front desk staff was rude when i wanted to extend my check out time by an hour and the lack of coffee was very disappointing

Everything was as expected as we have stayed here numerous times..This was our first 2 night stay and our room was never cleaned or beds made on the full day that we were there…Overall it’s a safe bet but always second choice to the more recently renovated Doubletree
