Not clean outside or inside. Limited parking. Holes in the walls. Doors that had been kicked in. Out of order laundry rooms. No ice machines or vending. The pool was green. This was supposed to be our family getaway and ended up a disaster.

It was what I expected for the price. It was clean and quiet with no frills. The wi-fi wasn't working but that only helped me relax more.

I hadn't stayed here before, but it was in an excellent spot for a halfway stop on my trip. Unfortunately I will not be going back. I stayed two separate nights (one on the way out, one on the way back) and both times weren't great. The wifi was out both times, one of my rooms had a couch that looked like it came out of a dumpster, neither room came with tissues (and during the allergy season of course), all the drawer handles were sticky for some reason, the mini fridge kept gurgling the whole night, and the lamp bases looked like they were getting rust spots (and were also sticky to the touch). The free breakfast options were waffles or cereal, but no bowls and no milk (breakfast was from 6-9 and I got there at 7). Ended up buying breakfast at the Wendy's down the street. I will not be staying here again.

No, no coffee for breakfast being out of order. I called the hotel and let. I got to the hotel in my mouth. The pool was not working and call the number in front of the staff the hotel operator or whoever the phone hung up on me.

They should not list that they have a pool, as it was half filled with dirty, murky water, unusable. The bathroom mirror was falling off of the wall, large tear in the comforter on one of the beds, horribly painted walls with yell paint all over the carpet as well. Tub was dirty with huge clump of hair nearly clogging the drain. Overall dirty, gross looking room. One positive note, the air conditioner worked extremely well. The room was a wonderful temperature for sleeping despite it being close to 90* and humid outside.

Bed bugs in our bed and the manger didn’t let us cancel and was just very rude to us

I've stayed in a lot of hotels, but I have to say this was the worst hotel ever. Our room was filthy! It smelled musty and moldy, the carpets were ripped, the wallpaper was peeling and the curtain liners were ripped and didn't close. Please do not pick this place.

Roaches!!!! I always check when I first get in a room & i saw roaches climbing the wall near the bathroom & was bitten by flies 2x in the first minute in the room. I didn’t stay. Checked out & left without staying.

Our room was not clean. Surfaces did not look they had been wiped recently. There appeared to be blood stains on sheets, blankets, curtains and shower curtains. There was not one clean or nonstained towel. Outlets didn't work, drywall was in disrepair. It was the second grossest room I have encountered.

The room was listed non-smoking. The bedding, all the fabrixs reeked of old smoke. No cups are supplied so you need to bring something with you if you want ro rinse your mouth. No coffee or tea in the room. The room was damp to the point of the inside of my shoes being damp in the morning. You could hear traffic all night.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The room was infested with gnats. We bought raid and had to spray constantly. The gap under the exterior door was large. The room smelled very bad. It was disgusting. When we arrived no one was around and the hotel phone was laying on the couch. We called and answered it. The continental breakfast was a loaf of bread and Frosted Flakes. I asked for cream for coffee and the guy told me I could use the gallon of milk that was sitting in a bowl of ice. The towels were rags and the bed was so uncomfortable. I was miserable and couldn’t wait to leave.

Terrible property. Room was disgustingly dirty with stained and wet carpet. Bugs in the room. 1 set of towels. Outlets didn’t work. Door was broken and couldn’t double lock or seal properly. Could hear traffic noise and upstairs room noise.

Never again. First thing I noticed was driving around the building. The one large parking lot was right next to the doors on the outside of the hotel. Not so much for the inside rooms. Not only did I NOT see a way to walk from the big parking lot (the small one only held 6 cars) through the hotel, it required a long walk to your room, hopefully on cleared sidewalks. Then when I got to the room, I closed the door and saw light coming from the bottom of the door. Where there's light, there's cold air. It was 7 degrees in the middle of winter and cold air was coming in the bottom of the door. No wonder the heat was on at 75. Without that, the room would have been freezing. I had to stuff a towel at the bottom of the door to keep the cold air out. Then I realized that after trudging through the snow to get to the room, there was no carpet or rug to put my now snow-covered shoes. So I put those on top of the towel at the door since everywhere else was going to leave puddles. When I went to the front desk to get a fork for my dinner, I informed the front desk who offered to move me, but I didn't feel like packing everything up again just to move elsewhere. I just dealt with it. And the next morning didn't get any better. Go to take a shower and the water only gets to about 60-70 degrees. Not nearly warm enough to take a shower. And the breakfast? It was whatever they picked up from WalMart the previous day. Great Values juices, etc. I grabbed 2 blueberry mini muffins and left.

