We came in town from Columbus to celebrate my son turning 10! & we definitely enjoyed our stay! The hotel was soo nice and clean! The hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly! The only downside was the pool being closed for whatever reason, which was the main reasons for us booking this particular hotel.

First, I did NOT stay here. I booked this hotel because Expedia advertised that it had a pool and hot tub. When I arrived, the pool and hot tub were closed and had been closed for what seemed like awhile. I just wanted to leave a review in case anyone else takes amenities into account. The front desk was really nice and let me cancel my reservation. They didn’t give me a hassle at all and were understanding.

Staff was super friendly, customer service was excellent. However the pool and hot tub have been out for 6 months and the listing on Expedia was not updated with that information. Snacks and drinks were very overpriced and there was no complimentary breakfast at all.

I thought the room was clean until I started looking around. Everything from the stains on the carpet to the rip on the arm on the recliner to the dirt walls and the stand next to the recliner where the chrome finish was gone and rust was showing. We didn't bother staying the night.

This is one of the CLEANEST hotels that I’ve stayed at…EVER…that wasn’t Resort class. Excellent stay. I will seek out Candlewood Syites first in the future. Thank you for an EXCELLENT stay.

Upon arrival after 3pm to the hotel our room was not ready. Waited an additional 30mins before we could go in the room. Then to see that the bins under the dish counter was not emptied. I spent 12 days there and during that time my room was cleaned once with request and once without request. Both times after cleaning I had to request additional wash cloths, there was no dish cloths and it was unbelievable that the room attendants didn’t wash the dishes after they so called cleaned the room. How can a room be cleaned with the dishes being washed? Additionally the sofa mattress is dirty and soiled it needs changing. It is not suitable for human beings to lay on.

The noisiest hotel stay of my life. People stomping around purposefully loud at 2am. AC unit was so loud it kept us up too. Find any other place . Sleeping in your car is a better choice.

Very reasonable dog fee of $25. Actually had a pleasant view of a green field. The one down side was that the hotel had no record of my reservation despite receiving repeated emails from Hotels.com saying my reservation was guaranteed, etc etc. Fortunately they had a room, the same that I'd reserved. But I'd love to know how the reservation was lost.The room suffered from wear and tear in spots and the bathroom is just "eh." But all that is what I expect from budget chains. Location couldn't be more convenient.

Slept well enough. Pictures for site are not what you get. Furnishings are outdated, sparse, low and tired looking. The Staff was great though. We travel with our dog. They made sure that we were not near the wedding party. Rooms were quiet.

The room was spacious, but furniture was dated, and there was a beat-up armchair which looked dirty and was worn - I didn't even want to put my coat on it. The outlet between the beds did not work when I plugged my phone in to charge it. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and clean.
