Check in was easy, the lft was taking ages to open and close. The gym was non functional, please do not market it. The conference room was leaking and we were asked to move out as we were trying to kill some time - a staff asked us to move out and have to pay for it. I did not realise a leaking room needed to be paid for.

The property itself was convenient to people and places we planned to visit, but is in dire need of a total refresh. Things were generally clean but very worn. The water pressure in the shower was amazing but the handheld spray head was difficult to position and wouldn’t stay put. The breakfast selection was limited but tasty, however condiments and spices were nonexistent. The area itself is a bit sketchy, so a security person was posted outside the side entrance and was a constant reminder of the situation in the area. Outside door scanners worked intermittently and you would have to walk around the building to the main entrance when they didn’t. The posted “vending” area was a lone drink machine that didn’t work most of the 3 days we were there. The bed, while large, was very uncomfortable and low to the floor so it was personally not as easy to get in and out of for me. The pillows were also very uncomfortable and overall sleep was not very restful.

I stayed at Ramada, Santa Fe, on August 25th, 2025, to catch a flight the next morning in Albuquerque. The check in was easy, and had zero issues. The parking lot is small if you want to park at the front of the building, but there are spaces in the back but more of a walk with your bags. There is a workout room, its pretty basic but good enough to get a workout in. A coffee marker in the room is plus, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in a good location with plenty of dining options in the area.

Two visits in back to back weekends. Rooms were not clean. Elevator was filthy beds were hard. Air conditioner noisy and not cooling. We gave it a second chance as we believe every buisness has an off day. We will book a different hotel next time we visit our grandchildren.

Moved from original room because TV and house phone did not work. Second room - woke up the next morning with bites on my face arms and hands. Staff declines to help me in resolving the situation. Had to contact the registered agent and then was given credit on my account for the stay. Did not appreciate the insensitivity of the staff. I had to go to urgent care for prescription and when I returned home a doctor visit with more medication. The staff would not provide me with the exterminator report or the hotel policy stating I would not be allowed to reviewed the report. Ramada is off my list and friends and family have been aware of our dissatisfaction.

The check in process was very unpleasant. The girl in the front desk was rude and confronting. I was charged 50 dollars extra for checking in 45 min prior to my check in despite the site allowing early check in (from 3pm to 1pm) for 25 dollars. But I got charged 50! Seriously? On top of that the rooms were old and smelled like urine. The tub wouldnt even drain right and the room was very messy. Save your money and trouble! Book elsewhere!!!

Hotel entrance has seen neither vacuum nor broom in a long time. Huge stains on armchairs, torn bed skirt, wrapping paper under armchairs and bed, bathroom sink took forever to drain. Vending machine out of beverages, juice dispensers out of juice. Shows the wear and tear of decades of neglect in every aspect.

The room was OK. I understand that the linens aren't changed if your staying a short period, but at least the garbage could've been taken out. The last morning of our stay, there were ants in our dog's food. Not good.

There was an actual live cockroach in the first room I was given! The front desk agent was nice and offered me another room. The second room had no AC and was this unbearably hot and smelled terrible. I accepted the third room out of lack of options and time to find another hotel but I will not be staying here again.

Ants the kjnute i walked in, the bed smelled like stinky feet, the shower drain had hair and the coffee maker had an old coffee filter still in it. I will let you know if they made it right!!!!

Absolutely NO usable internet. I was getting 2 mips down and .6 up. When I complained I was told that was because the hotel was full and too many people were trying to use the internet? I replied that's like explaining why there is no hot water because the hotel was full and too many people were taking showers?! I found another hotel up the road which offered 250 mips! This ramada needs to update it's internet! It's stuck in the 90s.

Understaffed. The front attendant does check-ins/outs, attends the phone and replenishes breakfast items. Front attendant does not show appreciation/simpathy…Poor customer service…. When hot water for breakfast was over and I asked, she was on the phone, filled up a jar and handled to me. I had to replenish the water heater myself…. I am going for different hotels for my trips….

There is an extra charge for early check in before 3pm if your not a member of Ramada club. However, we were permitted to check in at 2pm without the extra charge. Thanks to the great staff!!

