Cute historic hotel in historic downtown Boulder City. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the museum about the history of Hoover Dam on the 2nd floor. We were disappointed that the restaurant was only open on the weekends.

Only complaint is the bed was like a slab of concrete. It’s definitely an old place so don’t expect a fitness center or pool. It’s a cool place. I was also a little disappointed that the museum wasn’t open even though it was past 7am when it said it was.

Very clean and well worth the lodging rate. Service personnel were very pleasant, helpful and seemed to enjoy working at this hotel. A full breakfast was fairly priced and delicious. Will be coming back as it was truly an enjoyable experience. Only criticism would be that some shower/tubs did not have grab bars. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Beautiful 1930s era hotel. On-site restaurant, bar with live music, museum. Wonderful decor. Extremely clean. Staff were extraordinarily attentive, courteous, and friendly. On-site parking. Will stay again whenever we can.

This is a great, historic hotel with a museum covering the building of Hoover dam. Great surroundings with many small shops and restaurants. So much calmer and relaxing than Vegas. Keep in mind it is a historic building. Room has a key on a key ring, can’t remember the last time I saw that. Has a nice little restaurant in the hotel that serves breakfast and lunch. TV is small, but with so much to do nearby why would you waste your time watching the tube?

Classy older hotel . Very comfortable mattress (memory foam) and furniture. Good restaurant off lobby as well as lively lounge in basement. Located in middle of historic Boulder City downtown so plenty of shopping and other dining options. Building also contains historic Hoover Dam museum and art gallery.

Wonderful historic hotel with a restaurant, museum, art and gift location. Great location, within walking distance to downtown Boulder City. They had live music in the evening when we were there. Rooms and hotel are very clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms were clean only disappointment was the bed it was on a metal frame with a foundation and it was a foam mattress. It should have been on a platform bed. The foundation was slipping off of the metal frame. Other than that the room was very clean. Carpet was old but that's an older hotel.

Very nice older style hotel. The bed was firm, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Only one comfortable chair in the room. Fortunately we found a small seating area around the corner from our room. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The ceiling fan didn’t work but we made do. Good location. Overall very nice stay.

This is a great alternative to staying in Las Vegas. The Boulder Dam Hotel is located in a cool walkable area with art and many restaurant choices. Staff members were welcoming and pleasant. The lobby is charming and the mezzanine has a cool museum. The furniture in the room is antique and charming. The WiFi was excellent and the television seemed to have plenty of channels. The mattress was quite comfortable and seemed to be memory foam. The only downsides were the extremely noisy bathroom fan and the discolored bottom of the tub. We live in a 100 year old house with a 100 year old tub that we have refinished twice, so I understand the challenges there. The tub was clean, so I did not mind.

Nice historic inn. Standard rooms are small as we expected. Get a bigger one if that matters. Lots of walkable restaurants with good food. Great breakfast at the hotel restaurant in the morning.

Very charming old hotel. Tiny bathroom and very thin walls, i could here a man on the phone next door very clearly as if in my room. But luckily it was quiet at night anyway. Room was not decorated at all. But the hotel is charming overall

Booked for 3 nights. Room was ok upon check in. We left early on 2nd day for the Grand Canyon. Spent a night in the GCNP. We returned on day 3 around 3pm. Our room had received zero housekeeping. Bed unmade, wastebaskets not emptied, towels not changed. I had to go to the desk to ask for fresh towels. We checked out on day 4. No housekeeping during our 3 night stay.

Quaint, artsy town. A great place to stay the night if you’re visiting the dam or on your way to some national parks. Great afternoon service at the front desk. She was Helpful, polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Room was clean. Great breakfast. Things to work on: Better signage about restaurant and lounge hours. Morning desk person acknowledging and greeting clients coming down in the morning. I suggest a coffee maker in the room. Also I understand this is an older building but the room definitely had an older musty smell.

We were looking for a quiet place to stay away from the Las Vegas strip but within 30 minutes from the airport to end an Utah parks vacation. Perfect hotel to check all those boxes. Historic property with interesting attached museum on the Dam. Room was very quiet with comfortable furnishings, tv, free wifi, and price was very reasonable.

This hotel has some great historic significance and is very central in the historic district of Boulder City. It's a very charming area and a super spot to walk around. The staff was very helpful. The room I stayed in was clean and a throwback with a rotary phone. If you are looking for a more modern hotel this is not the spot for you. For those you appreciate the simplicity of the past.

Lovely spacious and comfortable room with loads of character. Whole hotel was beautifully renovated and decorated in historic style. Quiet location but walkable to restaurants. ( hotel restaurant only open Fri and Sat pm - bit disappointing ) No tea/ coffee making in each room but coffee provided in lounge area Great place to stay in a quaint town, away from hubbub of Vegas. on way back from Hoover Dam/ Grand Canyon. only 30 mins from Vegas
