in good maintenance,room clean,front desk Doug was a delight to work with....Onsite restaurant looked good(we waited 15minute too late!! Nearby applebees sufficed and offered 10% discount for Red Roof) Pool comfortable. Self service ice would have been nice; front desk was quick to supply.

There was not a functioning chain bolt on the door. The staff member who checked me in did not say where I could park and the parking lot was weird. Some areas were dark and it was very cracked with holes. After telling them I needed to bring my bicycle inside they gave me a room that did not avoid stairs even with use of the elevator? The 2nd floor smelled like cigarette smoke it was awful. My room key card was turned off before 11am so I had to get them to fix that. The bathroom had some mold. The ac worked pretty well.

Clean room but very old. Poor wifi, no luggage rack in the room, but worst of all there was no elevator access to the second floor rooms. Very expensive for what you get.

This was a nice place to stay. It was very clean and quiet, but the access door "c" from the parking lot was suppose to be locked and only a key card could open it. When my wife and I pulled up to unload the car a person walked up to the door and just pulled on it and it opened, so the security needs to be looked at by the owner.

This property needs renovations!!! There are potholes throughout the parking lot. The sheets had not been changed from the people before us, as there were drops of blood on the sheets. Pillows were old and very tiny. A very small tube of shampoo was in the bathroom. No breakfast was served - I should have looked closer at the hotel description. This was not the quality of the Red Roof Inns I have stayed at.

Worse hotel we’ve been to. Found pool to be closed and they said nothing about it being closed during check in or we wouldn’t have as it was the sole reason we picked here from another place. Bathroom toilet ran the entire stay and wouldn’t stop, tv didn’t work (was told bad wiring), microwave didn’t work, no ice machine at all even though they had an ice bucket in room. Not at all what was expected

Stayed here 2 nights, in town for a half marathon. Hotel is old and parking lot area in the back felt unsafe. That said, my room had everything I needed- large fridge, microwave, coffee. And I felt safe on 2nd floor. Staff were excellent. There’s a Mexican restaurant attached that looked good and a nice continent mart also right next door.

Horrible smell throughout the lobby and halls. We had to have house keeping come in to mop and change the bedding right away. There was hair on the bed.. the toilet looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a week.

I stayed 2 nights in a non-smoking room that reeked like cigarette smoke. There was a lot of people coming in and out of there rooms in the middle of the night making lots of noise. As an fyi, there are people staying in the hotel long-term. Overall the room is spacious enough for 2 the bed and pillows were ok but the room could use more cleaning. There are a lot of places to dine in the area.

The staff person we had most of the time was great. She tried her best to accommodate us but the rooms were not up to standards I prefer. Attention to detail in cleaning was not there. Would not stay there again.

ONE OF THE Worst stays of my life. I've stayed at over 100 hotels in my life and it was the noisiest place EVER!!!! There's one thing for the average slamming doors but the walls so cheap and thin all day you just heard LOUD cleaning staff and anyone and everything that moved, clanked and banged!!! Terrible experience

Doug, the front desk manager was very accommodating to us during our whole stay at the hotel. We had just come from a bad hotel, and booked Red Roof Inn at the last minute. He let us view the room we would be in, prior to us booking it. He even came and helped us set up the TV, when we were having issues with it. Also, the restaurant Casa Mezcal had wonderful food. We would choose this hotel again, should we come to the area next year. Thank you.

I found the Hotels.com description of a hotel built in the 1970s and it notes that was "renovated in 2023" to be inaccurate. I was told that the furniture in the room was renovated in 2023, but the bathroom was still as it was. I presume it was done in the 2000s, but who knows. The staff was very helpful. The Mexican restaurant attached was hit or miss (for me). It served the purpose as I was going to the Corning Museum of Glass was amazing. Do sign up before you go to do a glass project. It's very fun and makes you feel accomplished!

In general it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is in the final stages of remodeling and as a result we had to move to a other room about 4th day into 6 night stay. The staff was very accommodating and I actually liked the layout of the new room better. There is a great diner across the street and It looks like a new restaurant will open soon. A good experience for the price.
