Staff was excellent. Room was clean. Breakfast buffet excellent. Only complaint was the pool was dirty with hair in the drains and a lot of bugs in the indoor pool. My granddaughter came out of the pool very upset.

The staff was so helpful and accommodating as much as possible. Ariel & Isaiah stand out! It's Tricky planning for chair bound person. ADA king bed suite is better for tioleting with lower beds for getting in-but no roll in shower. Changed to Double queen bedroom which has roll in shower but floor is made uneven for water drainage & tiolet & beds too high. The staff has no control over construction of rooms and helped as much as they could allowing me to pick which room to use. Although it needs straps & better brakes I was able to borrow a manual wheelchair from them which saved the day and plans for our weekend trip. I would definitely stay here again, and side jote the brand of coffee the hotel ises is good.

We really loved our King Suite with river views. The area had some loud car noises around 10 pm, numerous times, but ultimately we all slept pretty well. The bed was wonderful, and our daughter loved the pull out couch. The pool area seemed to need updating. However, the fiddle leaf fig in the pool area is huge and amazing! We loved the breakfast buffet, which we probably paid extra for, but it was really the best hotel breakfast we have had in the US in a long time. Super courteous and professional staff. We will be back!

Very clean. Check-in process was easy and staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Pool was wonderful - but unfortunately we were there at the same time as a girls softball team that was not well-chaperoned. Wish there was a hot tub! Great location, too!

Start to finish a great experience. EVERYONE was very friendly, the housekeepers freshened up our towels and restocked coffee, tp and anything else that needed attention. The bar in the evening was fun and you felt very at home. Ice machine worked AND you can buy botttled beer at the front desk.

Parking was full, we were told to park on the yellow striped areas. There was a party going on all night in the rooms on our floor, loud noises and all. Did not get a good night sleep. Otherwise the hotel is nice and convenient, staff is super friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

I could not sleep all night , the air conditioner did not work and the room was hot. Parking was hard because people from other events not related to the hotel used the parking lot , and they parked outside of the spots blocking the paths making it almost impossible to navigate the lot.

Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable, lovely Dove products in bathroom, good water pressure and plenty of hot water for showers, room is equipped with microwave, mini fridge. Breakfast buffet was very good in a beautiful dining space. Service was excellent.

A big comfortable room in the center of the city that felt very out of the hustle. Check in was quick. Parking was free and close to the entrance. We didn’t use the pool but it looked great. Breakfast was just right and everything was very clean. We will stay here again and highly recommend

The room was dirty. There was trash still in the refrigerator, on the back of the bathroom sink were dirty brown spots, the toilet was still dirty from the previous guest, and there was dirt residue on the carpet. It was clear to me that the room only received a quick clean. I didn’t complain about it because I was tired and I didn’t want to have to move to another room, so I just cleaned it up myself.

We have stayed at the Holiday Inn many times when visiting our son at Binghamton University. We arrived late and left early due to our schedule. We couldn't adjust the heat in our room so it was extremely warm. Otherwise, the room was clean and met our needs.

I've never in my life stayed in such a noisy hotel. It was not noisy due to the guests or other people, but due to the thin nature of the exterior walls and poorly constructed windows. When the wind blew the walls and windows rattled so loudly it sounded like a train was coming through the window. We were 8 floors up and could hear the snow removal just as loud as is we were standing next to the bulldozer. It was awful and i didn't sleep at all.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the small, cute little downtown with restaurants and a little bit of shopping. A few short minutes’ drive to Binghamton U. There is a walking path behind the hotel with a view along the Chenango River. Restaurant is good - sufficient with well made cocktails. Our double room was small - bathroom area is tiny and we overlooked a roof of a building but it was fine. The front desk staff were accommodating and asked about our stay when we checked out. We told them about the drip … drip … drip leaking of the bathtub all night and they seemed eager to fix it. The rooms are clean, comfortable but a A bit outdated. We will stay here again and we were pleased with their accommodating pet policy.

Our room was on the front side of the hotel... so much noise- like sounds carried through the vents and walls, and very loud nearby venues and cars, sounded like drag racing in the streets at all hours. Spider web and spider on the celling when we checked in...tv remote was filthy- I would not touch with bare hands. Room was fairly cramped. I know it's and older building, but it still needs more work. Would not stay here again.

Need to hire more staff - felt really bad for wait staff in restaurant - they were really friendly and tried their best to be efficient. Saturday night there was one waitress for the entire restaurant. My heart broke for her. She was lovely and friendly and kind. You need to hire more staff.

I was placed on the 1st floor along with a group of rowdy and disrespectful young people. They were extremely loud and disruptive from 1am to 4am. Although we called the front desk multiple times, they did not quiet down. I had to confront them personally at 4am. We had terrible night - no rest. Afterwards? The management was very apologetic and offered us a refund. They did the right thing but we payed the price of a night of no sleep,

When we arrived was concerned because they gave us keys to a room that someone was staying in. All their stuff was there etc. Then they moved us to a handicap room which was not requested or needed. The front desk had no information on the restaurant in the hotel no menus nothing. We went in to give it a try and in the short timeframe we were there. A lot of people had sent their food back so we just had a drink and left.

Our stay was good. The hotel was within walking distance to the Forum Theatre where our event was taking place. The room was comfortable and bathroom nice and clean. We were not re-upped on the Keurigs in our room for the next morning. Also, the bed was not made for the next day. I don't care so much about the bed; I care more about the coffee. The breakfast venue is a bit confusing. It's sort of a hybrid of being waited on for coffee and juice and for helping yourself to the buffet. It kind of has an identity crisis. It wants to be an included continental breakfast, but it's forced to be a sit-down and get waited on restaurant. Let it be the continental breakfast it wants to be and include it in the price of the stay.

Hotel itself was pretty decent, but as soon as you walk out, lots of homeless begging in the lot and even saw one shooting drugs next to the building. I’m sure not much the hotel can do about it. Just be prepared

The room was below my typical expectations of Holiday Inn. There was only one drawer for my clothing. The closet was a no show. The ironing board and iron was in the bathroom. The shower head did not work correctly. For breakfast, the server was also the cook, so I decided not to stay. This was a ver disappointing stay. It was shiny and clean but felt understaffed and underfunded.

Was pleasantly surprised by the updates rooms. Carpets could use a little updating. The restaurant opened at 4 so we just had a late lunch/ early dinner but the appetizers, especially the calamari and this is according to Italians from Long Island.
