Didn't nail it. No hot tub, sauna was broken. Issues with the meal at dinner (server was amazing though and definitely took care of the issues, but still). No pillow and blanket for the pull out, and took 2+ hours for them to show up when requested. Main bed wasn't fully made when we checked in, and one of the TVs in the room was broken. Its a nice looking hotel in a good spot, they just did not nail it.

Check in and location is very convenient. Room Is good and roomy. The hot tub is permanently closed but not mentioned when booking. Hotel bar service was not good as staff was trying to push people out before closing time.

We stayed here 3 nights while visiting the National Park. Hotel was very nice. It is currently undergoing a renovation. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. We loved being on the river. We had dinner there one night which was very good. Sunday breakfast buffet was not good. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view when you go outside in the back. Clean rooms, nice staff, however, website said free breakfast and there was no free breakfast. So many events were there, it was hard to find a parking space and a sign indicating where the pool and outside patio were would have been helpful.

Beautiful property but the morning breakfast was unavailable to us, the help immediately cut us off, from letting them know we were staying there. Then we were going to swim and the entire area was full of people and kids running around, being rude, loud, cussing, while the adults were doing NOTHING about it!! Then we go to the sauna and had a towel around me, the kids came in and out over and over, when they were to young to be in there in the beginning, while the adults, once again, doing NOTHING to control their kids, within no time the police open the sauna door said there was a complaint that a female was showing her breast ir the kids...Are you Fking Serious!! These lying Ass Kids!! If that would of been me, I'd of went in there to see for myself!! I was so ashamed and embarrassed that it put damper on our Thanksgiving weekend away. Just so you know, I had a bikini on under the towel but the Police wouldn't let me or my Husband say any thing in our defense, just say get out of the sauna. I do have to consider the source of EVERYONE that was in the pool area!! So needless to say I'll NEVER be back..I feel so violated..

Great location, can’t beat being by the falls. The room was not clean. Mattress was stained, the bath tub had black mold all around the seam. Staff seemed great but wouldn’t stay again.

The bed was very comfortable. The pull out couch sheets look like it has been awhile since they have been cleaned...crumbs were in them. Carpet in the room was dated and needed to be stretched. Cracked window. You can hear the interstate..now i know why they never showed any pictures of the view out the window of the room. The bath towels had a funny smell. The hot tub is permanently closed which was never mentioned on their site or hotels.com. This room was not worth $230...more like $80. I feel like someone needs to refund me for a portion of this stay. Overall the description of this hotel was deceiving.

I love staying at this Sheraton. The restaurant and lounge are wonderful.Unfortunately, the room I had this time, was a bit run down. There were stains on the night stands and tears in the bedsheets. Perhaps it’s time to check the state of all the rooms.

The hotel is nice and I’m glad I stayed here. The place is gorgeous during the fall! The hotel is so close to so many restaurants which I really appreciate. The falls scenery is beautiful! One con is our shower did not drain well and there was a puddle when you shower. Other than that the service was great and overall stay was lovely.

Even though they are going through renovations it’s still very nice and clean. The only thing I would suggest is to clean the shower a little bit more because there was orange mold on the grout, which is easily clean by a brush and also mold in the tub caulk. I would definitely stay again.

I liked seeing the waterfalls view from my room, but could not really enjoy my stay because of the high pressure air that was blowing from the vents. There was no way to control the intense air from the thermostat. The air pressure was so strong that my hair was blowing while watching the TV. I sought help from front desk, to no avail. Only stayed 1 night, as a result. I started getting sick from the constant air from the fan.

The staff on Friday eve was awful. They were rude during check in. And then late that night I called 3 times for bedding for sofa bed waiting almost an hour. I finally went to front desk to get them.When I got there at almost 11pm the same staff from earlier simply pulled them from a room next to front desk and pulled them on to me. They were not busy at all and one of them could have clearly taken the bedding up to my room. Was so unprofessional to say the least and certainly not customer service. Then they did not even tell housekeeping that I’d picked up my own bedding as that person came by 15 minutes later with bedding I no longer needed. Just a miserable experience. We are from Akron and come in once we year to visit our parents graves. We have stayed with you the past several years My sisters and I will no longer and will find another suites hotel. I will say that the restaurant waitress who waited on us during a surprise birthday celebration earlier on Friday eve was wonderful.

I have never stayed at the Sheraton before. And I won’t again. Front desk never helped when asked. No amenities like coffee in lobby or anything like that. They only have a restaurant that’s expensive. The room was nice and clean. But I didn’t feel like the staff was welcoming or helpful.

When we got to our room our tv report would not work. Needed batteries. They did bring them. Then we could not get the tv to work. We called down and they said sorry no maintenance on Sunday, so we can't help you until the morning. We were leaving in the morning. No tv. Really paying this much money and had no tv. They even could have brought another tv but no one even offered a resolution. We did not stay at a cheap hotel, but really that is just a cheap excuse..... Probably will think twice about staying at a Sheraton hotel again. Pricing and not customer service oriented...

If you want to be in the city but by nature, this is the place. Built on the ancient rocks that formed millions of years ago. The river tumbles through them right on the property. The staff is excellent. Very close to downtown (small town) shopping, and dining. Excellent location.

The bed was comfy… The staff is really nice… Definitely take the rock elevator down to the river and check that out… Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. There is a freeway across the river, so if noise bothers you, it could be an issue, but the river is pretty and the location of the hotel a place I would return to… We stayed here when we went to the Dave Matthews concert at Blossom…

Our stay at the Sheraton was enjoyable. The river view was very nice. The restaurant, Beau on the River was very nice with a great hostess. The little things matter- we had soap suds and black crud that came up the drain in the shower. There was no conditioner, just an empty bottle. One of the amenities was room service menu, however, on Sunday we were told the hotel was too busy and they cant take orders. It was Fathers Day, which tells me there is not sufficient planning or employee over-sight to ensure employee staffing was sufficiently allocated. So.you either have bad management or poor leadership. Your employees are the ambassadors of the hotel name and their ability to serve the customer either reflects positively or negatively upon the Sheraton. Thank you and hope this helps run your business a little better.

The staff and service elements were not up to the level of cost of that I was charged. Also the food service was more or less none existent. We ended up eating off the property because the staff said the kitchen could not handle any more orders after we waited for the restaurant to open at 5:30p on aSaturday evening.
