Staff was friendly, however the hotel was in disrepair. Ice machine didn't work and there was junk tv's and such in hallways. Showers where stained. Won't be using this hotel again.

The facilities are dated but clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It’s under new management and staff are super friendly and helpful. TV options are limited, A/C is quiet, lots of parking and there’s a fridge in the room. There is no elevator so ask for ground floor if you have mobility challenges. The location is convenient for travellers.

Bathroom was clean, and the surfaces in room were clean. Bedding was clean, whihc is probably the most important of all, BUT the AC/heat unit had gobs of dust and cobwebs and stuff that appeared to be droppings. It was shocking and would be easy to correct. I hate to write a bad review and don't think I ever have, but that was really upsetting and disgusting.

Our family immediately felt uncomfortable and unsafe at this hotel. There were no other cars in the parking lot besides ours. It was roughly around 4:00pm, there should have been some cars. At the entrance, the trash can was overflowing with garbage, with a large amount of human hair on top, which was very unappealing. The lobby was very small, with a large vending machine that was not shown in the hotel’s website photos. We did not initially notice a man sitting beside the vending machine. When he suddenly spoke while we were trying to get the clerk’s attention, it startled us and added to our discomfort. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. However, the room key only worked once and then had to be reprogrammed at the front desk. When we returned upstairs, there was a man lying on the stairs, which further contributed to our feeling of being unsafe. Overall, our family did not feel comfortable or safe staying at this hotel. The experience was not consistent with what we expected based on the website. We left without staying the night and immediately contacted Hotels.com to request a refund. The reservation was a non-refundable purchase, however Hotels.com would give us our refund if the hotel could confirm the pictures on the site did not match. But when they contacted the hotel, of course they said they matched! But we didn't stick around to take pictures to dispute. So, trust me when I say...they hotel is not safe for family travel!!

Our stay was not so good. We stopped at this hotel because me and hubby were weary from our drive to Niagra Falls and we got to the room to finally lay down and get some rest and we checked the sheets and the sheet had some type of semn fluid on t sheets so disgusting. We reported it to the staff and the staff provided us with a clean sheet. It was such a convenience. In addition there are no elevators in ths bldg. When I informed the front desk at check-in that I had physical limitations, he made no effort to accomodate. We asked if they had any rooms on the 1st floor, and we were told they were sold out of rooms on the 1st floor. The staff or management are not mindful of the physicall challenged.
