Stayed overnight on a long drive. Facilities were clean, staff was very friendly, and enjoyed that the hotel allowed pets. Will definitely be staying here again when we do this drive in the future.

The laundry facility was excellent and very clean. The front desk employees were very nice and helpful. Excellent location near the interstate toll roads. Many food establishments nearby. But swimming pool was closed during my first night stay.

This review is based off a stay last year. Location can’t be beat. I followed an old email to find the place to rent again, so…the pool was dirty, with little tumbleweeds of body hair floating around. Had to take kids right back upstairs and hose them off. Number 1 memory of the place. But we are still booking again because the kids can stay out of the pool because everything else was great.

The pool heater was broken& we were not made aware before arrival. I do understand that it had been broken for at least 8 days according to other guests. I would have booked somewhere else had i known.

The last time we stayed in Youngstown, OH, we were at a different hotel and had to change rooms twice. I booked the Home2Suites hotel room because of that experience. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast options were great, my husband and I try to eat healthy, so having egg bites, and a DIY breakfast sandwich station + oatmeal was awesome. We used the pool multiple times a day as well as the gym. I didn't use the laundry, but the machines were located in the gym. I wish I had known about Amazon lockers, so I could have ordered something, but I will be returning in June and will definitely stay here again!

Safe area, hotel recently underwent a "refresh" per their signage. Updates are very nice. Some doors still had maintenance checklists to finish (that's how recent the remodel is). Breakfast was AMAZING - best continental breakfast we've had. Pool was clean and kids loved it. Beds comfortable, pullout couch nice added space. My only knock on a star was that our door (303) had a big gauge in it like it had been pried open before, but we felt safe from inside so we didn't complain. Staff were so friendly. Would def stay again!

I needed a place to stay along the highway, and this looked like a good option. Once I checked in, I was super impressed. The room was beautiful and immaculately clean. There was a well stocked and super clean kitchenette, beds were comfy, and the shower was clean and had ample pressure. The breakfast looked small when I came down, but once I dig in it had everything. I was especially impressed with the yogurt matching, which I hadn’t seen before.

Check in clerk was great, but overnight clerk was rude. Breakfast food had obviously been under a warmer for a long time before they opened. It was bad. Our shower had pubic hairs on the shelf. The bed was hard, the pillows flat, the walls and ceilings did nothing to hide the running kids or screaming dad. All in all not the best or worst, but not a location we'd stop at again.

Found a cockroach crawling around during our stay. No housekeeping services even though they stated we would have services every other day. Restricted the thermostat in the bedroom. Air conditioner leaked in the living room making the carpet wet. Expected more from Hilton brand.

Everything was super clean. Bed was comfortable. Quiet, private beautiful accommodations. The bathroom was fully stocked with towels and wash cloths, soap, lotion, etc. Plenty of commodities. Great stay!!!

Room was not really clean, it was worn, lots of long term stay guest leaving their garbage, including empty cases of beer cans outside their doors in hallway. The garbage was there when I arrived around 7 that night and was still there when I checked out around 9 am the next morning. Also, there are only fast food and burger joints around.

Our room was nice. The bed was uncomfortable kinda lumpy and the sheets felt worn not crisp. Bathroom toilet was not level so every time you sat down the toilet hit the tile and was very loud but the bathroom was nice and walk-in shower was great. The room was clean except stains on carpet and couch. Blinds on window torn on side and hard to pull down because they too wide. I think overall the room a little neglected just simple little things make it looked not taken care of.

the pool needed a good cleaning, was small, and not super warm. Walls in the rooms were thin so it was noisy. And the staff put us next to the elevator without asking if that was OK. Pull out sofa bed was NOT comfortable, but the other beds were fine. Room was clean.

My overall stay for this property was good, the only dislike I had was the fact that housekeeping hadn’t been seen the entire stay until I was checking out. I’m used to house keeping coming while gone from the room. However, that wasn’t the case here. I don’t know if it was because a manpower issue or regular protocol. Our room hadn’t been cleaned at any given point on Saturday, I checked in on Friday & checked out on Sunday.

Checked in during a power outage, already not off to a good start. The staff was extremely apologetic. Originally, room was on 4th floor. NOT A GOOD THING. They did everything they could. Another guest decided not to stay. They immediately changed out the room and escorted us down the hall on the 1st floor. We never took advantage of the free snack. Within 20 minutes of debating whether or not to to stay in a dark non climate controlled room with a 125 lb St. Bernard mix-the power came back on. KUDOS TO THE 2 WOMEN and Michael. They never lost their aptitudes for customer service, de@pite repeated trips up to the 4th floor with baggage. I didn't get the 2 women's names, but they were super sweet. All of the staff was professional and helpful!

Got in late to my reservation after 450 miles and a rainstorm, only to find out that Hilton headquarters had canceled my room and they were sold out. Needless to say I’m pissed! No phone call, no email. I’ve been booking rooms on Expedia for over 15 years religiously. They did send me an email asking how my check-in was, which is how I’m replying!

I visit the area 1 to 2 times a year and wish I had discovered this hotel sooner. It is quiet, friendly, clean, affordable and our room was very spacious. But what I like most about it was the woman at the front desk named, Kim. All of the staff were very helpful and nice but Kim stood out the most to me. She is so kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.

The hotel was close to restaurants and the casino. It was in excellent condition. Our tv did not work but they upgraded our room to a beautiful suite because of the inconvenience. I would stay again.

The breakfast was the worst of any hotel i have ever stayed in for all 4 days, and odly enough the staff was damn near the best of any of my regular hotels that i stay in. Crazy - but ill stay there again any time regardless of the breakfast.
