Overall positive experience. The pool was closed “until an undetermined date” for repairs which was a big disappointment. However the staff were helpful, pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was decent (cereal, bagels, waffle, sausage, eggs, yogurt, juice) and parking was easy. Located just off the highway which was convenient, gas station and restaurants within walking distance.

Clean and updated rooms. Very nice bathroom/shower. Bed was comfortable. Lobby was being renovated while we were there, but that's a temporary inconvenience. They had EV chargers available free-of-charge. Very nice amenity!

Very clean and well run hotel! Wish there were a few more options for breakfast (e.g. different types of pastries) - but still pretty good. Room was very spacious and clean and hotel was very quiet throughout the night. Biggest draw for me was the EV charging stations which allowed me to continue on my travels with a "full tank" in the morning - this was huge!

Everything was great. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The only disappointment was the pool. It was super cold out, but the room where the pool was was chilly as was the water. It was probably heated but it was too cold to go in. We would stay again. The location was perfect.

The pool was very limited as to how long it was open due to construction which even when I called was not informed about , the breakfast there was like nothing the food was not fully cooked , they ran out of a lot of things . Ran out of creamers for coffee and milk . There was an awful smell in the hall where our room was bc of the construction and being I had a baby was an absolute horrible experience .

I booked the hotel for the indoor pool but it was under repair. Every time i have stayed at a Fairfield specifically because they advertised they have a pool it was never available to use. Also the gym had a water dispenser but it wasn't working either. The road noise not muffled well, given it was a 4 lane road that fronted the property. But it was clean and the staff was nice and friendly

Shower curtain with heavy pink mold around bottom. Desk furniture with sticky residue. Beds snd pillows were comfortable and clean. Breakfast good / average. For price these days overall ok. Staff were courteous and kind.

Entrance/exit to property is weird. As for the hotel, there was obvious water damage above window and ceiling in the same area. Bathrooms are very small and the water was warm, but not hot.

“We had a great stay, and my kids especially loved the pool! The staff was friendly, attentive, and made our visit enjoyable. However, I was disappointed to find a cockroach in our room. While the overall experience was good, I hope the hotel takes steps to address this issue to ensure a cleaner environment for future guests.”

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient but our room was only partially prepared, did not appear to have been vacuumed, and the bathroom felt dirty. If you need a place to stay in Binghamton that’s close to the highway it is very convenient.

This is one of the cleanest and most well maintained Fairfield Inns I have stayed at. Very quiet. Good WiFi. Good shower. Only comment is that they did that short sheet thing that all the hotels in this price range do these days. I like to be able to pull the covers up to my chin.

Considering there are limited hotel options in the area this is probably the best one. That said, the biggest issues are that, at least for the room we were in, there are bright lights outside that the undersized blackout curtains could not block out, meaning we were trying to sleep in a half lit room. The bed itself was average. The bathroom was quite nice and the water pressure is very good. Very clean hotel and relatively quiet considering there were a number of teenagers staying in the hotel.

Great location for 1 night when in a long trip. But for more than one person the bathroom is Tiny. The door nearly hits the tot. Room for 1 person at the sink. Good breakfast but tables are very close together and not enough of them.

Stayed for work, The morning food service was pretty blah. but yet again its free and cant expect much. Room I had had the outside building light shining so every hr i woke up I thought it was day light out. The curtains doesnt block out the light. Little sleep.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff is far and away the friendliest and most accommodating I have ever come across. Donna, the manager while we were there was so friendly and flexible with our request for a later checkout time. She greeted us with warmth and a desire to make sure we were happy. She was more like a bed and breakfast host than a hotel manager. Tina, the kitchen manager, was so friendly and helpful, even taking me to the commissary to check the ingredients for food allergies. She was so eager to help and make sure we were happy. Our stay at the hotel was a very positive experience and I will return every time I am in town.

Good place nevertheless the person in concierge at 10pm when we arrived after driving in snowstorm was very unfriendly, didnt welcome us and showed attitudes like she didnt want to be there, think was temporarily there due to the arrival time bit still, not pleasant. The hotel was good overall.

The front desk lady Ms.Donna was very helpful and accommodating. She had excellent hospitality and customer service making our stay very peaceful and enjoyable. We had a bad experience with 2 other hotels in the area and it was very reassuring to stay here after. Thank you Ms.Donna and the Fairfield inn, we will be staying here everytime we visit Binghamton!

I loved it here, I extended my stay. This hotel offers breakfast which was excellent. The check out at this location is 12pm and that was an amazing perk for myself. My illness doesn’t allow me to move as fast as others so I really benefit from the 12pm check out. There was a young lady there that was in charge of the food set up. She also broke it down and cleaned up. I noticed she was cleaning the pool area as well. Management she needs a raise, she cleaned her a** off. She was very helpful and pleasant person. Management made my extended stay process very easy. Thumbs up to the manager, she was very nice.

The property was nice, clean and very convenient. The staff (Claire? working the front desk) was the worst customer service person I have ever encountered in my life. Rude, ignorant and angry towards myself and other customers during check-in. Literally yelling at guests. We ordered some takeout and were sitting at the tables in the breakfast area along with some other families finishing our food. The front desk staff came over and said this area was closing and we had to leave now. We moved outside to the parking lot where a few other parents from the tournament gathered and were talking. At night so no traffic at the hotel, no loud noises or commotion, no disturbance to other guests or the staff. Instead of her walking 10 feet and telling us we could not gather in the parking lot, she called the police. 2 cop cars showed up to tell us to leave. As someone walked through the lobby and mentioned to her that all she had to do was ask us not to stand in the parking lot rather than call the police, she started screaming at the guests. I would stay at this hotel again, but if I walked in and saw her working I would consider going somewhere else

We always stay here when visiting our child at Binghampton University. It is very clean, and rather close to the college. The hotel offers free breakfast as well as many dining options for lunch or dinner near the hotel.

The breakfast area was under construction resulting in a mediocre selection of gas station-style breakfast sandwiches. Unbelievable that the 'included breakfast' part of the room description wasn't removed from the website. I would have, and will likely, choose a different option in the Binghamton area moving forward.
