remote didn’t work and the phone didn’t work in the room. The floors were dirty and the room could have been cleaner. The lady at the front was amazing and super friendly and helpful. There was a card in the room that stated checkout was noon but it was actually at 11:00 and she was understanding and let us checkout after 11. Pool was heated but a little too cool for me, however the kids enjoyed it.

Large, nicely remodeled room and a convenient location to shopping and dining(thought not right in the downtown area). We really enjoyed the large screen TV(I think 65"?), comfy, king sized bed and separate living area. This was a very nice room for the price!

Sam was incredibly helpful at check-in. We got in at 11pm, half the parking lot was blocked for resurfacing and there was no access to handicap parking. Sam came out to help find where to park, and gave us a room on 1st floor close to our car. I was a little exasperated and Sam was very calm and helpful. He is an asset to your night staff. Thank you.

Love the room size, king size bed mattress was really comfortable. Breakfast didn’t have too many options to choose from but it was ok. The only problem was parking. Parking lot too small for hotel and restaurant. We had a problem with people upstairs that were stomping like elephants at 1 am but the front desk attendant was very helpful and he quickly responded and solved the problem. Thank you so much for that.

I was placed in the handicap-accessible room, even though I paid for the king suite. There’s a price difference between the two, and I feel like I was overcharged and taken advantage of. The tv would turn on at all hours of the night causing my sleep to be disturbed continuously. This wasnt happening during the day. I felt it was on purpose to harrass me. I dont believe ill ever stay with Wyndham hotels again becasue I have had problems with these hotels in the past as well every single stay at a Wyndham hotel serves for complications. Now i request a refund of the price difference in the rooms. Since i paid for a kings suite. I expect a refund in price difference at the very least.

Room was updated, but floor was dirty and the AC was off upon firstentering room which gave a stale smell and warm room. The inn itself is old and the smell of weed from outdoor users penetrated our room. Didn't feel safe.

It said dog friendly there was absolutely nowhere for your dog to go to the bathroom. The room smelled like pee and it was nothing like the picture that was online and there was so many sketchy people outside our room. It was scary.

Checked in, TV didn’t work, gentleman on staff was quick to respond. Floors were “sticky” in our room, residents down the way were smoking out front of their room, it seemed to waft in from the ac unit. The waffles for breakfast had a sour taste almost as if the batter had been out too long. The coffee was extremely bitter at breakfast as well. The indoor pool was ok, pool temp was fine, but there was mud all throughout the pool house. Towel fixtures were broken so we had to hang towels on the curtain rod to dry. The staff were very polite and helpful, but the facilities could use a thorough cleaning and fixing.

First checking in was completely easy and the guy was super friendly at the counter. Upon walking into a room one bed was dirty which was okay because we were only going to use one bed, obviously the clean one. There was a dirty washcloth hanging from the shower from the previous guest. Food stains, dirt stains, other stains on the wall that could have been easily cleaned off by housekeeping. The pool was completely amazing the water was crystal clear I wish the hot tub was a little hotter but the steam in the pool area just made the atmosphere completely comfortable. Where I became really heartbroken was in the picture they said they provided breakfast. And breakfast was an understatement all they had were toast, yogurt, some outdated apples, bland mini muffins and a waffle machine which syrup tasted like metal. Sure for the price what can I say but next time I'll throw in the extra cash for a better continental breakfast.
