The place is really tired. Needs a major renovation. Had problems with the room card access for the first 24 hours. No safety latch inside the door. One of two elevators working. Carpet throughout was filthy. Actually turned my socks brown. (Photos attached)

This hotel clearly used to be quite nice but has fallen off a bit. There was peeling paint and some stains on the walls. Two reading lights over the bed did not work. Hallways smelled of tobacco and pot smoke and only one of two elevators were working. The staff were nice but we did not need to interact very much. Parking was easy and the EV fast chargers were a big plus. With a bit of investment and fixing up this could be very nice but it currently has the feel of a hotel that will be closing soon.

Staff was nice! However gym and pool area are not very nice. Pool was very warm and comfortable! Hot tub wasn’t working. We needed towels in our room and for pool was told there should be some for pool area however they weren’t so I had to go to desk to get some and had to wait in line for 20 minutes to even ask for one and then they didn’t have any available there as well so I ended up waiting for 45 minutes for a towel just to go swimming for 15 minutes. Key cards often didn’t work. Beds were comfortable.

Room was decently clean, however the towel rack was broken and the knob to turn on the shower was broken off. We could only take a bath. There was no type of breakfast, even though there is continental breakfast listed in their list of amenities, not even a breakfast you could pay for. The in-house restaurant and bar were never open the entire weekend. The main reason I chose this hotel for my birthday weekend was the hot tub and pool. The pool was filthy and was actually warmer than the “hot” tub which was ice cold. You could actually see thick dirt around the edges of the pool floor and there was a film on the water surface that included hair. When I mentioned these issues to the staff they insisted the hot tub had been fixed…even though it was ice cold…and acted completely non-chalant and didn’t even offer any apology. When I went to the front desk to ask for a couple extra towels, I was told they didn’t have any. This hotel, this whole weekend, was a complete joke and colossal waste of money. Not a very happy birthday after all; the Radisson ruined my weekend.

The elevators in the front were NOT working. We had to use the elevators in the middle of the property. If you had an additional 10 minutes each way to wait for them to ride, then no problem. Otherwise, you waited forever or took the steps lugging all of your luggage. That was unpleasant to have to continually use the steps for.the price they charged.

This place was actually great for us. Our room was huge, clean sheets, polite and helpful staff, the water temp was incredibly hot which was perfect. The only things that bothered us was the hot tub was out or service and the vending machines didn’t work when we tried them. It was still overall a great place for us.

Not worth the money at all. If we weren't so tired we would definitely leave. Disgusting stains everywhere. Carpet pulling up in several places. Obvious mold in the bathroom. Out of towels, out of sheets for the pull out! How is this a Radisson???? We want our money back. We actually considered another hotel, but "splurged" on this because the pictures looked so nice. Do not be deceived as we were, stay elsewhere! And it was not just us... When I went down to the front desk a second time because the "sheets" I was given for the pull out had huge nasty stains in one, and the other was not a sheet at all, it had snaps all in it for a table cover or shower curtain... another couple came in while I was waiting. I told them if they were looking to check in I would NOT recommend this. They said, "Oh we know!!..." and went on to tell me their horror stories of the stains and dirty condition of their room. They were not given bath towels or wash clothes the previous day and had to use hand towels only. The employee returned with one sheet for me, saying it was the last and only one... they were out...

We tried FOUR rooms trying to find one that was clean. They all had pubic hair and body hair in the showers and/or on the bathroom floor. The staff showed up with furniture polish to clean the bathroom. I asked him to come back with bathroom cleaners. He told me THEY DIDN’T HAVE ANY BATHROOM CLEANING SUPPLIES!!! They let us cancel our reservation, gave us a refund, and we stayed somewhere else.

The hotel was dirty from the floors in the public area needing swept, lobby furniture was dirty, rooms were not cleaned well (the bathtub was dirty. The staff was hassling other customers on returning their room deposit. There was trash in the parking lot, that was there for a full day. Cigarette butts outside by the entrance. My wife woke up in the morning with a couple of bite marks on the back of her leg-we are hoping it isn’t bed bugs but we are treating as such.

I will never stay at this hotel ever again. This was the worst lodging stay I have EVER experienced. The carpet in the lobby was extremely dirty, upon entering the room the toilet had feces in it. The down side of the comforter was also covered in feces. I returned to the desk to report this. I was given a new room and no apology. That room had electrical issues, smoke detector hanging from the wall, electrical outlet hanging out. Overall an extremely bad hotel.

The lobby was beautiful, but the rooms not so much. It was midnight, we were tired and we had to switch rooms 3 times! 1st room had a broken art frame by the entrance of our room, 2nd room had a toilet that was not flushing and then we finally made it to our 3rd room. The hallway reeked of Marijuana,but the room smell was okay... The next day my husband and my brother in law noticed some bug bites that were itchy on their legs. They very likely had bed bugs! Do NOT book here! There sofa bed was disgusting and broken, don't even try pulling that out. I had to place to bed sheet on it, just to sit!

There were issues throughout my stay which were all brought to the attention of & documented by the front desk. First off, our pillow cases were uncleaned & needed to be replaced, front desk obliges, no big deal. Second night i was awaken by a sinking feeling, apparently the sleep number bed had deflated completely on the half i was sleeping on & i spent the next 15mins trying to inflate it with no success. Contacted the front desk, they came up & had no answer to remedy the issue. At that time, while the front desk person was still in the room, i also noticed that the comforter i was sleeping on had significant blood stains, yellow stains, & also black stains. I was so disgusted & irritated at that point they offered to switch rooms, but since i had to be up to leave in a few hours, at that point, i opted to check out & asked that my stay be discounted as a result. The front desk person obliged, but said i must contact expedia with my request, but they'll document what happened on their end, for when expedia contact them. I'm asking that my stay here be significantly discounted because of the unusual inconveniences of my stay. Thank you.

