This is a great hotel for the cost. The atrium is very pretty and we loved how the elevator was similar to that on a cruise ship so you could see the whole lobby as you road up and down. Free cookies and coffee was a wonderful touch! My brother enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool that you could use even in the cold weather. The balcony and huge mini fridge was a big plus. The room is definitely dated and tired but wasn’t unclean or uncomfortable. Towels are small and rough but it’s not unexpected at a hotel of this price point. Lots of chain stores and restaurants around which was convenient. We weren’t in the room a lot as we were here to visit family so this suited us just fine!

The beds were Full Sized Beds, Not Queen. The swimming pool was filthy, even a broken Liquor bottle IN the pool! The grounds outside of the Hotel were dirty.

Checked in and given a gluten free cookie (YAY!) before the gentleman gave me a recommendation of the best Mexican restaurant that I’ve ever been to (Los Potrillos). Room was clean and parking was abundant. Left early the next day so did not use the facilities. Fire in the huge fireplace was welcoming though.

Review Room change for curtains that did not completely shut. The second room also had a faint smell of marijuana which I hope I won’t be charged for. It was also noisy, with windows that didn’t completely seal and doors that have gaps letting hallway light in. The property had a small sign up at reception to apologise for ongoing renovation works but the property was extremely tired and run down and the rate charged was far too high for the standard of accommodation received.

My family and I recently stayed at the Hilton Doubletree in Santa Fe. We had a very unpleasant experience. First, the room was filthy. There were a stains all over the room (curtains, walls, the side chair) as well as balls of dust on the wall. The grout was almost black and seemed as if it had never been cleaned. Second, at about 10pm, our bathtub started filling with black sludge and bubbling out to fill it a couple of inches high. It was absolutely disgusting. Black sludge remained coated in the bathtub though most of it drained in about an hour. It was so gross that nobody felt comfortable taking a shower. Overall everywhere I looked there was something gross. Hotel needs complete renovation top to bottom.

I would not recommend this hotel, even though its by Hilton. There were many little bugs in the hand sink and the sink did not drain well. Just from brushing my teeth, the sink was half way full of water from not draining. the carpet has stains in it. Over all, this hotel needs to be updated and remolded.

Unfortunately found mold in the bathroom. The bathroom towel rack was off of the wall in my room. Walls are also incredibly thin, heard the person in the room beside me very vividly.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly wash cloth used by previous guest was still there. The bathtub drain was clogged causing the water to drain very slowly leaving the tub slippery. I ended up falling from the tub and my fall was broken because of the shower curtains otherwise I would have ended up cracking my skull against the potty. For the price I paid I expected a decent stay unfortunately no, I am lucky to check out alive and a bump on my head.

The bathroom and tub smelled like urine really bad, the heater in the room was heat or cold nothing in between and the blanket had really big stains on it. Overall it was a bad experience

Check in was friendly and full of hot cookies! Desk clerk was awesome and fun. So when we got to our door and we had a droopy handle no big deal as long as it worked, it did. Then inside the first time we went to use the faucet, the handle was also droopy. It worked but took some finesse. Bed was clean not comfortable, it drooped in the middle, but it worked for 1 night.

The door handle to our room was not fully functioning. It was loose and the key didn't always work. The door would not always shut properly. The beds are small and not great for more than 1 adult.

Shabby old hotel, noisy with guests above me checking in at 230 am, guests next to me arguing at 530 am. Bathroom very old, shower nob would barely stay up for shower. Wallpaper at least 25 years old, weird parking lot and check in area. BIG NO!!!!

In a single word: HORRIBLE. We booked a king through Expedia and got a room with 2 double beds. They said they were fully booked so there was nothing they could do. We could talk to the manager on Monday, because there is no manager on the weekends. ???? We are only staying one night (Saturday) so that doesn’t help. The room itself has stains on the carpet, a patched hole in the wall and other wall damage. The furniture is old and dated, as well as the bathroom. No body wash or body soap. Only shampoo and conditioner. No hair dryer. Safe was broken. Strange brown stains on wall next toilet. The phone to call downstairs has lots of static. The area is sketch. Homeless people in the area. Right next door is a hotel that rents monthly. Elevator is extremely slow so be prepared to wait a while. The only positive was the warm cookies upon checking in.

During my stay at The Double Tree Santa Fe hotel, I endured a dreadful experience with noisy guests staying in the room above mine. The disruption was so severe in noise that, in frustration, I called the front desk and they apologized and said they would take care of it. It did not stop. At 5:50 am I called down to the desk again repeatedly to no answer. Angry tired and frustrated I went down to the front desk to get a refund. Ernesto said he can’t do that, manager doesn’t come in till 9:00. That was his only solution, I asked him to do something about the noise and To my disbelief, instead of addressing the issue directly, he requested me to accompany them to the third floor to "hear it for themselves." This unusual request left me feeling perplexed and dissatisfied, as the staff\'s response seemed inadequate in resolving the disturbance.

It as in a pretty convenient area. Everything I wanted to check out during my first visit to Santa Fe was within 20 minutes or less of the hotel. The room are a little dated and the carpets aren't as clean as i would've liked, but i just orw slippers in the room. All the staff members were friendly ad helpful. I think the walls were too thin because I could hear so much yapping from the people in the next room. They were kind of loud. This wasn't the worst place but not the best either. I'd stay there again.

The bed gave us a good sleep. It was firm yet comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located. There were many good restaurants around the area. It was also convenient to the Tumbleroot brewery where we had planned to see a concert and meet up with friends.

Just a one night stay didn’t go in the pools but seemed not too clean. But seemed pretty clean everywhere else in hotel. unfortunately the Kitchen wasnt working for hot food that was a disappointment bc we had no car.. but the people were friendly .. nice to have shuttle service to airport very early morning
