Rooms are updated but some areas of the rooms show age. Common spaces are well lit and very modern. The parking lot is very well lit if you are coming in at night. The gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and checked me in with no issues and answered any questions I had quickly and accurately.

The girl at the front desk made me feel like I was a bother when I went to check in. She made sure to let me know the room were no smoking. Our room was on the 2nd floor, went to the elevator and there was an out of order sign. Was not told that!. In the hall on the way to our room you could smell marijuana, that;s smoking right? We won't be staying there again.

Convenient and good price point. Coffee machine dispenser not working at 5AM. Room toilet seat broken, bulb hanging from wires from ceiling light. Pot smokers hanging by doors and parking in handicap spaces in lot.

The management and clerks were very nice and very professional. The elevators are a little slow, but overall I was very pleased. One night it was a loud; it looked like some bikers were having a small party. The rooms were very clean and they cleaned them everyday.

Hotel is being renovated which is really needed. Gave us room 151. Check in was good. Went to our room to inspect for bed bugs as that's the first thing we do. Took apart both beddings and looked under and all around bed for any signs of bedbugs. Found a big one under the second bed. Also no smoking in rooms and our room smelled like cigarette smoke bad!! Took the bedbug to the front desk to show her. We switched rooms. 251. Tore bedding apart and inspected for them. Didn't find anything. Kept all our belongings on the table and made sure to put all dirty clothes in one bag as I was not transporting these home. I'd I had a choice and could find something else I would have switched hotels. Not impressed. Workers attitudes are very rude and grumpy.

The elevator floor was filthy. The room’s stench would gag a bill elephant. When I was unloading our luggage the door handle came off. There was a bug on the pillow case. The refrigerator freezer was caked with mildew. And a liquid oozed from the bottom of the refrigerator. There was no reference guide for the television channels. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t provide a tv reference guide. We stayed one lamentable night. This place needs to be shut down by the health department.

Disgusting room. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and mold. Blood stain and multiple hairs on bed sheet. The first ever hotel I left without spending the night. Just one of those rooms that as soon as i walked into the room, i wanted out. Everything in the room was dirty/dusty. Expected better standard from Super 8. Never again!!

Our room was very dirty. We didn’t get in the room till after midnight so we didn’t get to check it out before hand. There was mold all around the bathtub. The bottom of tub was brown. There was dirt all over the floor. The sink had what looked like food on it. The bathroom ceiling was falling in. The bar in the tub was missing so there was two holes. There was toothpaste all over bathroom mirror. The table and counter and desk was dirty with what looked like food. The microwave was very dirty. The wall beside the window was falling apart.

Got woken up at 5:30am to the fire alarm blaring - ran downstairs and asked the lobby attendant what was going on... Was told "someone's probably smoking in their room" like this is just a normal occurrence. One of the beds had definitely been laid in after being made prior to our arrival, bedding was stained and had several stray hairs. Luckily, we got to spend all of 4 hours there.

Very limited breakfast. Room was very musty and dirty. Was told no smoking, walked into room and it had definitely been smoked in recently. Lampshade had a layer of dirt and stains, bathroom wall had what looked suspiciously like blood spatter. Toilet didnt flush properly. Whole hotel smelled of weed. People were fighting in the lobby and police were called. Beds were very uncomfortable. Not a pleasant stay.

In the first room the air conditioner was not working. The second room was dirty including a large amount of hair in the bathtub and what appeared to be feces on the outside of the toilet. In addition, the bathtub had a clogged drain which the front desk was notified of but commented that "the water is going down, its just a little slow." As a result, when taking a shower the next day, the tub filled up.

After checking in, we noticed and notified to hotel front desk about unclean room, bathroom and non working closet door. We also noticed there were not enough pillows for 3 people and bedding sheets pillow covers were unclean. while sleeping, in the middle of the night, we found bed bugs crawling on the bed. We were so terrified that we had to checkout immediately in the middle of the night, with kids.

Stayed for 3 nights. Room was very nice and clean. Good location near lots of restaurants and shopping. Only bad thing is that both beds squeaked any time you moved even a little bit and they aren't very comfortable. It was recently renovated

So you can they have made some improvements but the stay was not worth $90. Negatives: the windows were filmy; smelled dingy; the recessed lighting above the coffee maker was full of cobwebs; the nightstand had sticky substance on it; the bathtub was stained and dirty (I wouldn't use that jet tub cuz it was dirty in the jets); there wasn't a carafe for the coffee pot; the bedding (comforter and blanket) was scratchy and we didn't use it because it looked like it hadn't been washed; the breakfast consided of cereal, waffles, juice, and stale muffins; and there was only 3 pillows on a King sized mattress. The positives: spacious rooms, opening windows, self controlled AC; big tub for shower; several locks on the door. Overall I'd rather about 6/10.

