The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, especially the pillows. We had our little Westie with us and although we were handicapped, we were in the first room by the steps so it was fairly easy getting him in and outside. An elevator would have made it perfect.

can not get in breakfast area to get a napkin, plate or cup - door locked. Have played cards at other motels over the years in brfeakfast area no elevator but could manage the few stairs to our room substituted a king size bed to 2 beds for us, but room small and lighting poor to read Liked the pillows better than some other motels

The room was very clean, no worries there. I was in room 101 which was not pleasant at all. I never got hot water. The room was extremely noisy with guests going upstairs and guests going downstairs. The entry door was stuck open and worked on at about 9:30 pm. Maybe the worker or guests smoked by that entry door because the smell was very strong.

The check-in was nice. Although i had a non-smoking room it stll smelled smokey. The hallways smelled like smoke. I had to put towels under the door to keep the smell from seeping in. The room was clean and very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

Checked in for two nights on first night went to get into bed and there was bloody sheets on a bed and pillows were dirty. Took the sheets and pillows to the desk and wasn't happy got new sheets but not pillows. They didn't have any at the desk. The have us 30$ off the room for night #2. Then we checked out and noticed another charge from super 8 they charged me for two missing pillows??? The pillows I turned in the first night due to the blood??? Are you kidding me! No hot breakfast dirty rooms don't recommend

Room stinks, hallway stinks, broken internet, breakfast room not cleaned. see pictures. Room carpet not cleaned for years i guess. i have to take bath after stepping on it and threw my socks in garbage after wearing them all night. Bipin Patel at reception was not helpful at all, ignoring all complaints about foul smell on corridor and rooms. Gave me an odour spray which i sprayed in my room in second floor. the corridor is ghostly. worst experience.

Started off awful when we went to sign in they put us on the second floor I thought when I said three guests two rooms that it was a suite it was two separate rooms. My sister is semi handicap and she cannot go upstairs. There is no elevator so they had to move us to first floor and the guy was really rude about it, and when my brother was bringing the stuff back downstairs from the upstairs room, had to drag it down to flight of steps the guy told him he took too long and he wanted to know if he used the bathroom and my brother said no, I did not use the bathroom and the guy argued with him and said he was gone too long and he had used his bathroom and he didn’t want to go clean the bathroom because we weren’t staying in that room it was unreal then the next day we were gone all day and when we come back, they were in the room. Apparently they partially cleaned it. They took all the towels, but they didn’t leave any extra cleaned towels. They made my bed which I had already done. They just straightened it up, but they did not make my sister‘s bed at all. They did not clean my brother’s room at all, I don’t know if they were just in there

I didn’t like that the air conditioner was not working correctly in a temperature of 70 degrees. Cleaning service never checked my room I ran out of toilet paper trash can bags didn’t get clean linens. Called front desk and they stated I needed to come to the desk to get clean linens. Mind you it was just my new born child and I they couldn’t send it to me. Smh not the experience I excepted for a 4 days stay and for the price I paid for

Whole place smelled of cigarettes even in my non smocking room the toilet was dirty when I got there and somebody must’ve been smoking so much that they caused a fire alarm to go off and the property is in a terrible location next to a truck stop and strip club

It's a commercial neighborhood, right off of the interstate. So, the area is a bit noisy, a bit messy. But the rooms are clean, and that's all I'm looking for from a pet friendly motel. Very satisfied.

Entire motel smells of smoke. Continental breakfast is a joke - serving little Debbie and hostess cakes, white bread and plain bagels with a toaster. Aside from those complaints this place gets the job done for a clean, quiet place to rest just minutes from I-76 and I-80.
