The property needs some sprucing. 1 elevator was out of order the whole 5 days. The pool was not open due to maintenance issues. There was visible water damage to ceiling in rooms and throughout. Carpets should be replaced.

Room 414. Shower tab did not lift. Staff unable to assist. Let us shower in another room since we had a wedding to go to. Came back and they said was fixed. My husband had to force the tab to shower. I could not do it myself. Looking to use the business center and computer not in use. Second floor carpeting is sticky near elevator. For the price, bad value.

the suite was large and roomy. the fitness center was inadequate. the treadmill was broken the other equipment for example, the bicycle, was impossible to adjust to my height. all three pieces of equipment were in need of servicing.

Decent price for stay. Close to many shops and restaurants. Plenty of on-site free parking. Friendly staff. One working elevator but it did it's job. On-site pool area looked terrible. Hallway and room decor definitely needs an upgrade but overall stay was pleasant, safe and affordable for families. A/C worked very well.

The hotel itself is showing its' age. I specifically chose this because of the location, pool and hot tub. The pool had cloudy water and the hot tub was broken. The front desk even mentioned that the hot tub is always breaking. This should be noted. This in addition to the age of the hotel ruined my one night stay. Could not wait to leave.

The place was very loud with work being done outside and inside. It was worn an elevator repair was occurring my entire stay there 2 nights. On the second floor I heard room noise above me- things as simple as repairs being done and doors opening and closing and people walking

Toilet bowl don’t flush well even after maintenance. Room dirty. Didn’t except this from a Hilton garden. Room needs major upgrade. It’s like a days in hotel. Lobby clean and very well kept that’s the only bonus because you have to pay for your breakfast and eat in so they have no choice. Four floors and elevator is so slow and only 1/2 elevators in service. I give this hotel 3 stars and will never stay here again.

The lounge chairs and furniture in the sitting area on the main floor was extremely dirty. full of dirt stains. I was unable to enjoy that particular space. No where to seat comfortably. Should get someone in there to stream clean the fabric on the couch and chairs. The main floor can use a paint job. However, my room was nice.

The bathroom door would NOT close properly. The carpeting is VERY worn with holes. There's a VERY bad musty odor in the entire hotel...ESPECIALLY the pot smell in the halls= disgusting! The bathroom floor was very sticky! Front desk tried to help, offering extra water bottles, but ONLY ONE ELEVATOR WAS/STILL NOT WORKING. We stayed here on Memorial Day weekend and it broke down then! Now 6 weeks later it's STILL broken, which is not acceptable. The building needs a total and complete renovation...1,000%. This is, and should be, an embarrassment to the Hilton name and brand.

I love Hilton hotels and have high expectations. This hotel was located very close to where I was visiting. However this property is in need of some elbow grease. It needs a thorough cleaning. Corners of bathrooms are disgusting, carpet in rooms is disgusting. Furniture (chair) in room is disgusting. All I want is to know I’m in a clean room. I didn’t feel that way. Housekeeping personnel was lovely. This is about the state of the property as a whole. One working elevator. Smells throughout the hallways. It served my purpose but I’m not sure I’d choose this location again. I share all of this because I rely on reviews and appreciate constructive reviews.

Please do not book at this property. Upon entering the lobby it had a hobble smell to it. From there I still proceeded to check in hoping that the room would be much better. I was given room 222, which was horrible. It smelled so moldy and the carpet was damp and looked old. I immediately went downstairs and as la if there was another room. The gentleman assigned me to room 224…which was worst. It was late so we decided to stay. The next day coming back from a procedure, we went back into the room and it the smell was worst. The wallpaper was peeling from the wall, stains on the couch and we saw 2 dead roaches in the bedroom area. I automatically packed up my things and went to the Hyatt. I would never step foot recommend that property to anyone. That place needs to be shut down.

This is my second stay at this property. I was welcomed with a friendly smile and found my room easily. Unfortunately, the bathroom in the room tend to get clogged. In the shower, toilet, and sink. Other than that the stay was pleasant. My wish is that they would upgrade the tvs to have streaming services.

Had to wait for more than 10 minutes to check in when I was the only one in line. Hotel room itself was alright. The toilet seat was broken and the carpet in the bedroom was absolutely disgusting. The ac also did not work for most of the night and the room got as hot as 78 degrees. Very unpleasant

This is my second stay. Like the first time there were condition issues in the room. The tub did not hold water and the shower head did not work properly. The lamp on the desk was a death trap and fell onto my hand while I was working. There was loud noise coming from the room above us for a long period of time. We called the front desk 6 times, no one answered. I went down to the front desk. No one was there and I waited for ten minutes. This is not the Hilton experience I expect. I would have complained to someone on site but after hearing the front desk clerk berate a guest because the bar was closed meant that was not a good idea.

This was a trip I booked for my mother. She suffers from a myriad of medical conditions and ended up arriving late for her reservation. Her prepaid reservation got cancelled. Not having a room even though it was already prepaid had her in a panic as the hotel now showed no availability. Romeo at the front desk was a godsend. He had her sit in the lobby as she could no longer stand and worked everything out for her. He arranged to find her a room and kept her calm. Throughout the week of her stay my mother saw him at the desk a few times and he always checked in to see how she was doing. He is an excellent employee and person and Hilton should recognize this.

Customer service sucks and when you make a review they call to bully you about their terrible customer service once again as a person who has stayed at this hotel plenty of times I would suggest no one to stay here. I left a review of terrible customer service and an agent called me to tell me I need to be polite. When you incorrectly charge my card and do not apologize for it but make me out to be the villain you need to retrain your staff. Terrible staff do not stay.

Terrible customer service. I paid for my booking through Expedia and when getting to the property Erick charged my card again without checking the reservation properly. The assistant manager did not help situation either. No apologies or empathizing was issued until after I explained more than once how the check in went terribly and I just wanted proof of the extra charge being refunded. The assistant manager firstly approached me slightly shaking as if he was afraid, which made me feel like he didn’t consider the situation he just wanted to shut me up. He also went on to explain things that had nothing to do with the situation. Then gave me a room that smelled of cigarettes. This is my 5th time coming to this exact location as I live in the area and use this location frequently as a place to stay when I have to do business on the island. I will never book here again. You guys have lost a customer. The worst service ever hire people that care to apologies you for their mistakes not make it seem like your the problem. Overly disgusted. And it’s not with Erick it’s with the assistant manager.

This property is small compared to some of the other locations I've visited. There isn't much space to walk other than the parking lot. It is super close to all the shopping which makes it incredibly convenient.

Hilton Garden Inn- Westbury was convenient and close to shops (Roosevelt Field Mall) and restaurants etc. There was ample free parking, felt safe. Hotel was good for the price but is a little outdated.

Rooms were standard with good beds, but the stay was ruined by the lousy breakfast service. Unlike all other Hiltons, i was shocked that breakfast not included. The waitress was slow and rude. Unless they change this breakfast situation, do not stay here.

To be a Hilton hotel, I am a little shocked. The good parts: The hotel lobby and breakfast area was really nice. The breakfast was great. The staff was great and accommodating. We didn't pay for bottled water which was nice. The bad parts: We stayed on the 2nd floor. As soon as we reached on the floor there was a foul smell like an old carpet. They need to deep clean the carpets or remove them because the smell must be from that. The carpets were dingy and stained. They have really good air refresher that they can invest in as well so it doesn't smell so old like. The bathroom door was so old it didn't shut properly and the bathroom wasn't cleaned well. The bathrooms could use an upgrade. I've stayed in other Hiltons and haven't experienced this before. Time to invest more at this property especially on the carpets and bathroom upgrades.
