Hotel was nice and quiet and clean. Our only issue is we specifically booked a hotel with an indoor pool and the pool was down for the weekend. We didn’t get notice of this or we would have booked elsewhere.

Plumbing didn’t work, hot tub was out of order including the ice machine and juice machine in breakfast room. The room we stayed in didn’t smell great and was quite old. Overall, nothing “plus” about this hotel.

The motel is i a awesome location. The room was big, with a nice little sitting area. I will stay there again. The water in the pool was extremely cold, but I was told they were working on that. Great place.

The room was clean and so was the bathroom but the beds were pretty hard and a little hard to sleep on. But my worst complaint is the pool and hot tub area had a/c on where it was so freezing in there you couldn't even stand to be in there even if you weren't in the waterbe in therecouldn't even sit in there let alone be in the water

Mr Michael from staff walked the extra mile bringing extra blankets to our door not even asking for them. Even when the elevator was not working this hotel and staff was amazing.

As soon as we walked into the room it had a bad smell. It smelled humid. So the front desk gave us a Freeze to spay in the room, but the smell still kept smelling after a while. The toilet was dirty, the soap dispenser in the shower were broken. The trash can was not emptied from the previous people that stayed there the day before.

Well, if you don't mind the pocket door separating the two rooms broken and falling down from its tract. The spicket from the tub leaking. The dark and dingy hotel and rooms. The bugs in the master bed. And the non-caring front desk lady. Then this is the place for you

The refrigerator was located at the foot of the bed and ticked like a time bomb. The rooms need rearranged. It was generally pretty quite other than the refrigerator and a heavy footed person upstairs that walked around a lot around midnight. Otherwise it was a nice room. Had to check out early because the Walgreens Pharmacy my Dr sent my prescription to was closed for the weekend.

The room was nice and clean. The only complaint we have is that we could hear every footstep that was taken from the room above us. Two of the three nights it keep us up late. When we tried to call the front desk the phone in the room did not work.

I love everything about this hotel, the only thing I would change is the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable and felt like an old mattress. I woke up several times during the night. I had to eventually sleep on the sofa. The mattress sinks in. Other than that, everything was great.

I filled out the registration sent to speed up the process. This did not speed up the process, in fact it was a waste of time. The person checking us in was nice however, not helpful & appeared to have a language barrier. The breakfast was okay & those serving it were very kind. Service was difficult for getting towels, toiletries & garbage. The room was not serviced at all during our stay despite being told it would be on the 3rd day. The pool didn't have towels. I believe that all of these issues are due to being extremely short staffed.

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, beautiful view. Breakfast was amazing, loved the outdoor picnic area. Pool was closed for renovation but we were allowed to go to the sister hotel and use their outdoor pool. There was only one incident that I didn't like. I had found a wallet that was left at the picnic area, I turned it into the front desk. Later that day I saw the owner of the wallet with the police looking for her wallet, I told her I had turned it into the front desk. She said she had already asked them twice and they told her they didn't have it. I walked over to the front desk with her and the police officer and magically it appeared. This incident is the only thing about this hotel that I didn't like. The honesty of the hotel was compromised in this situation. Glad the lady got her wallet back but it looks bad on the hotel when the employees are not honest.

The main problem was the fact that your ck-in person, Rose, was an absolute rude, obnoxious, and a TOTAL B..CH!! The other problem was with the shower temperature not staying warm. It would fluctuate from hot to cold to hot to cold.

From check in to check out we felt right at home. We had a very cranky, tired toddler with us and the front desk agent took that into consideration and put us in a room where we would not disturb anybody as well as they would not disturb us and it wasn’t an amazing stay. We’ll definitely stay here again if and when we’re in Ruidoso