Staff was helpful but physical facilities were lacking. The refrigerator didn't work and the Tv was time consuming trying to get stations.

Toilet seat was broken, there was about a quarter of a roll of toilet paper total. Small scratchy towels. TV did not work because the cable was pulled out of the wall. After I fixed the cable, the TV remote did not work. I booked two nights and did not want to stay after the first night. They would not refund the second night, but wanted the access card back so they could rent it out to someone else for a double dip. Staff was crappy and abrupt. The "breakfast" that was advertised was crackers, or a muffin, or a small cereal box. Orange juice machine was broken. I'm a pretty easy guy to please but this was BAD.

The room was in much needed repair. The remote did not work and when I called the front desk they told me to use the buttons on the front of the TV but there were none. There was cigarette burns on the tub side. There was a black large mark in the bottem of the toilet bowl. Just to name a few things. I will never stay there again. If I had not already paid for the room on line I would not have stayed there.

I was in 3 different rooms. First one had a non functional toilet. The next 2 had no worling locks on the doors, you walk right in. Another guest had the same complaint

For the price it wasn’t bad at all but there was a lot of loud guests all night in other rooms and the room was pretty run down but it appeared to be a hot spot for truckers to stop so that’s to be expected. The staff was super friendly

Outdated. None of the electric outlets worked properly. Shower was slow to drain.

From the moment I walked in, I was disappointed. I called in advance to let them know I would be arriving late. The gal at the front desk, didn’t get off her personal cell phone, as she was talking to someone, and kept talking to the person and barely acknowledged me. She gave me my room keys, failed to give me my receipt, I had to ask for it. Then I got to the car and realized she didn’t give me my license back. I went in and asked for it. I walk with a walker so was really inconvenient for me. No apology or anything. She was not interested in talking on the phone to her friend…. The room was really rough looking, the tub was scuffed to where I wasn’t sure if it was stained, or just not scrubbed. The ac/heater where you set the temperature was broken, and overall I wasn’t pleased. Breakfast was horrible. The granola bars were expired, cereal was stale, coffee was not very good, milk tasted funny, and the juice tasted spoiled, and couldn’t find any water…My friends and I had stomach issues as a result. I was very disappointed. Wish I wouldn’t have wasted my time….

This hotel is a good deal for the convenience, but the property needs a full overhaul. It’s falling apart. Thankfully the staff were very welcoming and helpful!!!

As soon as we got there it took forever to check in which was fine, then we got to our room which didn’t have a working tv, lights, or door lock, so we had to get a different room which was also fine, the last straw was when they gave someone else our room we were currently in and someone walked in on us at 2 in the morning and nearly gave us a heart attack, I checked out a day before my stay ended and asked for a refund and I think they said they would give it to me just to get me to leave and just printed out a receipt and handed it to me, when they should have been refunding me for my stay. I’m very upset about the entire experience.

The parking lot is small and in desperate need of replacing to fill in some holes. Front desk staff is running on limited English. I booked and paid through Expedia but the hotel took it upon themselves to charge my card yet again for the same room. When I called to find out why, I was told that Expedia never paid them to take it up with them. Breakfast?! Ha that was laughable. You get either a slice of toast or a bagel or your choice of 2 dry cereals from a little grungy looking dispenser on the front counter. Rooms need major updating. Beds were so hard the floor would have felt better. Horrific place! Beware if you’re considering staying here.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. In this it is a lie. The pictures of this hotel do not match what we got. We arrived at 3 pm the check in is 4. The guy at the desk wanted me to pay him $20 for early check in. I told him i would go shopping down the street and come back he finally gave us our room key. The pool was closed and had been for some time. The laundry room was closed due to both the washer and dryer being broken. The only thing they had for the free breakfast was toast, juice and kids cereal. The room needs repainted. The tub needs replaced. DO NOT STAY HERE. It is not worth it.

