Excellent stay here, very nice / quiet property. The only downside was the pool being closed due to the decking needing replacement at the time of our stay. Would definitely book again!

Everything was good! The hot tub was closed but the pool was open. Nice rooms. There was a stain on one of the beds but overall clean. The area is good! Nice restaurants nearby! Recommended!

The property’s elevator was not working so they moved us to a lower floor which was very nice. The next day someone tried to break in. He was banging on the door and had a key to open the door. Luckily he could not get in as I had thrown the upper lock

Booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and jacuzzi which we were really looking forward to after a long day at Hoover Dam. No where did it say the pool area was closed when the reservation was made so it was a very disappointing surprise when we arrived at the hotel. Would not have stayed there had we known the pool was closed for renovation as this hotel was more expensive to other comparable hotels in the area

Basically used the hotel as a place to sleep after spending an entire day on the lake. The staff were accommodating, and very polite. Clean, comfortable room. Didn’t get a chance to dine at the Italian restaurant, but will definitely make a point of doing so on our next visit.

My stay here was good to very good. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. It was quiet which is very important for sleeping. The staff was great. 2 complaints: The shower tub drain wasn't working properly and water backed up into the tub as I showered. The staff said they would look into this. The room had a smell of old cigarette smoke and I definitely had an allergic reaction (sneezing and runny nose). The smell may be from years ago; but something definitely gave me an allergic reaction.

overall, we liked the hotel but one of the beds was dirty. there was pubic hair and spots on the linens, unfortunately it was like 1am and staff asked if we wanted to move room, but it was late and we were tired, so they gave us clean sheets and we changed them ourselves. in the morning as i checked out I told the staff and they apologize but that was it.

This hotel had really good reviews so I was anticipating a fantastic stay – but honestly it wasn't great. Honestly this place needs a good renovation. They had popcorn ceilings, beds were hard and uncomfortable, the AC was insanely loud, bathroom soap was super small and you can hear people next door and walking above you. Spent about $126 for two people but honestly felt like it could've been half of that for the quality. Breakfast was also really mediocre. It wasn't absolutely terrible though – no bed bugs. I like that they offered makeup remover/towel. I thought it was unique. The TV, microwave, and fridge worked fine as well as the AC (although it was loud like my earlier point). I didn't give it 1 star mainly because the staff was extremely friendly/attentive upon arrival/departure. Much appreciated and made the stay more bearable.

Loud music outside the office and by pool until 9pm. Staff said they weren\'t allowed to turn it off. We moved after the 1st night to the far end of the complex and it was better. Breakfast is marginal. Thin walls - turned on AC for "white noise" but it was very noisy.

The rooms were ok, could do for updated furnishings. The staff was excellent, very friendly. A lot of dining options walkable. Parking good. My only complaint, which was a BIG problem, is that my room never cooled down. The cooler only cooled, somewhat, around the bed. The rest of the room was hot, both days. It was 111 degrees outside, so we needed the room to be cooler than 85 degrees!

The room was nice and clean but the choice no carpeting in the room above us made it so loud. We could hear nothing but walking and luggage being moved around in the room upstairs. Also we could literally hear the neighbor's cell phone chime with incoming messages, it seems the walls are really thin. Breakfast was nice.

This was a good value- surprisingly close and easy to get BACK to Vegas - but nice to be out of the casino area. Beds were okay but not luxurious. Tile floors in the rooms allows for noise to be transferred to the room below. Night one I had both the noise above me waking me up - and people coming down the stairs dragging their bags as well. The biggest noise maker is that they put down a textured stone look to the balconies- looks like large stones. So every cleaning cart and luggage bag makes a ton of noise. I asked to be moved to a top floor away from others and that helped to cut the noise and I was able to get a little more sleep.

