Club Quarters Hotel Times Square - Midtown, New York

I had a great stay at Club Quarters Midtown! Hotel staff were so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was very clean, we enjoyed amenities such as water bottle refill stations and digital check in! Location is perfect for enjoying everything the city has to offer

Convenient to midtown, plenty to walk to immediately outside the door. Great staff. Great large and quiet living room/sitting area with coffee, tea, sparkling water.

Easily walkable to many things. Hotel was clean but like most of Manhattan there was renovations being done so there were areas that werent as crisp but the room and the lobby were good. Really enjoyed the hydration stations that were available for guests. Self parking was reasonable,

Great location to Midtown- Times Square, Theaters, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful lounge area with coffee and water available (but restaurant and bar are currently under renovation.) Employees were welcoming and eager to help. Rooms are small but adequate, we were in the front of building so there is a lot of street noise, if you are sensitive to that you may want to request a room away from the street. Refillable water bottles were an unexpected perk! Great for a short stay.

The elevators were out and I was told i had to walk up the stairs to the 9th floor for my room or wait over an hour for the elevators to be fixed. Zero offer of maybe moving me to a lower room, or any sort of helpful accomodations.

I recently stayed at Club Quarters Hotel, Times Square, and had a great experience. The location was perfect —just steps from Times Square, Broadway theaters, and plenty of dining options. Despite being in such a bustling area, the hotel itself felt calm and quiet. The room was clean, modern, and efficiently designed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and the blackout curtains were great for getting solid rest. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the availability of filtered water stations on each floor—small touches that made a big difference. Staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with directions or recommendations. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. Overall, I highly recommend Club Quarters Times Square for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and value in Midtown Manhattan. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to NYC.

Great location, room is very comfortable and clean. There are some renovations underway in the hotel so the room and hallway smell or paint. Also the restaurant on site is currently closed. Guests should be informed of this when making a reservation.

Fantastic location in mid town, small but good gym for me at 5am when nobody else is there... Treadmill, Peloton Spon Bike an all in one weight machine, bench and dumbells. TIP - Top up your water bottle outside the gym door. It's colder than the warm water by reception and there's ice too!

The room and bathroom were worn but clean. The room had a refrigerator. The air conditioning functioned properly, The hotel provided coffee in the lobby seemingly 24/7. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Only one of the two elevators seemed to function reliably for the three days I stayed.

My room was 1202. I loved my bed and pillows. Awesome! Very clean room! Yet, No safe in the room!!! In addition, the space between the bed and fire place mantel's shelf was so small - you needed to walk sideways to go from one side of the room to the next. The hotel is under reconstruction. As a result, my tap water in the bathroom turned brown and filled with particulates as I filled my glass to wash out my tooth past. UGGGG! I took the glass to the front desk and was told it was due to the reconstruction of the hotel. I could understand, but then again, I wonder what I ingested before I discovered this!

Great location near time square but the property is very old and many renovations still need to be completed. Not able to shower because hot water wasn't working. Also when we turned pn the tap in bathroom, water came out brown for a while but cleared up after running for a bit.

The hotel is clean. It's very quiet though. I assume it's that way because there isn't a bar or restaurant service available so if you're looking for an environment with more vibes then this is not it. It felt lonely in the lobby area. So I preferred to be out as long as possible. I would have appreciated if they told us the hotel was being renovated. The workmen were doing work on our floor, so we would hear all the commotion. The room is a decent size with a full size bathroom. The location of the window made no sense, we couldn't see anything. The blinds were also very old and frayed at the edges. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Trying to get warm water from the shower seemed impossible though. It was either too hot, and when I thought I got warm water, cold water would come through. Unfortunately a cockroach made it's way into our bathroom as well. Not too sure where he came from. The heater in the room was very noisy. Coffee, tea, hot water, drinking water and sparkling water is available. I wish they had ceramic and glass cups though. It was all paper and plastic.

