Clean room and very spacious for a New York hotel. Central location to everything. The blow dryer in the room didn’t work. We called to ask for a replacement and that one didn’t work either. Took the third dryer replacement for it to work. The outlet in the bathroom also didn’t work correctly since I couldn’t use my curling iron. The staff was very nice to offer to send someone to fix it, but it was getting late and I just wanted to go to bed. Would stay here again, but hope we won’t run into the same situation again.

Standard rooms.. nothing fancy. Nice view. Staff was rude, bathroom had ants and hair on toilet. For the price we will not be staying here again.
