My stay was nice but the deadbolt on my room door didn’t lock spoke with the front desk and they claim they was going to get it fixed I was there a whole week and they never got it fixed. Every time I asked about it they would tell me they was going to call the manager. Well needless to say I guess they never spoke with the manager.

The bathroom did not feel very clean, there was no hairdryer. And overall, it was just not a very great room.

One of the beds was broke. There was no cold water at the sink in the bathroom. The oven did not work. The floor was sticky.

Working on the place while i was sleep

Was listed as including breakfast—we were told on site that they stopped that months ago! Construction debris in hallway leading to room. Front entry jammed with furniture to be installed in rooms. In the room, tv was mounted in a location not accessible to either bed or to seating! Staff member was nice; said things will be better in the future! Sorry we picked this place.

I’ve stayed at a lot of places and this is the first place I’ve stayed that didn’t have hair blow dryers. Very disappointing.

The only positive was how nice and accommodating the lady was that checked us in. She was very nice. After that everything went down hill. According to pictures there were stoves with 4 burners and an oven. We had 2 surface burners only. The fridge was outside the kitchen area by the restroom due to what i found out was non working plugs. The bathtub i can only assume was stained or it was dirty but it was black in the bottom. They also advertized breakfast and didnt have anything and was even told they dont serve breakfast which is a contradiction to online. They didnt even have any coffee. They had lots of workers consistently in the way due to what looked like reovations and painting. After 15 minutes of waiting for the only elevator my husband had to walk down 2 flights of stairs to find out they were cleaning them 10 minutes before checkout time of 11 am. Blinds didnt close all the way nor were there any curtains and being on the corner we had the displeasure of having the building light blinding us all night. The TV was facing the kitchen making it impossible to see from either bed.

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it's listed as breakfast included. I knew I would be arriving late & in a rush in the morning so being able to grab breakfast and not go find it somewhere was important. But upon arrival, James at the front desk told me they don't have breakfast available at all. Just coffee. He blamed it on hotels.com and said they needed to update but then I showed him the email from Suburban Studios itself saying it has a "complimentary grab-and-go breakfast." He just said again that they don't provide breakfast. I said, "yeah, I understand there is zero chance I am getting breakfast but they need to change what they advertise then." It's on expedia too. So - disappointing, but ok. I grabbed a trolley to get my bags and oh man it was loud and squeaky. And it was rumbling loudly against the rough pavement outside. I was afraid it was going to wake people up. In my room, I needed to wash my hair. There were no body towels included so I had to go ask for them. Then it turned out the hot water was gone. Turned all the way up, from the start, it was luke warm. I get that if it's peak shower time but it was 3am.. And the shower kept filling up with water - cold water. I didn't discover til after that it had a weird way of locking the plug in place to not block the drain.. Also the sink was clogged, too. Everything else was fine. Looked cleanly. Bed was comfy. Air temp was fine. Wouldn't be my first choice to stay at again, but no major problems.

There was not a grab and go breakfast option, and there was barely any coffee there, this was specifically a problem considering we had a child with us. We could barely enter the bulding due to all of the construction materials sprawled out in the lobby, plus the room was so dusty and dirty to the point to were we had to clean the room ourselves. We didnt even know about this until we saw a sign on the elevator asking for the residence to excuse them for the dust. The problem with that is there was a person who had asthma and COPD with us, and the dust floating around was a health hazard. Along with that we could barely enjoy our stay in the room because of the loud noice comng from the floor above us (were you aware of this). The towels we had there were not enough for the people staying there (only 2 instead of 3). The carpets were grungy and dirty along with the seats, thank god we had family to stay with while the room air out after we sprayed it. The only really good part of this experience was the fact that one of the staff memebers were nice enugh to help us get the untinsels we needed. Due to the construction there were only two floors open and this caused some disruption in the hotel. Not only that, but the fact that there were 2 bull masters in one of rooms on the first floor which made it unsafe for an adult and really unsafe for a child.This was one of the worst stays weve had yet, not coming back anytime soon, if we would've known we wouldn't have stayed here.

Although the young man at the front desk was willing to help unload our things, I couldn’t image him being available the entire time. I was out of breath just to preview the room (which was unacceptable) and would not want to do steps several times a day on hot days we were having at the time. Hotel was farther out than I thought. In my opinion, the whole place needs major, major renovation inside! We left immediately!!! Thankfully, Orbitz helped us find a much better place to stay-whew!!!!!

