The staff was very courteous and helpful. Clean room and my 95 year-old mother enjoyed her stay as well. Ample parking, safe in an ideal location of town.

The clerk assigned a room go me that faced a very busy road. I got 3 hours sleep after driving 11 hours to get there. When I said the room was noisy they told me there was nothing they could do because I book via this app. Hotels.com called the clerk and was told the same thing! They wouldn't even cancel my reservation unless I used the app. Luckily Hotels.com was able to cancel 2 nights. NO COMPENSATION. NOT EVEN Sorry! The pics of this hotel are deceiving. And the bed was slanted. Im assuming because of all the tossing and Turning people do on that bed because they cant sleep due to the noise!! Dont Book it!!!
