Helpful staff and inviting. Great indoor pool. Room nice and clean with modern furnishings. We needed toothpaste and we were given it. Variety for breakfast and ease of checkout. I would stay there again if in the area.

Everything was good as expected. The pot holes at the entrance were not very welcoming and hard to avoid. The bottles of soap, shampoo and conditioner were a nice touch even though the conditioner in our room was empty. Also, the TV wasn't user friendly. We had a hard time figuring out how to get the cable on.

We loved it! The staff was great, the room was very clean. Breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant was so sweet and nice. Good options for tv in the room. The pool was nice. We had a great time and we’d definitely stay again. They had several areas for dog waking. Right off the highway and lots of food options nearby.

Everything seemed very dated. TV just skips and freezes, pubic hair on the toilet seat (which wasn’t even the worst part about that seat), wooden veneer peeling off the desk of the tv stand. Went to their gym to find no free weights with the exception of a pair of 5 pound dumbbells. Their breakfast bar was eggs and cut up hot dogs 😆 Coffee was terrible, both roasts. They got 3 stars because the bed was decent and the people were nice. If you’re visiting Youngstown, most likely none of this is a problem.

Funky, fun colors in the room! Lots of space with GREAT shower head and fast internet. 24 hour coffee in reception. Great pool and fitness areas. Only downfall was the noise. There are workers from area building work staying there and 6 AM loud talking and door banging went on for 2 hours. It is also close to the highway and we heard a lot of traffic all night. There was a bright light out front that shined in our room. Fast internet, hot shower and 24 hour coffee did it for us!

Easoly accessible to Route 80 and is next door to a really good Indian restaurabnt. Happily takes dogs and the people running it are great.

I arrived around 11,pm The parking lot entrance surface is damaged with pot holes and uneven not finished. I was woken up by a truck driver who parked in the passenger vehicle area of the lot just across from the rooms window at 345am He started up and sat there for over a hour idling to warm up his rig. If you never had a diesel before This will make sure that you don't buy one as well as stay here for the night. The next day I had to break at the rest stop for two hours just to finish my trip to Maryland..

First floor was clean and smelled great. Greeted by a sign that said staff had to step away but would be right back. We arrived after midnight and it took them 45 minutes to get us into a room. (IT issues - not the staff members fault at all) Got to the 3rd floor and it smelled like cigarette smoke & needed to be updated. Thankfully the bathroom was clean but the carpet was filthy. We stayed because we were exhausted from a very long day of travel. Had we checked in earlier in the day we would’ve asked for a refund and left.

Bed was clean, breakfast (eggs and sausage patties!) was good. Room was dark and dated, carpet dirty, furniture badly chipped, old drywall screws exposed, and window shade broken. Staff super friendly and helpful, but rooms themselves not worthy of the hefty price tag.

We had a very good stay at this Hampton Inn. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the AC was quiet, which is not always the case. The staff were very nice and efficient. Our one suggestion would be for there to be a fan in the bathroom.

Weekend stay with friends Rooms were old and dated. They need to do a complete renovation which is odd, because website send recent renovations. Bathroom needed drywall repairs, tile was dingy and toilet supply line rattled all the time. Speaking of noises, there was a non-stop whistling noise coming from window that kept us awake half the night. Probably not worth the $190/night rate

The staff was welcoming and friendly. We needed distilled water at 10pm. A staff member getting off work volunteered to go to the store and get it for us. This type of impromptu service is just not heard of. We shall return soon!

Was in town for the weekend for a two day foot race. After the first day we came back to this hotel and the room was litterally shaking from loud music. At first we thought someone with a sound system in their car was parked close, but after an hour or so we decided to investigate. Theres a motorcycle dealership with a biker bar attached and they were having some kind of concert. Thankfully, it stopped at ten. Complained to management, and didnt even get an apology. If you want peace and quiet stay away from this property.

Kim at the front desk was especially helpful, very friendly. When she realized we had two rooms, on separate floors, she took it upon herself to put both rooms on the same floor with adjoining doors. I like that when she looked out for us!

Not a bad place, but just rough around the edges. It was obviously in need of being refreshed. Room was nice, but bathroom had bad caulking on shower. Chipped and busted desk was also present. Breakfast was not up to the standards we have come to expect from Hampton. Service by staff at front desk was excellent. Need someone new over breakfast offerings.