I never checked in. I paid through my booking with Expedia, the hotel called and I had to provide credit card for incidentals. I explained I had paid through Expedia and they confirmed and said it was just for incidentals. While I was in flight to Santa Fe, they billed for the cost of the room. Based on this dishonesty, I did not check in to this hotel.

The clerk made a mistake and charged us a great deal of extra money per night for our stay, even though we had already paid the entire bill via Expedia. She argued with us that we owed the money, that Expedia was charging us more. This was made more suspicious by a woman in the hotel pool telling me the hotel was charging her a great deal of money more per night, and she was fighting it. This miserable situation caused us lost sleep and about two hours on line to Expedia and our credit card to fight this thing. The incident overshadowed two of our three days in Santa Fe and really gave us a bad impression of the area. The manager finally told us his clerk had made a mistake, and the charge was taken off. I understand being new and not "getting" your job, but the incident really put a dent in two of three days we were there as we worried about it, strategized what we needed to do to fight it, feared what might happen to our credit. ... I feel for all those who were charged extra, such as the woman who was fighting the extra charges. .... The tiny pool also had a strange smell.

Each room stank, the carpets were one step away from being DIRT. Ice machines that were disabled, stick2y tables for breakfast, understaffed. Staff was very kind. Homeless in the parking lot-, a guy laying in the sidewalk to our door, shirtless, drinking and chatting on his cell phone. Unsafe.

Hopefully the room was cleaner than it looked. The sheets, bedspread and towels had stains. The toilet looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Luckily i travel with Lysol wipes and wipe down my room wherever I stay. Parking is limited and fills up quick! There are a lot of homeless in the area but you need your room key to access doors to the hotel. The parking lot is littered with beer cans and bottles. It was just one night passing through.

From the time we got there and saw 6 officers at another door on our floor, it was suspicious. The area has lots of homeless. Kids in pool were loud until 10 pm just would not stay here again.

Area. Many homeless. Room. Faucet soaked us every time we used it. Whole place needs help! Had to call at 9:30 kids in pool. Graffiti written on a door window of hotel overnight. Day we got there and 6 police officers on our floor doing investigation in a room. Beds seemed fine, clean.

The property was alright, you get what you pay for. When we first checked in, the girl at the front desk was polite, we had an issue with my card but were able to get us checked in with my husbands cc. There was no breakfast as advertised the morning after we checked in, all that was available was yogurt and packaged muffins which was ok I suppose. I was told someone burnt the toast so there was not even any bread, we went down an hour before breakfast

Extremely good value!! I usually don’t write reviews because room rates align with the value. However, I paid $84 per night and got a value well over $125 and maybe higher compared to others in town. I usually stay at Hilton properties but all the other options in Santa Fe were closer to $200 per night so I was a little apprehensive to book something so much less. However, it was worth it. Clean room, and a small free breakfast that was enough for me. I would go back again for sure!!

This was a pricy stay (probably because of the eclipse) and I expected the accommodations to match the price, which it did not. My main complaint was the woman running the morning breakfast. Breakfast hours were from 630 to 1000. We arrived at 8 and most of the food had already been eaten. The only hot foods (besides the DIY waffles were some gross, tasteless frozen omelets sitting next to an empty tray, formerly holding sausages, but now completely empty. We asked the woman in charge if there would be more and she answered, rather abruptly, NO. This was halfway through the breakfast hours and a line was forming outside of the area with hungry travelers facing nothing but toast and empty warming trays. We got up earlier the next morning to, maybe, find more food available, but we’re met with only frozen pizza. Who wants frozen pizza for breakfast? Anyway we thought for the price, the stay should’ve been memorable for the good and not for the bad.

The breakfast was pretty poor considering the fact this is a chain motel. There was pizza and hard eggs (cold served) for breakfast. No bacon-sausage-cooked eggs-beans or anything else, the only thing good was the waffles.

We stay 4 days 3 nights and never get to eat breakfast because there’s nothing to eat.no eggs!!No breakfast sandwich!!No coffee,No waffles. For 3 mornings around 8:30 am. Very disappointed.