The room was run down. The bed was like sleeping on plywood. The a/c unit made more noise than a thunderstorm. And to top it off less than 15 minutes after we checked in they assigned our room to another couple whose key opened our door.

When you walk into the lobby it appears like a nice hotel with a restaurant/bar, a nice sitting area and elevators, then you get up to your room.The first room we were given did not have a microwave or fridge and had beds with adjustable controls that were broke but laying on the bed like they worked.I asked for another room and was given a room that looked like it had not been updated since 1970. The carpet had ripples in it, the toliet paper holder was coming off the wall, the mattress for the pullout couch had stains on it. This room had a fridge but no microwave. If you needed to use the microwave you had to go to the lobby, mind you we were on the 4th floor.

Not a bad property, but less than what I expected for a Radisson. Low price to attract guests, but this property is desperately trying to watch expenses. The bathroom had an extreme amount of molding caulking around the tub. Toilet seat was broken. HVAC unit was in need of cleaning and repair... made a lot of noise and didn't work well. King size bed was a Sleep Number, but the controls didn't work. Also had a 3"+ drop in the middle of the mattress. Pillows were so beat that you had to ball them up and layer them. It was fine for 1 night, but I wouldn't recommend for an extended stay.

Overall, great stay. Parking up front, quick check in, fashionable lobby, beautiful and clean updated room. It was an outstanding value, compared to others in the area. A few minor issues though. Tub drain was rusty, a $20 repair at most, and after filling the tub up: it wouldn’t drain. By the next morning, it had drained during the night, allowing for a fresh shower, but those two issues overshadowed how nice the room was. The cleaning staff should’ve reported the rusty fixture and bad drain, and both remedied before giving to a guest. When I entered the room, it was pretty hot, as the air had been off in 95 degree weather. Even though I set the AC to 66 degrees F, it felt no less than 75 F, all night. It just didn’t cool off, and might’ve needed maintenance. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. It was a very nice room at a great rate. Given some minor maintenance, this is one of the best choices in the area.

Overall our stay was good. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was easy to get to and had ample parking. The room was ok as far as cleanliness. The pull out couch mattress looked like a crime may have been committed on it and was not usable due to the supports being broken. The beds were fine, personally not a fan of sleep number beds and these were older versions so the remotes to make adjustments didn’t really work. Extra linens were hard to come by since there were a lot of guests for the eclipse. Also, the heater/ac unit was unusable in our room. We turned it on and it made so much noise we couldn’t have a conversation with each other. Thankfully the weather was good so we didn’t need to use it. The pool was pretty gross. The water was murky and smelled more like a dirty pond instead of a chlorine pool. The equipment in the workout room was rusty and unsafe looking. All in all, not the worst place we’ve stayed but also not the best. I believe some of the issues were due to the influx of people in town for the eclipse.

Checked in, walked into someone else’s room, went and got a new room. Was told wrong room again, given new keys went to room, just fell asleep little after midnight… other guests were given a key and given the same room we were in. So they walked in. Woke us up. Then receptionist calls to apologize and ask who I am. Like you should know who is in what room. Go back to sleep after we finally settle down from being woken up to strangers in our room.. then the front desk calls at 730 in the morning… whyyyyy they let it ring 2 times then hang up. Just enough to wake us up. Terrible terrible experience.

After a 6 hour drive to get to the Radisson, upon our arrival we found that they did not have our Reservation. We had to stay on the phone for 45 minutes to try and find a new place for us to stay at12:00am in the morning. Very disappointed with the staff at the Radisson, she didn’t seem to care if we had a place to stay. Orbitz found a place for us.

The mattresses were new and clean as were the linens. The lobby coffee area needed deep cleaning. The room had a musty odor. The bathroom needed a lot of work like new grout and probably new fixtures. All in all, not bad for the price but I will pay a little extra next time for a more up-to-date facility. The staff was very nice, though.

The place is nice on the outside and location. Coffee looked like mud might have been better if I used the pot in the room instead of getting it in the lobby. Patio furniture dirty and some broken in the courtyard closest to the pool. Very surprising for a Raddison. Not worth the money and they want you to put down a 150.00 security deposit after you already booked and paid for your stay. So would not ever waist my hard earned dollars here again.

The property was in close proximity to where we were planning to go and the only rooms available in this area. He property was run down and was in need of some updates. Mold in shower, smell of pot in the room (no smoking room), smoke detector was covered in plastic our other room the smoke detector was hanging from the wall.

this hotel is states there is a pool and breakfast included, pool was closed for some reason and there was no breakfast. The staff at check-in and out were nice and polite, however the entire place was shocking filthy, the grounds surrounding and the inside also. I checked for bugs the second I got to our room and there was no sign of them, thankfully

Multiple items in the room were broken - 1 hinge on toilet seat was broken, toilet paper holder was smashed through the drywall leaving a hole. Lights on bed headboard were broken. Sink faucet was unattached from counter top. No drain to plug the sink. No coffee filter to make coffee. No bottled water in room. No breakfast available. The first evening I was there, I saw a mouse in the hallway. The mattress was as good as sleeping on a concrete slab. The room lights flickered and made a bit of noise. The AC unit leaked condensation all over the carpet. The TV was not a smart TV and didn’t have a guide to look at channels. Breakfast was shockingly overpriced and not free.

They said they have breakfast and then they try to charge us $10 for the breakfast apiece and then the breakfast was mediocre they didn’t even have orange juice Or sausages or sunny side up eggs or toast. It was all Indian food.
