They are in the middle of a remodel of some sort. Pool was drained and closed. Stairway was blocked. Inside was nice but not all completed. Staff was nice but no where to be found at check out. Neighbor seemed to be having issues. Not worth the price

The only things good were the size of the room and the price, but the general look of the room was old and poor lighting. Some of the buildings in the vicinity were sketchy/dilapidated. Very simple/few breakfast items. Pool was not filled.

Serious need of refreshing. Exterior was almost enough for us to turn away. Paint peeling on the office door. Stairwell carpeting torn up. Breakfast? Waffles and microwave sandwiches. The room was exceptionally large and in better condition than the exterior. Not likely I would return.

Room was clean, glad we had a pool to escape the afternoon heat. Staff was very pleasant. I especially enjoyed the breakfast options every morning. We plan on staying again our next trip to Wendover.

The room smelled very bad and was unclean. Chewed piece of gum on the shelf, toilet leaking urine at the base, overall dirty. Had to clean the air filters for the a/c unit. Would not stay again or recommend to anyone else.

Check in was easy. The floor in the room was filthy. My feet were black from walking barefoot on it. The beds were soft and comfortable compared to other hotels. Breakfast was okay- the orange juice was like water.

Very run down, lighting outside was only thing I would say was nice. Dirty carpets, paint stains everywhere, tap on sink wouldn’t work properly, sink wouldn’t drain Shower head clogged- water would not turn on completely in the shower. Would not stay again.

Generally run down. Door doesn't seal, making it hard to heat the room. No fitted bottom sheets. Thin bed covers. Toilet and sink counter were dirty. There was a penny in the middle of the floor, so I'm guessing it had not been vacuumed after the previous guest.

Was very disappointed in the breakfast!!! The hot drink machine was out of chocolate, there was no bread for toast. The main reason I selected this property was the free breakfast showing a photo of a waffle machine. The bed was comfortable. The lighting needs to be better. The TV was too small for the size of the room. I liked the living space. We went down for breakfast at 6:30 it’s not like someone beat us to the food. We only saw one other vehicle that might has been the front desk owners.

I was very disappointed with this property. Reception is always empty. I had to wait 30 mins to check in since there was no one at the desk around 4:00pm Also, no one while checking out as well and I just dropped the keys and left. Very poor customer service and dirty interiors.

I asking for the ground level room, because all 3 of us are seniors all have moving problems. In the reservation there are rooms ready for us. When we checked in been told there is NO any room on the ground level. At the late of night we don't have the energy to looking for other properties. Just terrible service.

We liked that it was right off of the freeway. When we came into the lobby it was clean and there was only one lady behind the counter. She was on the phone so we had to wait about 10 mins before she acknowledged us. However she was pleasant and made checking in quick. It looks like they are doing some construction there was a room below us full of construction debris and mattresses stacked. It was all in open view area. The stairs to the second floor had torn and ripped carpet that I had to be careful not to trip. The room seemed clean at first entering, however there was a slight musty smell almost like urine. The refrigerator was filthy it looked like someone had spilled soda inside so it was all sticky. There was duck tape around the window that was kinda half off, seemed to be holding the window closed we were on the second floor so wasn’t too worried.

I drive through Wendover and always select pet friendly hotels. Got in late Friday night and the attendant did not greet me. He asked for my name and ID. I provided that and as he was checking me in I said , I want to remind you I have a pet. He got so upset and asked why did I not note that on my reservation. Well, the platform I used to book this gives me the option to filter for pet friendly but not note it. I literally just booked it as I exited the freeway. He scolded me, set my card key on the counter and said no smoking. I stay is some shady motels, a lot worse than this one in my travels but never was I made to feel this way. He made me feel like I asked for the hotel room for free. I’ll skip this one on future stops through Wendover

The office person, when we check in was asleep and had been smoking hoka pike. When our room would lock we went to the office, he was no where to be found. Later we saw him coming from up the street with snacks.He walked us to the room shooked the handle and said it works.

Twice I’ve stayed at this hotel. I reserved two nights each time. I told the desk manager and requested our key worked for both days. Both times when I came back from eating at a restaurant and my key card didn’t work. The manager left and for over an hour we couldn’t get into our room.

The personnel was friendly and helpful. I do like rooms entering right from parking. Somewhat older and ran down. Breakfast was a bit of a let down. Property adjoining gave the feeling of not being in the best part of town.

There is no way for an old person who doesn't drive to get around town. No taxi service, no shuttle service, no bus, nothing. If you are unable to walk the half mile to the Nuggett, you don't get to any casino without help. And it's like the Hotel California there. You can check in but you can never leave. Dimas was great though. He's not pleased about this either. And he gave me a lift to the Nugget on the day my bus left. Thank you Dimas. They have a very good breakfast. Staff is always friendly. TV was great.

The couple in front of me at check in had problems with their check in. It was also with Expedia so I was a bit worried, but mine went through just fine. They said no bottom rooms available, but there was never that many cars in the parking lot. The stairs were pretty rough for my elderly mother to climb, no elevator. My key didn't work so I had to go back down and get another one. The room was very large. Microwave and mini fridge. The breakfast was pretty non-existent. 2 flavourless cereals and a waffle maker. It was a nice place to stay with a great price. Stayed during winter season so the pool was closed.

It appears as though this property is under new management and they are still trying to work out a few things. The soda vending machine was not working. There was a small outdoor pool that we did not use. The room was fine if a little outdated. The free breakfast was underwhelming with few options.

The best of the affordable hotels in Wendover. Nice offerings at breakfast. Very clean and spacious rooms. If you wanna stay in a comfortable room without feeling uncomfortable about how much it cost, Super 8 will get the job done. Non-smoking hotel and very quiet. Always enjoy my stays.
