Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating

The lobby set up is kind of weird. You have to elevator to the lobby and then take another elevator to get to your room. Not a fan!

Excellent location, helpful staff, nice clean comfortable and spacious rooms. We will definitely stay here again.

Everyone on staff that we came in contact with was so nice and helpful. We had a Times Square view, the beds were comfy, pillows were great and the room was well appointed. I appreciate that there was a full length mirror and a plug near it to do your hair while someone else was in the bathroom. It was easy to store luggage both the morning we arrived and the day we were checking out. I was traveling with my teenager and felt safe in this location. It was nice that the room key was necessary to go higher than the lobby. We were able to check in a couple hours early, which was greatly appreciated because by then we had spent the entire morning and half of the day in New York City and we’re ready for a rest! We will definitely stay there again.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was delicious with beautiful view of the Times Square. The property is conveniently located close to Times Square and Central Park with many nice shops and restaurants nearby.
