Heat worked; very little lighting in room; phone chargers are outdated-not able to charge iPhone 16 without a block; felt very safe-lots of staff available; housekeeping-staff cleaned the room and replaced water and towels; electrical items felt falling out of the plug.

Based on my stay I'd say it was more of a 3+ star rather than a 4 star hotel. I decided to stay here thinking the extra cost would be worth it but because I booked a standard room it was as basic small room. There was no refrigerator and they wanted to charge me to put one in the room. We had $15 a day to use at the coffee bar or restaurant below and if you don't use it by 11pm they won't allow you to use it. I arrived at 11:02 to use it and they wouldn't let me use it for a slice of cake. The staff was very nice and helpful overall but in those 2 situations they were not helpful. The location was incredibly convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Koreatown, making it easy to get anywhere. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, so we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean enough overall. The only small thing I would mention is that the towels seemed a bit old, so I hope the hotel can provide better-quality towels in the future.
