Didn’t like pool hrs opened to late

Great price. Reasonable dog fee. Easy, polite check in.

It was definitely a low budget hotel. The elevator was dirty. The few staff we interacted with were very friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was nice.

Parking

When we came in, we learned that the elevator wasn't working and we could only get the 3rd floor. That was fixed the next morning, but I can't give a higher rating due to that. The room itself was good and the shower was very nice.

It listed that the hotel had a pool…it did, it was just filled half way with dirty filthy water, unusable. In the room itself, the mirror above the bathroom sink was only halfway hanging on the wall, about to fall off. The room had apparently recently been painted and there was yellow paint all over on the carpet & horribly, stealing painted on the walls. The lamp base was rusty & the comforter on one of the beds had a large tear in it. Overall, the room looked horrible. We will not be returning.

Room was not as nice as the photos. Mattress protector had staining. Toilet paper holder was attached to the wall with a 1x4 piece of wood. There was a weird smell when you entered the room (not sure if it was cleaner or? It wasn’t exactly bad but weird). Part of the parking lot was gravel/dirt and not paved and very rough to drive around. Front desk staff was nice and breakfast options were okay.

The shower floor looked dirty. The screen in rhe window was almost ripped off. The breakfast selection was ok. The pool floor was gross. I liked the beds and pillows were comfortable. I appreciate the beds being clean and made also the towels being switched out.

Easy parking

The rooms were dirty. The bathrooms were dirty. One room smelled so bad we had to purchase Febreze just to make it through the night. We purchased 4 rooms, and all were musty and dirty.

The 1st room was really dirty and the mgr took pics of it. She said it was unacceptable room stank and hair on the beds and all

Friendly staff clean room

The rugs in the rooms are dirty. I wore brand new light-coloured socks, walked across the room a half dozen times and the socks were filthy. The toilets are children's toilet that are extremely low to the floor so anyone who has mobility issues may find them difficult to use without hand rails. Rooms are small. The included breakfast is terrible - most of it prepackaged vendor-style food that was disgusting. The coffee tasted like dishwater and not drinkable. There are not enough chairs and tables for the number of guests. There is no consideration given to making the breakfast served and how it is served environmentally friendly. All plastic and disposable utensils and dishes. Shameful. The TV in the breakfast area is on FOX (so-called) News which was offensive and full of lies and misinformation that not all travellers find acceptable. I suppose the place is okay for a one-night stay, but not more.

Shower didn't work. Sink didn't drain. No TV remote. Pillows were balled up sheets.

We needed a hotel to stay at on our way to get warranty work done on my fiances landscaping trailer. We found this hotel 15 minutes away. There was a work crew staying there, a few box trucks, and numerous personal vehicles. The hotel was very quiet though, unlike many other's I've experienced. The lobby was very clean and the employee was attentive and kind. Our room however, was quite the opposite. There were burn marks all over the carpet by the bathroom, there were paper crumbs on the floor... Making it apparent that the carpet was not swept. There were multiple stains on the bedding and chair. There were cobwebs and dust on the window, like it has never been cleaned. The shower was dark, and had a former tenants hair still on the wall. Also, the pillows in this room were small squares, like the decorative ones on a couch... I took photos of everything when we arrived, but it was too late to find a different hotel. On the bright side, I didn't visibly see any bugs or anything... I still took all the precautions once we arrived back home though. We did not partake in the free continental breakfast. We figured if our room was this gross, we couldn't imagine what their kitchen was like.

Rooms were very clean and no odor of smoking.

Towels and sheets didn't look clean. Cheap material.. my room ceiling were peeled off several locations, filthy carpet. Will not stay again.

While the hotel staff were very pleasant, the hotel was very run down - holes in the walls/doors, paint peeling. The bathroom was moldy and the entire room carpet was damp. Very, very unpleasant experience.

The pictures make this hotel look much better than it actually is. In the hallway leading to my room, there was a mix of smells between dog, cat, and weed. There was also a dog barking every few hours, with nothing being done to make it stop. There were also police leaving the property upon my arrival, and people hanging out in the parking lot for no reason (not guests). The rooms may have been recently renovated, but the paint is already chipping and things in the room were broken/falling apart. The microwave didn’t work properly, the shower head wasn’t fully attached to the wall, and the fire sprinkler was sticking out of the ceiling - I’m no inspector, but it was almost definitely a safety violation.

This is the smallest hotel room and bathroom I've ever seen in my life. The pool was depressing as was the free breakfast. Only thing good I can say about this place is the neighborhood is safe and the hotel didn't seem to have druggies staying there.

The stay was ok. The room was extremely small for 2 twin beds. Beds weren't comfortable.

Room was nice. Room 206. Water pressure was horrible in the shower and the sink. Light in the bathroom flashed like a strobe light. Made it very difficult to leave it on.

