Clean room and friendly staff.

Our room was great! Breakfast was good and staff excellent!

Was not the best hotel but was not the worst. The hotel is in desperate need of an update but was clean. My overall opinion is that if you have the means to spend another couple hundred dollars I would pick another hotel instead of this one. I got a good deal through hotels.com but for the price just wasn't worth it for me to stay here again if given the option when coming back to stay in the city. Pros: location is good and a little off main road so not too noisy but sirens could still be heard, staff were nice and helpful, free breakfast was good with the usual basic options, and room was clean but was only serviced one of our three nights. Cons: The entrance is a major tripping hazard, like the floor is caving in but covered with rugs, room linens were fine but the pillows were paper thin and I had to combine 4 to make even one decent pillow, the bed was not comfortable and felt like sleeping on a piece of plywood, need to upgrade the toiletry options - hate the bar soaps, the bathroom had a huge mirror vanity that blocked the only outlet in there, and finally the elevator was very sketchy and we even got stuck in it once on our way down to the lobby (the elevator alarm was going off all morning so this must have been an ongoing issue that day and from what I could tell from the markings on the permit card inside elevator was the last inspection was done in 2022)

Good stay & friendly staff. Property is dated and needs repairs, including the old & slow elevators.