The rooms were not as nice as pictured. When I first checked in there was a big Roach in my room. Went to the front desk and the woman working was very friendly and helpful. She gave us a free upgraded room for the inconvenience. Then after we are in the new room I asked my husband to make sure there were no roaches that’s when we found a rodent trap under the couch. We were told the parking would be $65 because we had a truck but we paid $182 for 2 nights. The only positives about our stay was the staff and fresh coffee.

One of the cleanest hotels in midtown. Super friendly staff. Rooms are a bit small but well maintained. Convenient location with lots of options around for bars or food.

The property itself couldn’t be in a more perfect location. Walkable to time square and bars. Hotel was nice and the room was cute. Only con was that the bed definitely wasn’t cleaned before our stay. When I pulled the covers back there were a bunch of clumps of hair and q tips in the bed.

During our time there our floor was under construction, we were not made aware before booking. We spent our time within the room hearing construction workers work on the property. The cleanliness of the bathroom was subpar, the toilet and shower had mysterious stains on it.

Clean room. A little small for room and bathroom but not cramped. You can hear outside noise and nearby hotel rooms but it’s not overwhelming. Happy to get in a bit early to drop our things. Nice staff.

Water bottles to fill up yourself and take, reuse. Espresso maker in room, coffee in lobby. I would’ve liked a mini fridge in the room but didn’t see one.

Staff are amazing. Location and price is great. Room didn't have much to offer: no windows, super small bathroom, no lounge furniture (couch, etc). Decent for a couple nights stay due to midtown location and price but don't expect a lot from the room.

Excellent location, just off 5th Avenue and close to the library, Grand Central and Central Park. Clean room with Nespresso machine. Staff were very friendly and professional. Only downside was no safe in the room

The room I had was very small but it did the job I needed for my trip to NYC. It had no dresser, no fridge.

It’s a nice hotel, but my room was right by a huge fan or cooling unit outside and it was very loud in the room.

Great hotel, value and location. This is a NYC hotel, so rooms are small, the building is old, but the room was clean, comfortable, and well renovated. I do have one negative thing to say. The front desk staff were great, but I checked my luggage, and it seems normal that it takes 10-15 minutes from when they call the bellboy to when the luggage is retrieved. I understand the luggage is stored somewhere other then the front desk, but it was annoying to wait 10 minutes when I was trying to catch a train.

I was given a newly renovated room. It was nice a suited our needs. However, it was a little chilly. I am not sure the geat was actually working.

Easy check-in, they accepted my Amazon packages, we were able to store our bags after checkout. Also, the elevator wait was not bad.

One day before they told me that they relocate me because the hotel was overbooked We made many calls and we were supposed to in a different hotel. When we arrived the new hotel did not have our reservation and we had to go to our initial A lot of stress and Expedia and the hotel did not really help

Very conveniently close to Time Square. Back rooms are very quiet. Mirrors in the rooms are very convenient. Check in was modern and quick. Very nice and professional staff. Customer service is key, reaction to issues are fast and quick with best service. Cable TV stopped working but was resolved right away. One other issue with no warm water which was resolved but brown residue was still in the water. My room was switched twice. Got a more convenient room with an upgrade. My thanks to Xavier in assisting me with my bags and making my last days great with no stress. Restaurant was under renovation but there was enough places to eat in the area.

I asked for a 2:30 am wake up call. No one called. ThenI waited for 10 min for the elevator!! I had to go back to the room and. Call the front desk and ask about the elevator! I can’t go down 8 flights of stairs with 2 carry ons and a 36 inch luggage! She said she was coming to get me from the front desk!! Why don’t they tell you about this when you inform them about a 2:30 am wake up call? I have been very loyal to this hotel for the last 2 yrs - this was very disappointing

My experience was amazing Kelly at the front desk was extremely helpful and an all around great and pleasant also Raquel was attentive and looking out for the guests as well we would most definitely recommend this hotel a great stay

Location is convenient to all subways. Hotel staff was very helpful. Only downside is no restaurant, but there is a cafe across the street and the hotel has a lovely room to eat in, relax or meet friends. The bed was very comfy, the room was quiet and the overall atmosphere was congenial. It is right in the middle of Manhattan and very walkable.

