I'll never learn my lesson. Not only did I not read reviews, I also committed the cardinal sin of lodging; I chose the cheapest room I could find. To save $25 I chose not to return to a nice establishment nearby. Everything is rundown, grimy, and broken. The room smelled fungal. The toilet tank would stop and run continuously with the sound of a small engine. The mattress was worn out. The bedding seemed adequate but considering the numerous cockroaches I decided I could not sleep in the room. Having opted out of cancelation on the app I figured a refund was not an option. I decided to sleep in my van and keep the room for bathroom use. Finally finding sleep late in the night, I awoke at 1pm in my van. Concerned about checking out I headed to the office. I explained my night to the attendant. I was told I would be subject to a late fee. I had not even used the room. I explained to the attendant again about the room, the roaches, and my dissatisfaction but he was unconcerned. Spend the extra $25. There are plenty of much much better motels right next door. Sure, I realize one gets what they pay for and I've stayed in plenty of worse places, some as low as $50. Upon seeing such conditions I will just sleep in my van and never return. I don't even write reviews. I'm usually aware of the calber I'm dealing with. Considering the apathy and general neglect of the facility is enough to give this place zero stars.

I do not like giving bad reviews but the room was extremely dirty. I went to the store and got cleaning products just so we felt comfortable. I got sheets from the front desk to change our bedding because it was dirty. The drawers had used Q tips and floss. The walls were covered in dirty hand prints and what I hope was food splatter. Counters, bed side tables and anything that had a surface was sticky or had a film. Dusting was non existent. Old food in the fridge and the microwave was dirty. The employees were very nice but aside from giving me sheets to change the bed myself due to no housekeeping being present they were unhelpful in solving anything. The TV remote did not go to the tv in our room. We told them the day we checked in. She said she would have someone come the next day to fix it but no one ever did. It was a cheap hotel and I expect when I book cheap to expect cheap but this was not worth it and we will not be staying again. The staff was nice and I hope they improve for their sake.

This was by far the worst place I've ever stayed. The room was filthy, the bed linens had visible stains, and even the walls were stained. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable. I'm extremely disappointed and upset that I wasn't able to see the room before paying. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was quiet in Circle all purposes the Internet worked properly and floated the TV, which is a bonus compared to some of the other place that I stayed in Ohio.

My reservation was cancelled due to overbooking the hotel. I got no phone call. No offer of another property. Just an email the day of arrival that it was cancelled. When I called the hotel. I was told they were sold out and he was only an employee and could not help
