The coffee was cold in the morning, the hot tub stop working in the morning. Front desk was rude the morning of check out the microwave the start button was stuck and didnt work. Not a good stay at all.

Everything was good except the pool was “out of order” The reason we picked this hotel is so our kid and family could enjoy the pool and hot tub.

Our room was not cleaned for the one day that we stayed. What were we paying for? The pool was not usable because the hotel booked a child swimming class to use the pool for half the day. The school stated that we could ‘share’ the pool but it was filled with a class of toddlers and their teachers and parents. Is the pool for the guests or for the hotel’s side-hustles?

I stayed here with the intention of going to waterpark close by and it was raining the hotel was almost completely checked out on a sunday and I asked for a late check out so my daughter could enjoy the indoor pool to my surprise they wantedto charge me an extra 75 dollars for 1 pm check out I agreed then pool was taken over from an outside vendor which was not disclosed at the time of asking for my upcharge the audacity!! Normally I would of paid for the extra time, but could charge me for $75 when most places grant free check out later in the day if they're not busy, this is not what I expect from Hilton very disappointed not DEMURE.

Overall experience was good. I stayed with my family for two nights. Place is clean. Only thing we didn’t like was pool experience. Pool was cold and we couldn’t use hot tub on second day because it was dirty.

Booked this stay specifically for the hot tub and the hot tub was broken. Things in the room were broken. Noisey, no conditioner or lotions in the bottles. Shower curtains dangling off the wall. Very disappointing for a hilton.

We have stayed here several times. Each time service and facilities getting worst. Pool and spa no longer available. Staff lie about comping breakfast for inconvenience. Then hang up on you when you call. Will not be staying here anymore. Have stayed here about ten times before.

I was surprised they didn’t make beds each morning or give us fresh towels. We had to go to front desk and ask for towels the next day and wash cloths. We got towels no wash cloths. The shower gel shampoo were empty so we had to use the little bar of soap they supplied. Surprised they supplied that. AC worked in the morning not at night. It was so hot at night. Won’t stay again

The first room I was given smelled awful, staff was very helpful and moved me immediately to a less terrible smelling room (but still smelled) The beds are all springs and impossible to sleep on- I tried to sleep balanced on pillows. The sheets had a disgusting stain on them so I was also sleeping on a towel. The only good thing about this hotel were the kind staff but the whole place should be gutted. Not even remotely Hilton quality

We were very welcomed upon arrival. The only thing I found disappointing was the housekeeping. It was less than desired I have not been around a room that was not cleaned up wiped down and vacuumed as it was supposed to be every other day. The people were extremely friendly and kind in the lobby and restaurant area that was wonderful It was just housekeeping that I found less than desirable but there could be extenuating situation where they are shorthanded One never knows and I'll always give them the benefit of the doubt.

The hotel was simply fantastic. Possibly the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. The water pressure was great. Tub was spotless. The whole place was spotless. And the staff were friendly as can be. A+++++

In addition, it is clean, solid, and non-cheesy. The front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful. These offset the chief annoyance of the Hilton chain, which is that they are always trying to extract more money from you in the form of fees. I avoid these by using my phone for internet and getting breakfast at the nearby Red Line Diner. However, it is still annoying that they are always after more money.

Overall it was fine but the room we got was very dated and everything appeared old. I would say it was last remodeled in the '80's. The overhead light was out and the chair ottoman had a huge stain on it but other than that it was ok.

Easy access off I-84. Co-located with several other chain hotels off Route 9. Good security, adequate parking, good-sized room, a flat screen TV with an uncomplicated remote that works! Very helpful staff on duty at the reception. Especially helpful throughout our 5-night stay was Jonathan who gave us a fabulous local restaurant recommendation as well.

Upon arriving I was greeted at the front desk by Jon who was absolutely incredible for our entire stay. I travel extensively and deal with many front desks; this young man stands out above the crowd. We will stay again when visiting family which we will be doing about 4 times a year. Hotel staff was great along with the hotel itself. Very clean, comfortable hotel with a nice pool area.

The staff was outstanding HOWEVER we arrived on Thanksgiving morning to breakfast at 9:45. The server gave us menus and was alone so took some time to get back and take our order- at which point it was closer to 10am. 15-20 minutes passed. He returned to inform us he could not convince the cook to cook our breakfast. He had reached out to management but had no luck. He was very distraught and apologetic. We subsequently were offered whatever was left of the continental breakfast- bagels and pineapple- for free. He was super kind and we stopped at the front desk to ensure he was appropriately tipped. We understand it was Thanksgiving and the cook wanted to leave however it was unprofessional.

Outside the property was nice it was hard to see being the sign didn't light up at night. Very dark. Lobby very nice. The rooms seemed outdated. Botton cover of a c unit broke off in floor. Minor things.

We got stuck in a snowstorm driving home from upstate and this hotel came to the rescue! We had 2 large dogs with us but were please the dog friendly room was not gross (sometimes they are nasty!!) but clean and quiet. The breakfast from the menu was really good- we were laughing because it was tastier than some of our meals in "fancy" places upstate. The whole staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Good hot water pressure in the shower and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable.

Would have preferred that a continental breakfast be available rather than an in-house restaurant. There were plenty of restaurants around to choose from, but a quick grab and go breakfast would have been more convenient.

It was a fine hotel nothing too special. Breakfast is $15 so I didn’t get any but they do have options for meals and drinks. My one complaint was that there was no way to take a bath since you couldn’t plug the drain with anything.

For $330 for 1 night a Continental Breakfast should be provided not $19.95 for a breakfast buffet. Also we sat at a table in the restaurant around 7 PM Saturday. The bartender/waitress dropped 2 menus in front of us without saying a single word to us and walked away. Without service for close to 15 minutes we decided to walk out. Just as we were getting up to leave, she approached us and I simply said "we're going to pass" and she said "fine" and turned and walked away. The job of waiting on us, an elderly couple (who were trying to flag her down as we were sitting down) and just 2 patrons at the bar was evidently way too much for her to handle. Very disappointing and inconvenient.

Staff was amazing. Friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was that we paid for breakfast, and the options weren't that good. Could have went somewhere on rt 9 for less. But other then that it was AMAZING