Worst lodging experience I have ever had. Called ahead of time for a late check in and they said it was no issue. Apparently, a large group of people checked in before we arrived. We arrived at 9pm and were given a room. When I opened the door the lights were off, bed sheets everywhere and pieces of the bed frame on the floor. I shut the door immediately. I requested another room. The second room had 0 electricity. I talked to the workers and then they seemed to scramble for 15 min trying to find another room. They took us to the third room which was dirty and had an awful smell. We looked at one more room and this one was dirty as well. We felt unsafe and grossed out. By this point we came to terms with the facts that any mediocre rooms were given to other people even though I confirmed my check in before arriving. We ended up booking a reservation at the Hampton Inn for the night at 10:30 pm. The Hampton Inn was well worth the money and the safety. I am unhappy that I did not receive a refund and very disappointed in the experience.

I asked for clean towels and wash clothes and the desk clerk was rude and stated I could not get any because it was after 5 pm. I worked all day and was not able to be at the hotel to get them during the day. I have stayed all over in hotels and have never had anyone be rude to me about getting clean towels and wash clothes especially after working all day.

Room was good. Staff was pleasant

Hotel was a bit "overstated" in the hotel app details. Said it had a hot breakfast, pics showed (2) waffle makers and (2) warming pans for eggs and potatoes or bacon. There were none of these items present when we went for breakfast at 6:30. Hotel was an older hotel, room was a little dirty, only had 2 bath towels, heat was good, bed was comfortable, room appeared much larger in the listing pictures, in actuality was quite small. Was extremely quiet, that was a plus and was quite enjoyable, able to get a good night's sleep. For the advertised price I guess it's not out of line, you get what you pay for. With the high star rating and the pics I saw I was expecting more. Good surroundings, seemed like a safe, busy area.

The Hotel was easy to find off inter-state 80. The girl at check in was extremely accommodating. We arrived early and she worked hard to find a room that was already clean. The breakfast was not much to talk about.

Location was good for us. The room could use a little Tlc but overall it was good.

I like the days inn. Quiet and convenient

Didn’t feel completely safe. Door was hard to close, hard to lock and the 2nd lock was broken. The door didn’t fit, not even close to a seal, so there were spaces under the door and on the side of the door. Seemed easy to break down the door if someone wanted to. I don’t believe the reviews that gave 8 or higher were from real people who actually stayed there. We did take the risk to stay and glad nothing bad happened.

First stay at this location which was chosen because it was close to where I needed to be. It was a bit of a hassle getting past the semi trucks waiting to turn into the fuel station across the street. Happened twice (getting there and after dinner). Only negative.

Felt unsafe with area. Room wasn't up to Days Inn standards.

Had to wait 40 minutes to get into tbe room plus there were 10 other guests waiting. There was a smell in the room, outlets did not work on any of the lamps, 1/2 roll of toilet tissue was in the bathroom, no kleenex/ facial tissue, no extra blankets, hair dryer did not work, that outlet kept blowing. Breakfast - no juices in working order, gallon of milk just sitting on the counter, not in a fridge or on ice? Loved the black.out curtains. Is that enough?

Expedia needs to do a better job of cracking down on hotels that have a few snacks and some juice, being able to advertise themselves as serving "breakfast". Everything was out on both days I went to the breakfast bar.

I got this place because they advertised a hot breakfast. Complete scam, it was literally a coffee pot and a toaster. Nothing else. I checked in one day and there was underwear laying on the sidewalk in front of the main door. When I checked out two days later it was still there.

Advertised great breakfast, but the food was a dry cereal and poorly made coffee. The rooms are in poor condition: peeling wallpaper, rusty railings, soft spots on the floors. Rooms smelled musty.

Do not stay here. After we checked in and got a key, we went to the room, accessible by an outside balcony/corridor. Outside of the building was dirty and had rust on all the stairwells. Exterior carpets were filthy. Room had a strange odor, and both the sink and toilet had not been properly cleaned. We went back to the desk to return the key and go elsewhere. We were offered a room upgrade but declined. They could not give me a refund since we had already checked in. I returned the key anyway and went somewhere else. Further attempts to get a refund through the email I was provided have gone unanswered. I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card and reporting them to the Days Inn corporate.

This an old property. Air inside was musty. Bathroom tub had no grab-bar. Towels were thin. No light or plugs on one side of bed. Breakfast was minimal. When I said coffee was bad, I was told it was decaf. Poor even if it had been decaf in Regular coffee dispenser.
