Perfect location near Penn Station, Times Square, Madison Square Gardens and subway service. Staff is always great and rarely a problem with noise. Rooms/floors could use a refresh but still our go-to stop for location and convenience.

Has bed bugs, will fraudulently charge bogus fees and claim you smoked in the room that smells like cigarettes, and will refuse to help when you ask them to make it right.
