Great property. We had asked for hypoallergenic bedding and this was one of the only properties that had the room ready and waiting for us with the proper bedding. Staff was very friendly. The pool was cold but we still had fun. Check out Jellybeans down the street for a great meal

We just took a weekend getaway and we loved it. The pool was beautiful but a little chilly and they were willing to add some heat to it. I loved our room, bathroom looked like the shower might have needed a DEEP clean due to some yellowing or soap build up but otherwise AWESOME!!!!

It was very difficult at night trying to find an entrance to the property from the highway. There was no lighting around T ge entrance. I could see the hotel but not the entrance. Once on the property everything was totally dark except the hotel's front doors. The parking lot was dark. For a visitor it was unwelcoming and scary as so dark. The hotel itself was lovely and very clean. Our room was very nice and very clean.

Hotel was brand new looking. The toilet in my room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks though. It had dirt all over. Kids were running in the hallway at 10pm and your could hear the people above you with loud feet. However, with this being said this wouldn't stop me from staying again.

I wasn’t so happy about staying in this hotel. Pool was closed because of the equipment issue, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned enough, the curtains are all dusty. So can’t give more than 3 stars.

The room was dirty. There was poop in the toilet and something stuck to the side of the toilet seat. There was hair on the floor and on the soap dish. The bed went almost flat when you sat on it and was hard as a rock.

We stayed for two nights - 4th of July weekend. The place is very clean, and very well kept. No musty smell in the room and carpet. The area is quiet, but very accessible to main highways and roads. Staff are very friendly, and the staff who oversees the breakfast area are very attentive. Breakfast served have good variety. Will stay here again.

The hotel needs a refresh. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty around the rim of the sink. The tables in the breakfast area tip. One morning the only yogurt brand was Trix. We stay at Hampton frequently. The location was great; the hotel was drab.

Lobby and staff were helpful and friendly. Great options for dining and shopping very close to the hotel. Room cleanliness was questionable; there was a wad of hair stuck in the shower drain, a small, fuzzy dot of mold in the sink, and the area between one of the beds and the nightstand hadn't been vacuumed. We wish the room was cleaned more thoroughly. Other than that, the hotel was nice for the weekend.

Hotel was nice, staff was friendly, rooms were large and clean. However, the walls are paper thin. We stayed 2 nights and both mornings were awaken by the guests in the other room having a conversation. They were not yelling, just normal conversations that we could hear. We had asked to change rooms after the first night but it happened again. For that reason, I will not stay here again.

My husband & I stayed at this property on 10/16/25. View from our 2nd floor room was a brick wall with a big splotch of bird poop on window. Room should NOT be offered to guests. Also, the sound buffering between floors was bad. Guests in room above us made stomping noises all evening even though we called front desk to complain. Breakfast selection and quality of food was not very good. Mentioned all of this to manager at check-out and all she said was I'm sorry. We should have offered some compensation on bill. Also, road leading up to hotel parking lot was in bad shape.

We absolutely loved this stay! We stopped in Corning on our way up from Philly to Niagara Falls and this town was so nice. The hotel was very clean and the room was very modern. The staff were amazing and very friendly! They gave us a cute little dog bag full of treats, a water, and even a squeaky toy. I really appreciated them doing above and beyond. The breakfast was good too! I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the area and want a good nights sleep.

The chair in the room is so dirty. The wall is very thin. The first night people in the right rooms were still walking and talking at 1:00 am; the second night people in the left rooms kept the TV on probably 2:00 am because I just could not fall asleep.

Really great staff. We checkin super late at 3am in the morning, the front door is locked for guest safety (I think after midnight?). I liked this feature a lot, make me feel extra safe inside the property. I had to wake the operator up to get the doors open, but she was very nice and understanding. Checkin took no time at all, she offered us water, explained breakfast time, etc. Enjoyed the stay a lot!

The staff went over the top to accommodate the runners for the 2024 Wineglass Marathon weekend. They even had to go bags ready very early and opens the free breakfast 1 hr early to let us eat before we left for the race. I have never seen this before and have to say it was much appreciated by all. Outstanding job guys!!!