They are remodeling the property and say they are done but they are not. The tubs are poorly patched and it look filthy. I would not use the tubs. There was no extra toilet paper in the rooms. They only have 3 small pillows for a king size bed and they had no extra pillows. We purchased more. There was only 1 thin blanket on the bed with no extra blankets in the room. The price was cheap but it wasn't cheap enough for the quality of the property. I would recommend staying someplace else. We will never use a Super 8 or Baymont property again.

Room was okay, but the bathroom was terrible. Clearly the room had been refurbished recently, but they didn't want to spend the funds to replace the tub. The tub was unbelievable scratched, stained, peeling, etc. The shower curtain rod had been pulled out of the wall. Bedding was cheap and the comforter had several stains. Hard to beat the price, but you get what you pay for I guess.

There were no tissues in the room or any cups. I had to go to the breakfast area for cups. Also, the mattress on the bed was sitting on open springs.. not box springs but open metal springs. Every time we moved or rolled over it was like opening a tin can.. very loud and annoying. It was very loud and sounded like a sound from a movie.

Kids running through hallways yelling late at night. A cleaning man came in my friend’s room while half dressed at 10:30am. Wasn’t checkout time. Then stood there, looking at her and not leaving the room until she yelled at him they offered no refund. The police should’ve been called for sexual harassment. Our worst stay ever anywhere. Please be aware that there’s a male worker going into females rooms Without permission.

No bugs, clean, lots of hot water. They gave away our reservation for the first night so we had to find another hotel. We asked why they gave our room away, they said it is on a first come-first served basis. What is the point of making a reservation if they do not hold the room?????

Emily deserves a lot of credit for my great stay. She is the friendliest, most accommodating concierge I’ve experienced in a long time. My room was tidy, with lots of amenities. The motel itself is definitely been refurbished and they are trying their best to make your stay a great one.

The in the hallways need cleaned. Someone was smoking in a nearby room but we were in the non-smoking area. The room was clean, no bugs, water was hot, sheets and blankets were fresh staff was friendly but they gave away our room on the first night we reserved so we had to find another hotel. They said it is first-come-first-served. So why take reservations??????

When i checked in the women at the front desk seemed very agitated.She just asked for my id ,cc didn't explain it very nicely i had too ask.I asked her what's around in the area to eat that's good =her response was = there's a lot of restaurants around here!The guest in the lobby gave me better suggestions..ha lol.Then the remote in the room and phone didn't work and the door was hard to close ...so all.in all comfy stay quiet room...but i probably would not stay here again...if people hate their job so much then find another line of work

Great check in. Great room. NO issues at all. The view from the window was looking at the other side of the building , but for an overnight stay it was no problem. The bottom of the jacuzzi/shower unit was a rough painted over surface which was odd. Safe, busy area. Close to stores, mall, and restaurants. Nice, clean, comfortable lodging with a great price and breakfast included. I would recommend.

So, the room was…..ok No bugs and clean(always a win) The shower looked like it had seen better days. The curtain rod was about to fall off and then ceiling needed to be redone The halls do stink bad of stale cigarettes and marijuana. It’s a lot of over powering. As a result the room had a funky smell from it, but that cleared up very quickly when we turned the ac unit on. Breakfast was ok, I think the team was caught a little off guard by how many they had staying from the concert and as a result all food was very slow to be refilled.

The room was very big, the bed was comfortable. very convient location, off I-77, close to many good resturants. The breakfast was horrible, garbage overflowing, no bowls for cereal, was told to use a cup. Asked for more bagels, and was first told there were no more, but the girl looked and found some. If you are goin* to say that you offer breakfast, you better make sure you have food and supplies, when travelling and booking a room that offers breakfast you better have it, or offer a refund. Because there were other hotels that were cheaper that did not offer breakfast. Probably will never stay at your chain again. Do Better Super 8!

This may be the best value for the money I’ve ever experienced. The breakfast bar was generous, the lobby spacious and inviting for doing work—and the room no frills but just right for anyone who doesn’t need a $400 a night stay. Lots of great dining options in walking distance. Friendly staff. Clean throughout—would definitely return.