Good hotel to stay for cheap price in the middle of Manhattan. ~5 min walk to Times Square, 5th Avenue, Rockefeller Center and other tourist attractions. Subway station also pretty close. The hotel itself is ok, tiny elevators and room was with view to nowhere, but I guess if you want better view you just need to pay for better room.

This building has an ideal location on a side street right near all the Broadway shows and amazing restaurants. Our room was very quiet with our windows not facing the street. The room was small which is to be expected in NYC but it was clean and comfortable. It had rooms with 2 beds available which is hard to find in NYC.

Great location near Times Square. Easy walk to almost anywhere in uptown Manhattan. Room was smallish, but quiet and sorta boutique style. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay for five days here. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The location is awesome for access to main attractions and the subway.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, a walkable distance to many of the key tourist attractions also to the subway station for things a little further afield. We arrived ahead of check in and were told our room was ready so we could go in early. The tea and coffee station on the ground floor was brilliant and we had a water machine directly outside our room. The hotel stored our bags on checkout as we weren’t going to the airport for a few hours. Would definitely recommend - a great location and reasonably priced.

Overall we had a great time in NYC. This hotel is in such a great location with subway stops and tourist attractions nearby, a short walk to Times Square yet the street wasnt noisy or too busy. The staff were friendly. The club room we had was small, NYC rooms tend to be but the bed was comfortable. They dont come in and clean or make beds, change towels etc other than on day 4 but you can request this more often. The public areas are beautiful but such a wasted space. They were clearly once a bar and restaurant and retuning these would be a huge asset to the hotel and would allow guests to enjoy those gorgeous rooms. As it is, they are quiet with just tea, coffee and water available for guests. Anothee small gripe was that I am a Hotels.com VIP member and also a member of the Club Quarters loyalty programme but received none of the advertised perks for either. It waa also our honeymoon and my 50th birthday and I mentioned this when booking but nothing was said to us on check in to congratulate us etc. I did complete a brief questionnaire on day 2 for Hotels.com and mentioned this and later that day wine and chocolates appeared in our room which was lovely but not sure it would have happened if I'd not said anything. Overall a good but not great stay but the hotel has huge potential. It is being refurbished so watch this space! NYC we will be back

Expedia should have informed me there was no operating "Bistro and Bar" in the Hotel, it apparently was being remodeled, which was precisely the reason I chose the midtown Club. In addition I was told by staff the remodeling was complete from the 10th floor upward which was not the case. My room number was 1106, remodeling was going on in room 1107 right next to mine. Too much noise. The Club Quarter Hotel should inform customers of these conditions as well as Expedia prior to taking their money for a reservation. I expect some form of consideration before I book any Club Quarter Hotel in NYC again, a city I frequent very often.

No restaurant on site, but there are olenty of options in the area. there was no safety box and mini fridge in the room, I never thought there could be a hotel room without these 2 essentials! Overall a good experience. Staff are very nice.

The bed, pillows, and shower were FANTASTIC! There is a subway nearby within a few minutes walk. They have renovations going on to this hotel. The check in lady told me the restaurant and bar was closed(I didn't care until I realized the pizza place down the street closed early) Grab and go food was limited on this street. Heck its limited everywhere. I found a bar less than a block away that had food, and a pizza place on a block over that was open late. I'm a terrible eater during the day. I eat late at night. I would love to sleep in these beds again, but i'll have to have a better management on eating lol. But i travel solo so I just grab and go. But the shower and beds are worth staying here.

This is our favorite place to stay in Midtown - a great location, helpful and friendly staff, endless supplies of coffee, tea and water in the lounge area, comfortable rooms and usually good value for money. They are renovating the property right now and we really hope they don’t take away the character and reasonable prices.

Pros: location - close to Times Square, subway, 5th avenue. Inside hotel it was very quiet even though close to very busy areas. Large area with coffee, tea and water with tables and chairs to hang out / eat. Cons: would have liked to have a safe in the room; room was on the smaller side.

Did not like that there was no bar or dining options at all inside the hotel. It does not state this on the website. In fact the website states that there is a bar and dining options.