Location was good, near the old Town area of Boulder City. The bed was uncomfortable and felt old and worn out. It's a big hotel, but only 9 king-size beds. 6 used in disabled rooms ( we were put in one even though we didn't book that or need it) because the only other 3 king beds were already booked. We were on the ground floor, that was ok except it was so noisy late into the night, and started up again very early in the morning (6am)

The hotel advertised high speed internet through wi-fi. I was able to connect just fine, but there was no internet. The girl at the front desk just said, "hmm, that's weird. It's working for everyone else?" They did nothing to try and help fix the problem so I was unable to do any work (which is why I was there). Needless to say...NEVER AGAIN!

We arrived around 3 pm and been told that they are behind cleaning process and will check us in at 4pm. When we came back at 4:00 pm the lobby door was lovked and there was a note saying that there is a technical problem and the frontdesk will be back in 30 min. We had to wait for more than an hour and dinally call weatin customer service to contact the property. After we got our key the elevator to the 3rd floor was not working. It was such a poor cistomer seevice and overal experince.

Was disappointed in this Best Western. This is the first negative review I have given a hotel. A faulty door lock caused us to multiple times need to be let into our room. It was not repaired nor were we were offered another room. From the first time we tried to enter our room until the final morning we were only able to get in twice without requesting assistance. Additionally, the front desk staff was rude and dismissive when we expressed our disappointment with our room assess. Beds and bedding were sub-par. Shower was dated and low pressure. Do not recommend.

It is more like a motel but it does the trick.. A few things to improve are the frequence of room maintenance and the front desk reception. When I arrived there was no one in the front desk and when the person arrived she told me i had no reservation. After contacting HOTELS.COM they resent the confirmation email but apparently the lady had mischecked the data and the reservation was there from the beginning. Not a good experience. Anyone could get confused but a little more helpful attitude to solve the problem and double checking when i insisted, would have been expected. The same situation repeated when I asked if i had received Amazon packages, she said i had not received anything and did not check thoroughly, I had to check myself and find them.

A great place to stay in the Vegas area. The hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful. As nice of a check in experience as you could have. Boulder City is quiet and a great town lace to stay if you want to get away from the Vegas crowds but still access all the Vegas activities quickly. You also have the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and the Colorado River right there as well.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. We booked a kayak excursion to Emerald Cove through a different company and this location was perfect. We took advantage of the free hearty and hot breakfast before we set out for the 15 minute drive to Willow Beach. When we got back, the friendly hotel staff recommended Fox BBQ restaurant for dinner and it was the BEST steak dinner we had after a day kayaking on the lake. It was a great price for the service and value received. We will stay here next time we are in Boulder City.

Hotel in great position downtown so shop, pibs etc easily walkable. The room was clean & comfortable. We thought the breakfadt was very poor, all seemed cheapest quality. The milk for cereal was off. We would stay here again but go elsewhere for breakfadt.

Overall our stay was great. I always look forward to the breakfast when staying at a best western, however during my stay the breakfast was really lacking, there were many items that were "all gone" by 8am and what was there looked like it was picked over from the days before, nothing was restocked. No yogurt, not pastries, a few pieces of brad, no fruit, the juice was out so only water to drink.

Everything was clean and check in was easy. My kids loved the pool. The only disappointing thing was we chose this hotel because of its free breakfast which makes traveling so much easier with toddlers . Unfortunately, no one told us until we went down to eat that there was no breakfast after all. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but with they would have let us know during check in that that wasn’t accurate .

This was the 7th hotel we stayed in on this trip and it was the best breakfast by far!! Sausage, bacon, and wonderful potatoes as well as eggs and waffles. The dining area was clean and spacious. Quite pleased with our experience!!

I stayed at this hotel/motel 2 nights, it was a last minute reservation and I will never stay here again, property looks dirty, rooms are okay, curtains are see thru. They offer breakfast and honestly is the worst I’ve seen in a long time, it was 9:15 am and they had run out of almost everything, we were told by employee that by the way, was not very nice or welcoming that “we are lucky we had any food left” shame on this place, if they are providing breakfast they know ahead of time how many reservations they have and should have plenty of food! In my opinion I recommend that you stay away from this place.
