Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, perfect location! I can't wait to stay again. I was a little concerned about parking but the hotel gives you several options for parking garages they are affiliated with. It averaged out to be about $35/day to park in one of the lots near the hotel, with the hotel discount. (Which if you know NYC - that is a deal!)

We stayed there for 4 days and everything was great. Only downside was that Broadway is closed To cars so it was hard to find a spot to unload the luggage.

The staff was so kind and helpful, especially Jarvis at the front bell station. The location couldn't have been better. Close to the subway and walking distance to many great Manhattan attractions. The room was beautiful and pristine. It did not have a gym or pool, but we would not have taken time away from the other NYC attractions to use these anyway.

The room was on the larger side for a NYC hotel - clean, well-appointed and a great closet and bathroom. Also, in a great location - the street out front is blocked off so in warmer months you can sit outside and dine with all of the various restaurants on the street. The downside is there is not restaurant or bar in the hotel - so you cannot get breakfast with your room but there are plenty of cute coffee places and other dining within a few steps from the hotel.

staff was super friendly and helpful. the rooms are very nice and clean. the local area has tons of great cocktail bars and restaurants. only issue is driving there. the entrance is located in a pedestrian only area of the road. you'll have to park nearby and walk your luggage to the entrance.

The experience at this hotel was very good overall, and would recommend it, but it's not of 4-star quality. Positive: This hotel had by far the largest and most comfortable rooms of all the hotels in New York I've stayed in previously. Staff are very friendly. Room service cleaning was good, but deep cleaning needs improvement. I stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms, and the bathroom tiles already had grime on them. They provide water every day with room service, that’s pretty good. Hotel is very well located. Negative: The hotel is currently under construction, and workers use the same lift as guests, causing delays. It is even used at any time, and guests are not given priority. That's quite annoying. Toiletries are super basic, and no slippers; no bathrobes. The hotel is located on Broadway street, so it's extremely noisy, and the room windows are not airtight, so you can hear everything from the room.

Nice, clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, and nice amenities in the room (including wine from being expedia VIP). Wish there was coffee in the lobby. I also thought parking was included in our rate, but it was just discounted. Make sure to ask which lots to part in before going.

I had two stays at the Broadway Plaza within a few weeks of each other and both visits were a lovely experience. Both suite rooms were immaculate and well presented, the staff were friendly and very professional. Complimentary snacks and bottled water were provided and water was restocked each day, which is a rare and welcome touch these days. The hotel was also surprisingly quiet for a Midtown location with easy access to the subway as well. I can't fault either of my stays and I'll definitely go back the next time I'm in New York again!

Pros: Location and dining options around the hotel are excellent. Loved the cool vibe of the area. Lobby is nice, but nothing special. Hotel staff is friendly and opened the door often when entering and leaving property. The view of the Empire State Building was really nice. The size of the room was good. Cons: The room was very tired and needs updating. The bathroom was especially dated with old bathtub and shower combo with mildew stains the tile. It wasn’t dirty, just old. The caulking around the tub was sloppy. I believe we got an old room that had not been updated. We inquired about changing our room. The staff stated they were sold out. We also inquired about late checkout and the staff stated they were sold out. However, I checked online and rooms were available. We also paid for an extra night because we were coming in early in the morning and wanted to be sure we had a place to stay and not have to wait for check in. I wrote the hotel before we came and told them this. They wanted to know when we would be arriving and to let them know if this time changed. While we did enjoy our stay, we felt it would have been better had the hotel been a bit more accommodating and changed our room. Also, it would have been nice to let us stay a couple extra hours, especially since we paid the extra night. It just seemed like they really didn’t care.

