Guest rooms are on floors 2, 3 and 4. I was on 4th floor. I spent too much time waiting for the (one) elevator. Pool hot tub area not accessible by room key. You have to ask someone at front desk to open door.

We experienced outstanding customer service, as well as pleasant and helpful staff. It was nice that the pool and hot tub are open until 11 PM. We really appreciated that. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not hot. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

The hotel presents externally as very clean in a congested area. The rooms were very modern and clean.. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was good with plenty of food. The pool area was clean however, access required the desk person to open the door. There was no sign to indicate this and a sign for this on/near the door would solve this issue. The pool area itself was clean. The air jets in the hot tub/spa however did not work. Overall, the hotel was clean and in good shape but some finesse to fix small things that did not work well/were broken (coat hooks, doors sticking badly). would make this an excellent hotel/

We came to the Holiday Inn express just for a short getaway. We’ve been here before it’s very convienient to everything. Restaurant's,theatres,shopping. Our room was clean and with a great view of the mountains. , staff was very friendly and helpful. I myself will be looking forward to my next stay.

This was a great stay and would definitely stay again! Wonderful Front Desk Staff and a very nice gym! The room was wonderful except for some mold in the bathroom. I would say that was the only draw back to the room.

I think the hotel needs a little attention to detail in cleanliness. The breakfast and dining area needed some sprucing up and attention. Food layout needed attention, and tables needed to be wiped down occasionally. Elevator car walls needed to be cleaned. You could tell they weren't being looked after. Overall cleanliness of the hotel needs some tender loving care. Staff was very nice and cordial. Gym was very good.

When I stayed, the people upstairs and next door were just too loud. Loud music, screaming, coming and going from stairs (my room was next to the stairs, never again). Not a pleasant stay. Everything else was fine with the hotel.

Been to many holiday inns over the years, try to support as I worked in there corporate office Things in room broken, witnessed other guest complaining. Given the price charged I was hard to understand the value. The bathroom was so small that the door would only shut if you suffled around. The shower whilst seemed newish could not be accessed without antler shuffle A pretty poor set up, and poor value for money

My stay was accidentally booked and I tried to cancel within an hour, after realizing what happened. Hotel denied my refund. They charged me a steep amount for not being there. Even after calling multiple times to try to explain the situation, they just gladly took my money. NOT HELPFUL! Ridiculous that company this big won’t cancel your stay and provide a refund. Stay away from Holiday Inn!!!!!

The room and property was actually pretty good. The service when I checked in was Great. Nick was amazing and accommodating. The problem was, at around 8:30am i went to my car (I never checked out) I was there for about 45 minutes making calls. When I went back to my room, my door was open and the cleaning lady was inside . I asked “what are you doing?” She handed me my belongings she got from the room. And I left. At that point I didn’t even feel welcomed. Not only was it an invasion of privacy , as my personal belongings were still in the room but I felt rush out of a room I paid for. As I mentioned I never checked out and check out is at 11:00am. So no one should have been in my room

Very welcoming experience. Chris was very friendly and made checking in super easy. He was also very knowledgeable of the area and I appreciated his willingness to inform and assist. The room was great. It was clean and spacious. I stayed on the top floor and it was very quiet. One minor gripe was that the bathroom sink was a but backed up. Otherwise, an overall great experience. I would stay at this hotel again.

The stay went ok. Breakfast was not a great experience. It was a little before 9:25 when we went and tried to get some pancakes from their machine. Unfortunately it had run out of batter, the staff member running that told me that it was close to 9:30 and he wasn’t going to refill it. Our 3 girls love this for breakfast, and apparently so did the family that showed up shortly after us and the small group of people after that. This guy refused to refill it. For something so small he wasn’t going to do anything. There are signs up in the breakfast area that say “breakfast ready when you are”. I’m sad to report that’s a lie. It may be a holiday Inn, but it’s run by people who do not care about you. The worst thing any hotel can do is finish out your stay with a bitter taste in your mouth.

We had a great visit. Nick at the front desk was fantastic! He gave us an upgrade and we really appreciated it because we were not having the best visit to the area up till that point when we encountered him. My wife actually remembered him from a visit a year ago and also had good things to say about him at that time. Please continue to encourage your employees to remember the value of a smile and good customer service. It makes a big difference for your guests. Nick will be an added reason for us to return in the near future to visit our son who lives in Wappingers Falls, and to recommend the Hotel to our friends. The breakfast was also great. Good variety of items and very tasty. Thanks Holiday Inn Express.

Mona, the front desk receptionist, was exceptional and definitely deserves a higher position due to her professionalism. She was very efficient, and the check-in process was smooth. Her supervisor, Nick, was also very accommodating. It was a great stay for both kids and family. The lady handling breakfast was also very professional and friendly. One thing we admired was that she kept a smile on her face the entire time we were in the breakfast room. No matter who asked for help, she was always friendly. I apologize for not asking her name. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and I would rate it 10 out of 10. The pool hours were convenient, and breakfast was included with our stay. We had a special needs adult with us, and both Nick and Mona were very accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The man on Saturday night 8/16 was very rude overall, did not address any of the problems we had and gave us the wrong room we booked. We booked a king size bed with sofa bed and no sofa bed was there. He said that it was first come first serve and other rude comments

First room had a door that didnt open easily. Manager was immediately able to switch rooms. Shower was lovely and hot. Bathroom was oddly configured. Microwave and fridge. Very basic free breakfast. Small indoor pool. Only negative was road noise and drag racing in parking lot. Red Line Diner was easy walk and quite good.

I could give it 5 stars over all but the breakfast buffet was meh( low grade cafeteria grade items) overcooked bacon,an absmal amount of fresh fruits AND with the uptick of COVID there should be signs with hand sanitizing stations at every entrance of the dining area. also the coffee was a horrible dark roast blend.

We were heading to West Point . Expedia said ten miles …. Actually it was about 24 miles and 35 minutes commute . Front office staff member Nike gave us exceptional service and very good information about dining etc . Breakfast was very “powdered eggs “ -ish . But not inedible .
