Dirty. Could not use the shower. My daughter room after one night had to be switched stunk of cat urine. The new room could not use the shower. No cold water only hot in the toilet and when I was able to open the sink nozzle it was hot. I am so upset with this place huge spider webs. I have pictures we even tried to find another place but all were sold out.

Warning: You are going to think I’m exaggerating, but I’m not. Made the reservation almost a year ago for my son’s graduation from Binghamton University. I should have know better based on the cost difference between this crap hole and a real hotel, but I didn’t have a choice. It was literally the only place I could book within 30 miles. Now I know why!! Rude staff. Disgusting facility. Disgusting rooms. Filthy in every inch of the hotel. Beds, bathrooms, carpets, doors, windows, hvac, beds, tvs, lights, hallways, housekeeping, all old, broken down and outdated. Seriously, not just crappy, but dangerous. I thought I was on some kind of pranking show! I know what you’ll be thinking, how bad could it be for a night or two just to sleep? THE WORST!! I should have slept in the car. Now I need to go for a blood test and a tetanus shot just for peace of mind! I need to know what professional organization or governing body I need to contact to get this vile hovel shut down. The place needs to be bulldozed. Avoid at all cost. Free with a rebate would still overcharging for a nightmare like this place. I am embarrassed to have stayed there.

The owner was at the front desk when I got there there is a Harley Davidson party going on across the parking lot. I asked you were part of that party. He said if you’re not happy, don’t check in leave again I asked are you part of that party and he said well if you’re not happy, don’t check in. He betrayed me for 30 minutes before he gave me a room but apparently had no heat.

Do. Not. Stay. Here. I REPEAT. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. The manager orobably did me a favor by kicking us out... I dared question a blank spot on the guest check-in form. Yup. Looking at the reviews on Google... You are better off sleeping in your car or in the curb. Hotels.com please remove this property

Shower curtain was moldy all along the bottom skirt. Parking lot has a number of potholes, in particular at the street. Our car ended up bottoming out badly in the dark, as it's also not well-lit.