This hotel was perfect in every way. Room was quite big for a manhattan hotel, even a big bathroom. Room was very clean and seemed new. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Great location and beautiful view of Empire State Building. I would definitely stay there again. Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was extremely clean and the beds were so comfortable we didn’t even want to get up. The whole staff was amazing. Very polite doormen and easy on the eyes I might add 😊. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the very near futue

My partner and I have just got back from a fantastic trip to NYC. We stayed 5 nights at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. I stayed here over 10 years ago and loved the hotel back then, so I knew what to expect location wise, but the refurbished rooms are wonderful. We were greeted swiftly and efficiently, the billing situation was explained, and then we took the lift to our room on 12th floor. Words cannot describe the feeling I got when I walked in to the room. It had a balcony, and when I pulled the drapes back I was blown away by the view of the Empire State Building - she was ours to enjoy for 5 nights! The room was stylish, functional, clean, the bed was plumptious (!), bathroom was sleek and modern with a large walk in shower. The bathroom had lovely products to use, plenty of towels, robe and slippers for a really spa-like feel. There was a safe in the room, and room service if required. The staff were friendly and informative and called us a cab on departure. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and bars, but there was no noise heard from the room apart from the odd siren, absolutely amazing for the city that never sleeps. The hotel is also close to several subway stations. The hotel is within walking distance to Flatiron building and Times Square. I cannot fault this hotel in any way and will almost certainly stay here again. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

We were allocated room 1202 and the check-in receptionist mentioned that she was sure we’d be pleased. We were! The room has a great view of the Empire State Building - and it has it’s own terrace/balcony- so you can sit outside with a coffee or glass of wine and enjoy the view. Room was clean, bed is comfy, shower has good water pressure and the housekeeping staff are every bit as friendly & professional as the front desk.

Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in within the city. Kind staff. Their renovated rooms are TOP NOTCH. Staff was nice and the hotel is right across from the smith bar which makes excellent drinks. Massive rooms, upgraded fixtures. I’ll be recommending everyone here.

This is a great hotel. We had a renovated room and it was HUGE. We did have a lack of hot water at times when showering but it wasn’t too bad. Hotel staff were helpful and attentive. Great location in Flatiron district. I would definitely staff here again!

Excellent hotel right in the heart of Manhattan.. there’s restaurants with loads of outdoor seating on the same street as the street is pedestrianised. Checking in takes a few minutes and staff are so nice and welcoming. The rooms are a nice size with tea/coffee and free water. Everywhere in the hotel is extremely clean. The guys in reception are always there to help with any questions/luggage or whatever the need. Anthony & Michael were the two we saw most and they were just so friendly. Will definitely be back

The staff at Broadway Plaza were amazing! We had to switch rooms during our stay (bc we extended our stay), but the staff made it seem less, they moved our bags from one room to the other with no issues. The concierge had our taxi there and waiting when it was time to leave. We definitely recommend staying at the Broadway Plaza if you’re in town.

Your first impression of a place is very important. I would like to congratulate Christian, the doorman, on making that happen. All of the staff were unbelievable in helping with everything. They made it easy for us as this was the first visit to New York City. The rooms were roomy, clean, and comfortable. Centrally located near many things. Thank you Broadway Plaza!!

This was my 3rd time staying in the Broadway Plaza Hotel and it won't be my last. The hotel is immaculate and is a great location in NoMad. Lots of restaurants and shops around, and about 1/2 mile walk from the train station (Amtrak). There are also several subway lines nearby. We had a great view of the Empire State Building from our room and enjoyed the cool renovated room. The doormen are all exceptional, especially Anthony, who I remembered from previous visits. This is a top notch hotel in a great Midtown location.

Can't say enough good things about the staff. Super helpful and always went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Room and location was also top notch. They give you great discounts with local parking Garage and local restaurants.

I checked in, was sent to the wrong room, and walked in on a couple sleeping- scaring them and me! How is it possible that key worked?!? I went back downstairs to let the receptionist know and they didn’t even apologize. Terrible service. And surely unsafe if anyone with a key can walk into your room. Put you door latch on if you stay here.

