The kitchen had everything we needed for uncomplicated meal prep. A 15 minute walk to the Plaza. Free laundry. Comfy bed and more than adequate linen. Coffee is a drip type. They will supply coffee filters if you forget yours at home. We stayed a week and housekeeping for longer stays is by request. Suite was very comfortable. Great value for size and location.

This property is undergoing renovation and we had a 7 am awakening from hammering and drilling both days of our stay. Our windows were covered with plastic, so we couldn't open them for a breeze or see out of them. One of the spas was closed. Staff did not seem to have many options to mitigate the disruption. We have enjoyed stays here before but we think we should have been warned about the excessive noise before booking or at least refunded the resort fee for the lack of a resort experience.

We stayed for two nights, loved the coffee/espresso machine in the lobby. Lovely property. Comfortable room. My only complaint is that they charge an amenity fee and it's supposed to cover parking but the lot could be full. If you can't guarantee parking, don't charge an amenity fee for it!

Great place to Stay! Very comfortable and in walking distance to the Plaza! Loved it Great beds, nice pool and good service, they also have a gym and a good coffee machine. A little pricy but expected in that area.

The hotel was wonderful for the family. They charge a 25$ daily service fee so I made sure we use it to the fullest. We did everything: laundry, watched DVDs at night, played pool and bocce ball, swam in the pool and soaked in the hot tub, worked out in the gym, and even examined the art in the lobby. As a family we enjoyed this property very much.

The room was clean but dated. There were some broken items. There was no streaming service on the television which is not a deal breaker but rare these days. The pool area was great and staff was friendly.

Construction lin=mited the parking and our windows were covered in plastic, so that we could not go out onto the balcony or even see what the weather was. I realize this is temporary and I'm happy that management keeps the property in good condition, so we will stay again.

Beautiful & so clean!!!! Very organized & loved the pool & hot tub !!!!! It was excellent....& so clean !!!! The front desk staff very helpful and accommodating!!!! The hotel was in a great area & very accessible to all attractions!!! Will definitely stay here again !!!! Stayed an entire week & wish I could have stayed longer!!!!! It was great !!!!!!

Everything was perfect, until I pulled the sheets back to get in the bed, and found hair, dirt, and dried makeup & eyelashes on the pillow cases. I was so appalled, I almost started crying because I was so tired from driving to Santa Fe all day long. I wanted to go to sleep, but had to call the front desk to send me up some clean sheets. The maid brought up two flat sheets and two pillow cases even though there were four pillows on the bed. She didn’t bring a clean blanket either. I ended up sleeping in the sheets only and got cold!

The staff that we interacted with was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean, large and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Walkable to supermarkets and downtown Santa Fe. The hot-tub was a nice way to spend a snowy morning! As with any hotel, there are a few kinks, but nothing notable. Definitely recommend.

Room and location were fine. However, the $25 resort fee is laughable. It supposedly covers parking, WiFi, pool/hot-tub and game rentals. Well, the parking lot was too small and the WiFi was unusable (speeds below 1 Mbps/sec). So honestly, just stop charging a resort fee and just add it to the room cost, that way your customers don’t feel completely ripped off.

The location of this property is great! You can walk to the plaza in about 10 minutes. There you will find lots of excellent dining options and shopping. I stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was newly remodeled. It had everything you need for making small meals. There was a full size coffee pot but I recommend buying some better coffee. They provided enough for the first day. The refrigerator is 3/4 size with a freezer. There is a Sprouts grocery store that is less than 1/2 mile away. There is a TV in the combination kitchen/living room area and a separate one in the bedroom. I highly recommend Hilton Vacation Suites in Santa Fe. I plan to stay there during my next visit.

Friendly staff, big rooms with a nice kitchenette and living room area. Very convenient to all the local amenities. Other than the sound of footsteps from the floor above me, it was a prefect spot to stay. Would definitely stay here again (and maybe request the top floor)!

We had an awesome stay at De Villas Santa Fe. The room was spacious and provided necessary items to prepare food in the kitchen. I could honestly stay here for a month as it’s in an amazing location and you have everything.

We loved our stay. Everything was really great--very comfortable, spacious, and clean. We walked to the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum. My only complaint is that the bed pillows were all are too thick for me, but other than that it was wonderful.

This place was perfect for our group of 8 for the weekend. We were attending a wedding in town and this place was fantastic for that. It is within a 10 minute walk to the heart of Santa Fe. The rooms were clean and spacious; the front desk employees while checking in were friendly and efficient. They even texted us three times during our stay just to make sure things were going well. The pool was clean and well maintained and anytime we needed anything, extra tool of TP and an extra pool towel, they had it to us within 10 minutes. One room had an issue with the toilet not flushing when we first arrived but maintenance was there within 10 minutes and fixed it the first time. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Santa Fe.

