Stayed 1 night

May 4-5, 2026 .... Rm# 239 Theft, Zero help from staff, broken water heater so no hot water, restaurant closed only bar food which was terrible & super expensive, facility needs complete renovation and updating. I forgot my watch and my medication in the nightstand drawer. I spoke with the hotel night manager that evening of check out day and left messages for housekeeping the next morning and over the next 4 days. Left a message and an email with my contact information, my name and my room number each time. It is now May 11, 2026 and no one at the hotel has contacted me either via my phone number or email to return my items. IF I COULD GIVE THIS HOTEL A NEGATIVE FIVE I WOULD. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. I'll probably get one of those standard replies from the hotel that says, oh, we're sorry about your horrible stay please call xxx-yyy-zzzz and then they'll never pick up the phone. I also contacted Hotels.com and they called the hotel. Again zero reply. Hotels.com also sent an email regarding my watch and meds. I'll have to wait a max of 72 hours for a reply.

Stayed 4 nights

The staff were all very helpful and the room was clean. That being said, the building is very old and the air conditioning really wasn't working properly and it made an annoying noise, making it difficult to sleep. The beds were not comfortable and the shower didn't work very well. Also, there was no slip protection in the tub and it was a handicap room. They didn't supply many towels and when we asked for more, they forgot to bring them. Overall, while it was mostly adequate, I thought it was a poor value for the price of the room. I would not elect to stay there again.
