A main reason I selected this hotel was based on the listing cover photo showing the rooftop deck. When we checked in we were told that was only accessible to the guests who were staying in a special suite. Felt this was misleading advertising. That aside, the hotel was clean, room was large and staff were attentive.

Very clean comfortable room and bed. Excellent bathroom with a rainfall shower and two sinks. Beautiful view of the Brooklyn Bridge. Very friendly professional staff. Could not possibly have asked for more

Beautiful hotel in Downtown Seaport area. Very comfortable room. Quiet with a very comfortable bed! I’d definitely stay here again!
