I specifically booked this hotel for the airport shuttle. When I checked in, I was told the shuttle service doesn't begin until after 9 am. My flight was at 7:20 am, so there actually was no hotel shuttle available. When I contacted the hotel manager when I returned home, he stated that their information states "9 am to 9 pm" - not information on Hotels.com, and "contact hotel for shuttle hours", also not stated on Hotels.com. I could have stayed with friends in Santa Fe for free, but was trying to avoid bothering them for a ride to the airport. The hotel was okay, but I feel scammed.

Parking was a hassle as they were restriping it. No fault of theirs , though. I think Marriott is trying to upgrade it. The "Bistro" had limited food options and were pricey. Whirlpool was closed.

Both front desks were often left completely unattended. We found used dirty towels in our bathroom upon arrival. The rooms phone was broken. One hot tub was out of order and the other was cold. Swimming pool full of human hair. Ive stayed in places for half the price that didn't have these issues.

We picked this hotel because they had 2 indoor hot tubs. When we arrived both hot tubs were not working. Also the room was very sterile not pne picture on the wall. We let the person kknow who eas in charge. The response was not hood he didnt even apologize. We eill neber go to this hotel again!

Hotel had plenty of parking, room was clean! Had what we needed as we were only at hotel to sleep. Easy access to restaurants and downtown Santa Fe was an easy drive. Will stay here again.

Pool was closed, luckily the gal at check in recommended the Chavez center to go swim, had a great time there. All the doors seemed to slam when closed, so you could hear folks coming and going all the time.

Booked for pool and hot tub , called ahead of time to ensure all was working but when we checked in were told pool would be closed next day 8-1 for cleaning. No biggie but it was closed all day so we missed that all day as they painted?! Fire alarm woke us up at 11: 48 at night and had to be removed. On the positive side the grassy courtyards were welcome and the room was clean with comfy beds and pillows.

Dog friendly, loved the 2 hot tubs and indoor pool and the bistro downstairs. And location is close to everything. Staff are very help and friendly. They keep the place really neat and clean.

The gave me a room that had not been cleaned and made up after last guest departed. In the morning the made tried to enter the room several times. Even after I told her I was sleeping. I spoke to the manager and he couldn’t have cared less about the status of his hotel. Do not stay at this property. New management is a must if this place wants to survive!

I had a mouse in the room, I don't think it is unusual for them. two nice guys did come and Catch it, they were very apolgetic. the room had a bad odor, I felt like the carpet needs to be cleaned and wondered about dead mice possibly causing the smell. I will say the staff was all friendly.

Didn’t match the typical Marriott quality. Seems like it was an old hotel they turned into a Marriott. VERY small bathroom. You could barely shut the door while standing directly against the toilet. Shower seemed very old and the shower head sprayed everywhere but were it should. The lobby and bistro were nice, and staff was friendly.

I always request a top floor if available. There wasn't so I got a 2nd floor room and the person above me was loud and knocked stuff around ALL NIGHT LONG! I felt the layout of this "complex" was too confusing, as was entrance when parking in different locations.

Looked great when walking in. Friendly staff. The room was a bit outdated and parts of bathroom just was falling apart. One Television didn’t work at all. But we had a second that worked so it wasn’t too big of deal. The pool and two hot tubs were awesome. Overall it wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t the greatest. Maybe if they updated rooms a bit a better. Ours didn’t have enough lighting and it was dark. Not enough towels and the towels that were in there were falling a part. The rates should be cheaper though for the quality of room.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, which we wanted with 3 adults. Location was great, staff was great. Property was attractive. But I found the layout confusing. Made wrong turns getting to our room. Wish there was breakfast included. But the Bistro was really good.

Rooms were clean. Location was convienient. Room had microwave and fridge. Only negative - the closet was the only place to kerp our clothes. No dresser in room. We had to keep most of our clothes in the suitcas.

Room was in a dark corner of the building. Nothing on the walls of the room, the "suite" offered only a desk chair, a sitting chair and the bed. Trash on the lawn and walkways in the courtyard. The building more resembles a hospital than a Santa Fe hotel. The Bistro offerings, however, were very good and reasonably priced.