The property was roughly $150 US and 20 minutes away from the Blossom Music Stadium. The room we had was absolutely disgusting. The entire hotel and room had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. I felt scared to sit down on the furniture in case of encountering bed bugs. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, the furniture extremely questionable, and the smell of cigarette smoke engulfed us.

The young man behind the desk was excellent for service. The room was to be non smoking, there was a lighter under the bed,cigarette burns on the filthy bedspread, dirty carpets, dirty fridge, dirty sheets and pillows hair all over the beds and the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. In all 3 rooms I rented. The price was great but now we know why. The whole building stinks of smoke.

Tom was not cleaned at all prior to my checking in…there was dog hair on the bed to a point where I took them down and asked for new bedding…dog hair on the floor to a point where my son had it all on his socks from walking around the room…The tub was not cleaned…I had to ask for a broom to clean, blood on toilet to a point where I had to ask for cleaning solution to clean it and the tv was inoperable to a point where I had to have the staff come in the room to manually correct the issue. The worst stay I’ve had!!!! They should have never been ok with me asking for all the cleaning supplies I inquired about…they charge extra for your animal to stay each day and I’m certain that’s because of the cleaning procedure but they take no protocol on a pepper cleaning procedure when an animal has been in the room… And I’ve been here before to a point where I’ve been there when it was comfortable to be there, but now it’s terrible!!! And they literally have posted notes that seem old as hell talking about remodeling…it does not look like it has been remodeled anywhere…I’m serious.. the hallways stink like trash, tobacco, and feet…the windows are dirty and the kitchens would appeal much more of they keep them clean. I’d they don’t keep it clean they’ll be “remodeling” amazing shortly

Dirty!!!! So dirty. The hallways smelled of dog poop. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. It was worse in our room than in the hallways. Me reserved and paid for a double bed room and only got a queen bed. I had to sleep on the couch. Tge hida bed had no sheets and bugs. There was half eatten food in tge fridge. This place was gross.

When we arrived, we walked into a lobby thick with the smell of Marijuana. We hoped for the best and got keys to our room. The room was disgusting. Urine was all over the wall in the bathroom. There was only a single bottle of shampoo that had less than half of its contents. No soap. Door to room had a huge gap and did not stay shut. We immediately demanded a refund and left. We have stayed in some cheap places but this was by far the worst.

Extremely dirty room. This was by far the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed at. The carpet floors were stained and sticky. We didn’t dare walk around bare foot. The bath tub was not clean, the towels were stained. There was a dog next to us that barked all night, If we were staying longer than two nights we would have asked for our money back and gone somewhere else. Staff was friendly is the only upside to the stay.

The hallways loooked like you were in a Bronx section 8 apartment complex. The rooms were actually, surprisingly not too bad. The outdoors looks nice, as well. However, the bed was pretty much a cot. There was light coming in from the hallways on the entire three sides of the door once you closed the door.

Bed is really uncomfortable, has plastic covering on it , blankets very thin barely there , terrible smell in hallways and loud neighbors upstairs, old and outdated furniture , ripped coaches .. would not stay there ever again …

The room was spacious and had a comfortable couch. The full size refrigerator was wonderful. However the clean up after the previous guests seemed a bit hap-hazard, with cereal remnants on the floor and a pen and paper swept beneath the couch. Also, the room above had children running across the floor late into the evening ( well after 11 PM) and the water running in their shower was clearly audible.

Dark, old, in need of an upgrade. Only saver was price which was set about right

There were people outside drinking and smoking marijuana you could smell it in the hallways. People were being loud and banging all hours of the night. We called the front desk multiple times nothing got done until our stay was almost over

We booked this room online but when we got to the hotel they had no rooms available. They said they would not charge us for the room but they did. I will not recommend this location OR Hotels.com again.

They are going through renovations but it is a very nice stay. The area is wonderful with everything right here. When I have needed anything they are very attentive and friendly.

Didnt make mu reservation on time and theu gave it away

Beds weren’t made. Used bar of soap in the bathroom. A white substance that appeared to be drugs in the hallway. Blood stains on the rooms floor. Nasty and dirty. Paid $108 plus a $50 deposit that we were not advised of. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again.

House keeping left my door open. The frount desk played dumb. But security was able to verify everything.