Hotel was well kept, clean, in a central location, and the room was spacious. The manager tried charging a 50.00 per night extra person fee at check-in, citing that this was the Expedia rate. He then attempted to rectify by lowering it to 30, plus a bottle of wine. That was a satisfactory compromise, however upon checking the original invoice from hotels.com the Expedia rate for my extra guests was only 20 per night per person. So the experience with the manager felt like a money grab; not a great first impression. Otherwise, the staff and hotel were top notch and Inwould stay here again.

Arrived very early and was told that guarantee check in was by 3:00. Nice girl behind counter said they will call when the room is ready, I asked do I need to call? and she said no someone would call me. Nobody ever called and when I called at 3:30 a guy answered, and I asked about room he said yes it was ready. I told him i never received a call & his response was check in is at 3:00. The front desk could not answer any neighborhood questions. Everything was asking the concierge which was the doorman. we asked the doorman about breakfast places & two of the three did not serve breakfast. I just think some training needs to be done. Everyone was very nice. our room was perfect with a balcony looking at the Empire State Building as well as very clean. Hotel is in a great location. we look forward to returning

The room was on the larger side for a NYC hotel - clean, well-appointed and a great closet and bathroom. Also, in a great location - the street out front is blocked off so in warmer months you can sit outside and dine with all of the various restaurants on the street. The downside is there is not restaurant or bar in the hotel - so you cannot get breakfast with your room but there are plenty of cute coffee places and other dining within a few steps from the hotel.

It’s a nice cute hotel in the middle of Manhattan. For a lower price, the hotel is nicer and quieter than the nearby Hyatt. The staff are very friendly and patient. Perfect location and superb staff! Room did not disappoint. Close to everything and in great area. Felt very safe the entire time. Michal helped us every day with directions to all our planned events and superb service! If ever in NY again, this is the only place I would stay! Also the Mamazul Mexican Grill right next door has the best fajitas!

Great location and price for a girls weekend. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were updated and clean, good size, held our bags all day after check out. It is pretty loud outside at night with stereos on pedicabs, but that’s NYC. Not the hotel’s fault. Fast, quick walk to subway or walkable to other great areas. Nespresso pods, snacks and water included in the fees were very nice to have!

There was no vending machines in the hotel to get a soda. No real coffee in the room, just awful Nepresso. Staff was kind, room was clean but I literally was deprived of a decent cup of coffee and a Diet Coke. Had to walk blocks for coffee and a Coke.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel! It is located in an ideal location where you can walk to many attractions , Times Square, Macy's ......as well as Fifth avenue for mega shopping. It is on the N/R subway line if you wish to take the subway. I loved the fact that the street in front of the property is a pedestrian street with seating in the street for your enjoyment. The property itself is newly renovated, tastefully decorated with beautiful wall paper and carpeting. The room was spacious and also beautifully decorated . Great view of Empire State from the room! Appreciated the complimentary snacks and the Espresso/tea available. As a born New Yorker who visits " home" often, I was extremely impressed with this property. It is good value for your money, with the luxury that you seek, at a price point that is better than the more renowned hotel properties.It is located in an area of NY without the hustle/ bustle. This will be my go to hotel when I return to New York

Nice, clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, and nice amenities in the room (including wine from being expedia VIP). Wish there was coffee in the lobby. I also thought parking was included in our rate, but it was just discounted. Make sure to ask which lots to part in before going.

Small , cosy hotel. Location perfect. One block from subway. Mexican restaurant next door was excellent and so was The Smith restaurant opposite. Walking distance to Bryant Park, Macy’s , Times Square. .Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was huge, plenty of room for 3 adults. Beds very comfy. Lovely view of Empire State Building. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Anthony was great giving us suggestions for restaurants. He even gave us the courage to use the subway!! The Thursday evening doorman ( I don't know his name) was remarkable. He helped us to our Uber with our luggage in the pouring rain! We will definitely stay here again!