Initial 3 nights booked and then extended an extra night. Bed was very comfortable. The room is dated, carpet really needs replacing. Not a great selection on TV for a non USA traveller. Avoid the downstairs rooms especially if near the door leading outside. Dark and noisy. Staff were rather matter of fact and didn't offer the service at your other hotel we stayed at in Sedona. So we slept well but it needs improvement!

We stayed for a week. Loved the location and room was clean and had everything needed. But their service was confusing. Got a text saying to text or call when you need service. Lady at desk told us 24 hrs notice needed. So I sent a text Tuesday asking for garbage emptied and towels changed on Wednesday. Then phone rang and I confirmed with a real person the same. She said we did not need to leave anything outside, they would come in to do it. We were gone all day Wednesday. Came back and nothing done. Called and they told me to set trash and dirty towels out. They sent someone with clean towels but no new trash bags. Seemed a bit disjointed, but otherwise, everything was good.

Our stay at the Santa Fe Hilton Vacation Club Villas was just fantastic. Every single person on staff we talked with was extremely kind and helpful. The property is in a great location, with just a short walk to the historic square. With the parking situation in downtown Santa Fe on the difficult and costly side, it was very refreshing to know that our car was close by, safe and came at no extra charge. We made use of the complete kitchen, and also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea just across the street from our building at the reception area. All in all, an excellent choice for downtown Santa Fe!

We had to wait over an hour past the check-in time b/c our room wasn't ready, this made us late to our event. Woman at front desk didn't apologize or seem to care at all that the room wasn't ready. Check out time is 10am, which is an hour (sometimes 2 hours) earlier than the typical time in other places.

We arrived and were allowed to check into our king suite early which is always a wonderful thing after a long trip. The room was well appointed with kitchenette, living area with small balcony, two big dressers so we didn’t have to share, and a comfortable king-sized bed. Despite arriving in the middle of an unexpectedly early snowstorm in November and being without power most of the first day (not the hotel’s fault), we stayed safe and toasty if a bit bored in our room. But when we were able to leave, we were very pleasantly surprised that nearly all of Santa Fe was within easy walking distance. Obviously downtown, but also Canyon Road, the Capitol Bldg, and the Railyard Arts district. There’s ample staples shopping at a large complex down the very busy road in front of the hotel. I was worried about this busy and possibly noisy road when booking as it has to be crossed to get to downtown, but it wasn’t an issue, just be aware there are not many places to cross with the exception of directly across from the hotel lodge. We used the excellent hot tub of our building (#2) the last night and it was just a great respite from the week of cold. The place felt secure and the room was quiet. Our hosts Denisha, Tracy, and Steve checked on us and quickly responded to any requests. It was an excellent price, significantly less than stay downtown proper, with. Virtually nothing sacrificed - we couldn’t have been happier than we were there!

This place was perfect for our group of 8 for the weekend. We were attending a wedding in town and this place was fantastic for that. It is within a 10 minute walk to the heart of Santa Fe. The rooms were clean and spacious; the front desk employees while checking in were friendly and efficient. They even texted us three times during our stay just to make sure things were going well. The pool was clean and well maintained and anytime we needed anything, extra tool of TP and an extra pool towel, they had it to us within 10 minutes. One room had an issue with the toilet not flushing when we first arrived but maintenance was there within 10 minutes and fixed it the first time. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Santa Fe.

The staff that we interacted with was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean, large and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Walkable to supermarkets and downtown Santa Fe. The hot-tub was a nice way to spend a snowy morning! As with any hotel, there are a few kinks, but nothing notable. Definitely recommend.

The kitchen had everything we needed for uncomplicated meal prep. A 15 minute walk to the Plaza. Free laundry. Comfy bed and more than adequate linen. Coffee is a drip type. They will supply coffee filters if you forget yours at home. We stayed a week and housekeeping for longer stays is by request. Suite was very comfortable. Great value for size and location.

The location of this property is great! You can walk to the plaza in about 10 minutes. There you will find lots of excellent dining options and shopping. I stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was newly remodeled. It had everything you need for making small meals. There was a full size coffee pot but I recommend buying some better coffee. They provided enough for the first day. The refrigerator is 3/4 size with a freezer. There is a Sprouts grocery store that is less than 1/2 mile away. There is a TV in the combination kitchen/living room area and a separate one in the bedroom. I highly recommend Hilton Vacation Suites in Santa Fe. I plan to stay there during my next visit.

Such a nice value for a two night stay over. The room was clean, the bed comfy and the amenities nice. Walking distance from the plaza and all the wonderful art galleries, shops and restaurants. No need to use your car. No breakfast but we ate at the plaza cafe. Full kitchen though if you want to cook

The rooms are spacious; they are really a small apartment with a kitchen, table, sitting area, large bedroom and bath. The location was good for my nightly drives to the Santa Fe Opera but it’s not convenient to the touristy stuff around the plaza or the restaurants I frequent.