The staff was untrained and way over their head with common issues. There was zero management presence and the front desk girl was 18 and had no idea what she was doing. Tried to charge me for an extra night. Cried and called the police when she had to get me a receipt and checked out bc she felt “attacked” by my asking for her to get help with these tasks she could nit complete. Then, she charged my teenage daughters debit card over $300 for that extra night she was attempting to charge..for the day of checkout at 9 am! All this after our car was broke into and robbed in their “ secure” parking area with lights blown out and no cameras. This is not how Marriott hitels want to operate and i am pressing theft by taking charges for making an unauthorized charge to a debit card that was not used as any part of ozr reservation.

Excellent stay we had. We had to leave a day earlier because of weather issues for our flights on next day. Ryan was v nice to say yes for refunding that night charge understanding our predicament. And in fact, he said it within 2 mins even before I could complete my sentence. Overall rich experience.

Check in took over 30 minutes because the machine was not working then miraculously worked again with no explanation from the front desk as to what caused the delay. Then i was told that breakfast was not included by the restaurant staff despite it being included in my fee. Turns out the front desk just didn’t put out room number down that day. At checkout i was being overcharged for said breakfast despite me having gone to them to correct the issue an hour before. Also breakfast stops seating people 30 minutes before closing but happily invites you to take it to go which doesn’t make much sense.

The staff was helpful and courteous and offered information about local restaurants and points of interest. We had some special requests and they accommodated our needs very efficiently. Our room was on the third floor, quiet and clean. Furnishings we're not worn and the beds and bedding were comfortable. The tile hallway flooring has been covered with a rubberized coating so there was little noise from the halls.

I chose this motel because it offered shuttle to the airport. I called them before booking to make certain they offered an airport shuttle and they confirmed so. At check-in I asked what time I could schedule the shuttle the next morning. They said 9am and I replied fine that works great. At 8:35 at the checkout desk I asked an employee with a Guest Services badge if my shuttle was on schedule. She replied that no that I should've schedule it in advance. Suffice it to say her attitude and responses were unfitting a person with a Guest Services badge. She did then place a phone call and told me she had the shuttle drover lined up for 9am. At 9:10am he arrived. Grumpy as hell. Told me that there is no shuttle driver and that he drives only when needed and has time. Said absolutely nothing on the drive to the airport. Their shuttle operation and customer service is a joke. Beware.

Person (Desiree) at the front desk during check in was rude with no patience. We are in new unknown place and he lack of patience was very unwelcoming that left a bitter taste. Her rude tone, stoic demeanor and loud sighing was uncalled for. When the check in was completed she slammed the key cards as if she was annoyed by us. Will not be coming back to this hotel again, due to this experience

I stayed two nights-not consecutive. The first stay,upon checking in, was told the room I had reserved wasn’t available. I was told that since I booked thru a third party, they quite often overbook the hotel. She found us a different room, but not the one bed suite I had reserved. I was very disappointed. The second night was the room I had reserved & was comfortable. The hotel is a strange set-up, & there aren’t enough elevators, & no breakfast buffet included. A bit disappointing for a Marriott.

Courtyards are always consistently clean and well appointed. The rooms is modern and clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable, and climate is easy to adjust. The TV was nice and offered Netflix. Parking is conveniently placed around the elevators. A super quiet room. The location is on a major street and there’s nothing to really walk to. They said they have security patrol at night for parking. Overall I’d stay here again.

The hotel was clean and secure. The outside was not secure. The hotel was surrounded with homeless, drug deals, people urinating in the parking lot. The police were in the parking lot day and night dealing with trouble. The rooms were reported to be recently renovated. The room ac was so loud it sounded like a semi was parked in the room. Way over priced for the quality.

The bistro was overpriced and did not get my peanutbutter and jelly toast order right. It was whole grain peanutbutter toast, but instead of jelly with fruit on the side, it has strawberries on top. They forgot about my cold brew and the Ali didn’t give me the juice that I ordered. This was all just one morning. The area spending the hotel is sketchy. I walked a black and a half to Walgreens (across the highway) and passed at least four homeless/panhandlers along the way. I realize there are places like this, but not a place I want to stay on vacation.
