I’ve had better breakfast. The biscuits were cold and like cardboard. Didn’t have cartons of milk to drink or apple juice to drink. The pool area was awesome. Be careful when you book there are 2 locations. There is a Comfort Inn and a Comfort Inn and Suites. We thought we were staying closer to Berlin. They own both but wouldn’t change the location for us.

Everything was great! Breakfast was delicious! The pool and hot tub area are the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. It was clean. Plenty of towels. The water and air temperature were both very comfortable. Most are freezing and miserable! Thank you for a great stay!

The front desk person was rude and acted as if we were a huge inconvenience to her. The room had visible mold on the shower tiles and grout. Also a weird smell. The beds were very, very uncomfortable and one mattress was quite stained. Hot tub wasn't really hot and very few jets were working. The ledge where you sit had crumbling concrete.

Our room was filthy. The carpet was so dirty our feet got sticky and black I the bottom. There was trash left in drawers No shower curtain so the floor was soaking wet and we had to use the towels on the floor to keep from slipping.

This Comfort Inn was great, the whole facility was clean, staff was great, breakfast was very good. The food was hot, nice assortment dining area was well maintained, when it was closed, you could get hot coffee or ice water plus a banana to snack on. The room was very clean well maintained and comfortable.

a great location close to shopping near Berlin and Walnut Creek. I loved the thrift stores close by for shopping at. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was great! Small complaint was beds squeaked bad when trying to roll on side. I would stay here again.

When we checked in, they gave us a room at the end, the hall, and I thought great privacy, not near the ice machine or elevator. However, that night at 4:30 in the morning, the garbage trucks arrive and started unloading the bins at the end of the parking lot right under our window beeping when they backed up clanging ….impossible to sleep as they took over 20 minutes to complete their task. For future reference never check in here on a Thursday night otherwise you won’t sleep. Other than that the rooms are OK and the staff was very helpful.

I was unhappy with my stay the first night i went to take a shower step in the shower and slid and fell and hurt my back. The ac unit was load all night long. I said something at the front desk and the ladie said sorry ill have someone fix both your problem and walked away when we came back that night the shower was the same way and the ac unit was load when i said soemthing at the front desk they said they had been in and fixed it.

When I was checking in, the front desk person said we may or may not get maid service due to staff shortages. Also, I requested a rollaway bed many hours prior to arrival. No dice. We ended up checking out after the first night, even though we paid for 2 nights.

The desk staff were fantastic! All staff were friendly. The room was clean and pleasant. The bathroom well stocked with towels and the water pressure was good. Breakfast included waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon on alternating days. Nice restaurant across the street called Daybreak. We would definitely stay here again.

I am very impressed! This hotel is exceptionally clean. I used to be a housekeeper and it's in my opinion hard to find a very clean hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I think her name was Maria. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was really good. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.
