A great safe place to rest for the night having driven from San Antonio enroute to Portland Oregon. Our Uhaul was safe and the place was across the street from a police station adding to our sense of security of the place. The hotel itself has been somewhat updated but still has some details that would definitely would have made it nicer. Pool and hottub were also closed for maintenance.

Cleanliness a plus. Bedding had residual cigarette smoke scent. Mattress too firm for liking. Travelled all day and was looking forward to hot tub soak only to find out the hot tub and pool were closed per health department for the season. Breakfast had good variety and staff did well keeping the main course full.

Very clean and functional. Amenities were plenty especially for the price point. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast options good even though apple juice was not available the day I was there. In addition the ice machine on 2nd floor was not working. Many entry points into the facility which was nice. Only negative was the elevator was very confusing because it doesn't show a second floor even though one does exist and both lobby and 1st floor are the same. May be tough for a senior to understand and catch on. Finally, Cerrillos Drive has plentiful restaurants near the hotel but the entry points are very confusing where you may make a wrong turn and have to double back. Not the hotel's fault but inconvenient for a guest. Would recommend staying here if in the area!

The concerning part was it was closed by the City of Santa Fe for safety and sanitation issues. That’s a concern too. Also, the walls and ceilings are thin and upstairs neighbors stomped above us all night long. So we didn’t sleep very well and then the coffee is terrible at the breakfast bar. We were very disappointed.

It was a little bit noisy since our room was right outside the lobby, but I know that really can't be helped. The biggest problem I had was the availability of the pool and gym. The hours to access the area were 10 to 10, which isn't very helpful when you're wanting to exercise in the morning. Comfort inn as a whole needs to extend those hours. If breakfast is at 6 AM, why can't the pool area be open by then, or even by 5 AM?

The original room we stayed in had bed bugs. They moved us to a different room and said they couldn’t refund us due to the manager not being there. Bed bugs are a huge issue and I truly feel I should be refunded for my stay as they could have easily spread to our clothes and brought into our home. There should be some type of warning especially when it comes to bed bugs. This is horrible!

Dirty floors with sticky places in the room, dark long hallways that were dingy and dirty looking. Sketchy elevator, bathroom in room dingy and had melted fan. Parking was fine. Bed fine, not too hard. Just needs deep cleaning and some renovation soon.

Based on my stays at Comfort Inns in Denver & Dallas, I expected a much more modern, clean hotel. Carpets were worn & dirty, bathroom didn't even have a ventilation fan.

I cannot encourage anyone enough NOT to stay here. When we walked into our room there was a bug on the desk, and he was half stuck on his back... Still struggling. In the morning there was another on the floor dead. I was traveling with a 10 month old baby that crawls and we could not allow him to get down because I was worried about what he would find. The couch had a huge stain, very noticeable... And there were jolly rancher wrappers throughout on the floor as if someone didn't even try to clean.... They were not hidden either. I'm so disappointed with the price paid for such a dirty room. I have spent less and gotten more from other properties and because I booked through a third party the hotel said they can't refund me ... So I'm still trying to figure out how to get a refund from Expedia. Also breakfast was terrible.. they had frozen omelette egg things and the waffle maker was out of order.

Usual have great luck with Comfort Inn. Have never had a bad stay until now. The free Internet in our room had no signal. Could connect fine in the hallway but had no signal in our room. When I complained at the desk she said some areas of the hotel had this issue but there was nothing she could do…….. I was able to get a great connection in the lobby….ugh.

Our stay was pretty horrible. Our first night during a heatwave in New Mexico, our AC went out, we endured through the evening hours, and reported it next day. They did replace the unit for the 2nd night. Then on the 2nd night, we came back to room with AC working, but no shower curtain. The only staff member was the one person at the desk. She seemed to think it was funny that we did not have one, she did replace the missing curtain, but was very un-professional and immature. The entire time we were there the first floor smelled very bad like a baby diaper, and the only elevator was not working properly.

Had a rough start. Husband is allergic to down. Call day before to make sure would be down feather free. Got there and was told they had tried to call me back at work that could not do this. I had already left. Went to Walmart for blacker and pillows . Property needs some updating, especially the bathroom. Our stay was fine except I personally did not sleep well because the AC window unit made strange random noises. This woke me up many times throughout the night and in fact my sleep tracker indicated I got zero “deep sleep”. The cleaning lady tried coming in the room despite us yelling we were not ready yet (checkout was an hour later) Other than that the room and place were just fine.