The hotel was convenient to our reunion. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We loved how affordable the pet fee was - $10/night. The room was a bit small and there was a slight musty smell whenever we walked in. But overall it was a nice place to stay.

Bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast could use some sort of meat.

The gentleman at the front desk was excellent. Hotel room needs some fresh paint. and some new carpet. Room and hall ways had a bad odor. Bed was very comfortable and shower was great. I didn't have great expectations knowing it was a budget hotel but the area was nice and the room was adequate.

Sheets smelled unclean. Could hear every move the upstairs room made.

Great staff and room!!

I had the worst night sleep in my life. That mattress I had to be 30 years old. It was absolutely the most uncomfortable experience of my life. The rest of the hotel was just average, not in a very great area. I would absolutely not stay there again.

Staff rude. Charged additional fee on my credit card with false allegations that towels were missing. Towels were returned to front desk that were used and only 2 towels were present in room upon arrival

We were comp'd a different room than the single King bed because the bathroom smelled as though there was an open line into the sewer drains. The 3rd floor room with two beds was much better but still had issues; The 3rd floor room had grimy dirty floors, bedframes that stuck out from under each bed by at least 6 inches (trip hazard), and the pocket door to the bathroom stuck pretty hard when fully closed. The continental breakfast options were very limited and - most notably - the Nature's Own Banana and Chocolate cookies tasted like they had expired months ago. It literally tasted like chemicals/acid in my month and even burned my tongue. The staff were very friendly and communicative. Getting into a different room was a smooth and caring interaction. They provided us with free bottled waters each morning on our way out for the day. Front desk always acknowledged us and wished us a good day/morning or evening. In general, the hotel is old....it's bones are old. Our experience wasn't horrible, nor was it great. We wouldn't stay again, but we DID stay for the whole three days of our trip.

I was impressed,that altho this is an older building it was decorated and kept verywell. It was very clean,and someone was always cleaning up.The beds were some of the best hotel beds i've slept on.Everyone i met that worked there was very polite and very kind to us.But they didn't treat us like old people,just people.What a relife. When we left i mentioned a few things i had a problem with. The young lady thanked me and said this would help her get things fixed.most places don't want to hear anything negitative. The price was much more reasonable than other hotels i researched. That really helps senior citizens. If i get back to ohio expect to see me again.

This place had holes in the walls in the lobby. Yeah in the hallways. Started there was an elevator. There was only steps. No elevator was on premises.The night attendant attitude was really really inappropriate and disrespectful. He had on very dirty clothes his greeting of myself and the customer online before me was very rude. He slammed my confirmation letter on the desk be cause I asked for a copy. Please people avoid this place. Pay the extra money as a get a better hotel room. This place should not be able to opperate.

The hotel was excellent. Very convenient off I 80 with many restaurants and service stations right nearby. The hotel was quiet and comfortable and very clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. I would stay again if traveling.

Staff was super friendly

As a solo female traveler, did not feel safe, people were camping out in their cars in parking. You get what you pay for...spend the little extra and don't stay hear if you are traveling alone.

It's a good hotel. There are places to eat nearby, gas stations, entertainment, and quick and easy access to the highway.

Very pleased for the price. While traveling in the area, I wanted a place near the casino. It’s an easy drive a few minutes away. There’s a SubWay restaurant within walking distance and a McDonald’s across the street. If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel with all the amenities, this is not the place for you. If you want a decent, no thrills room in a safe location, this is the place. From the outside, it doesn’t look super appealing. But, the inside is clean and decent. If I’m in the area, I will stay again.

Clean and Friendly. Close to Highway access, restaurants and Casino.

Nothing fancy but if you’re looking for a nice, safe, clean, inexpensive place to stay the night, Sleep Inn is a good choice.

The place was fine. Breakfast is minimal and I wouldn’t recommend the sandwiches.

We really liked the breakfast. They had breakfast sandwiches which were good and waffles. It is very family friendly and the kids loved the pool. The staff was very considerate of families. And the beds were comfortable too.

They claim to have hot breakfast but they do not they have breakfast sandwiches you can put in a microwave and a waffle maker with no batter the whole place smells like marijuana and the front desk people are very ignorant would not recommend staying here. We had a whole girls softball team here for a tournament and we will never be back

Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was very clean and staff tidy up every day. Plenty of towels and other amentities. Liked their Continental breakfast.

Continental breakfast had a lot of variety, but tea choices not so good . I prefer lipton or luziann tea .

For what some would consider a budget hotel chain, this place had all the quality of some of the upper end hotels. Clean and quiet are the big things. Breakfast was typical free breakfast with hot options (waffles, yogurt, coffee, things you can put in the microwave, hard-boiled eggs, cereals, etc.