This is our second stay here. We stayed here about a month ago and the room was VERY clean and quiet. We had a room on the 3rd floor then. This last time we had a room on the main floor; big mistake. Very noisy and stains all over carpet and ceiling.

I hadv to stay overnight in fancy fe unexpectedly. I booked the room last minute. The receptionist was very nice, and we had a friendly conversation that took my mind off challenging experience that caused me to stay overnight unexpectedly. Then, there were the fresh baked cookies in the lobby. Yum!! The only thing i didn't like was how the sheets smelled - they smelled like heavy chemicals. I'm chemically sensitive, so for that reason alone, I'm not sure I'd stay here again.

I had a few items missing from my room when i got back from a 16-hour outing. I reported it to the front desk and she adamantly denied that anyone went into our room. She guaranteed that nobody would do that. She even refused to take a report until the other worker at the desk showed concern for what happened. She said she would check the cameras, but upon me looking through the hall that our room was in, there aren't actually any cameras. As we were leaving to check out, i realized my Samsung tablet was also missing from my luggage. I filed a police report because the staff clearly does not care.

I made an error with my booking dates and had written confirmarion that the hotel would give a credit to rebook the rooms for the correct dates. But when i called to confirm, the hotel couldnt find any evidence of the communication and refused to honour the credit, even though I forwarded the email to reservations. I know the mistake was mine but I really resented the lack of communication by the hotel. Nobody ever got back to me and i was very disappointed at being ghosted by a hotel.

We got in about midnight. Check in staff (Ed) was very friendly and helpful. The room and breakfast were ok but the hair dryer didn’t work. Seemed like is was a pretty old facility, not sure if it was worth what we paid.
We got in about midnight. Check in staff (Ed) was very friendly and helpful. The room and breakfast were ok but the hair dryer didn’t work. Seemed like is was a pretty old facility, not sure if it was worth what we paid.

Needed fresh towels, I was put on the list and left my trash and towels in hallway. returned with no new towels. Another person at desk said I had to speak to them directly, to be put on the list, not over the phone. I had to go back to desk to get my own towels. Trash in front was overflowing and very unsanitary and staff said it wouldn't be emptied until the next day! There were two staff behind desk. All it takes is a new trashbag to exchange and take other one to dumpster.

We made a late-night stop en route to Colorado. Mr. Ed provided exceptionally professional and courteous service. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was both hot and delicious. We plan to stay here again. Thank you for a restful night's sleep after a long journey.

A great safe place to rest for the night having driven from San Antonio enroute to Portland Oregon. Our Uhaul was safe and the place was across the street from a police station adding to our sense of security of the place. The hotel itself has been somewhat updated but still has some details that would definitely would have made it nicer. Pool and hottub were also closed for maintenance.

Very clean and functional. Amenities were plenty especially for the price point. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast options good even though apple juice was not available the day I was there. In addition the ice machine on 2nd floor was not working. Many entry points into the facility which was nice. Only negative was the elevator was very confusing because it doesn't show a second floor even though one does exist and both lobby and 1st floor are the same. May be tough for a senior to understand and catch on. Finally, Cerrillos Drive has plentiful restaurants near the hotel but the entry points are very confusing where you may make a wrong turn and have to double back. Not the hotel's fault but inconvenient for a guest. Would recommend staying here if in the area!

Front desk lady was very polite and helpful. We asked if she can do her best to not put us by an elevator or pool area (we learned the hard way. Very loud and couldn’t sleep). She was able to do that for us. Clean hotel. Great area to drive for shopping and dining.

Pool needed cleaning, breakfast did not have fresh fruit two of the mornings we stayed. Room did not have proper ventilation and was very stuffy. Overall not super impressed. Should have paid a little extra for something nicer.

We got there and the indoor pool was closed which was a bummer bc tat was the main reason we booked the place. The concerning part was it was closed by the City of Santa Fe for safety and sanitation issues. That’s a concern too. Also, the walls and ceilings are thin and upstairs neighbors stomped above us all night long. So we didn’t sleep very well and then the coffee is terrible at the breakfast bar. We were very disappointed.

It would be nice to have body lotion dispenser in tub area, so it can be used once I was out of the shower! Bath door swollen, so I could not close it completely. Please add a longer foldable luggage rack to place our luggage on or for additional area to have our luggage…Otherwise it is a very comfortable stay. The front lobby staff was very nice and pleasantly welcomed us and the breakfast cook worked hard to keep up with the ravenous breakfast eaters. There was standing room only with many diners running back for seconds or waiting in lines to use the waffle maker. We did create some new friendships!
